Cute space at the back of Blossom Market Hall, I came here because I am a fan of the grain that they use and was curious about the blue corn cookie. However I've made it out twice but atlas only on Sunday when Ube is their main offering. The first time I got the ube cookie and it was spectacular, perfectly delicious cookie with great textures, crave-able even. Made me more excited to come back to try the reg cookies. The second time I came, they had balloons up celebrating their one year anni, which was festive and cute. But the cookie was so different in flavor and texture, it was weirdly soft - everything, nothing like the first time. Perhaps it was a bad batch? Service felt indifferent each time. read more

Saw this place as a pop up and was interested once we heard they got a fixed spot at Blossom. We went and they had multiple pies and buns. We got: Mango peach pie - this was amazing, not over sweet, super mango and peach flavor. The real kick was he used thyme and it gave the pie an almost savor flavor that was amazing. You rarely see mango pies and this one combined my husbands two favorite fruits. Strawberry and ube pie - uses Harry's berries and was pure strawberry. The ube was a background layer that added substance but the strawberry was the star. Both pies had wonderful short crust that crumbles and dissolves into flavor. Ube muffin - well baked and moist even the next day. The ube cream is cream cheeses based and a great sharpness on the tongue. Brownie and ube cookie. We were lucky to try these, the brownie was rich and gooey and just the way I like my brownies. It's not easy finding good gooey brownies. We can't wait to come back to try more items! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the pies! I've tried the ube/earl gray and espresso chocolate chip cookies as well as the ube and mango sticky rice pie. I came just before he closed today and I'm so glad I got to try the mango sticky rice pie. Ish has great customer service and you can tell he uses quality ingredients in his baked goods. While the pie slices are on the pricier side, I now see how it's justified because of the quality ingredients and because he wakes up in the wee hours of the morning to bake these fresh himself! This is long overdue, but I have been a loyal customer to Ish since he opened up shop at Blossom food hall. I have so many faves, harries berries mango pie, ube pie, bibingka pie, quiché, chocolate chip cookies, I can keep going. By far my most recent fave that I still dream about even if it's all devoured is the harries berries cake with sesame vanilla meringue, and passion fruit glaze. It's absolute perfection. The pictures don't do justice. It's a flavor explosion. The different flavors, textures and complement eachother so well. If you see this cake, buy the whole cake. Trust me.
