The whole situation felt awkward and unprofessional, especially considering the amount of time and money we spent there that evening. Hubby finally flagged him over and said, "Can we get our drinks now?" "Oh yeah. But, at that point I was over it. We never got a check. Walked to the register and told him we were done. We did take baklava and hummus to go. 2 lunches, 2 drinks, baklava and hummus. $80??? We finally got the hummus and baklava home. The young man apparently stacked the hummus on top of the baklava. During the drive, it must have slid off the baklava and all the oil and hummus leaked out of the container and all over the baklava and bag. Hubby was so disappointed, he threw the whole thing away. So, I guess, 2 lunches and some oily trash for $80 and HORRIBLE customer service. Giving 2 stars because what we DID actually eat was good. I wish I would have gotten the garlic paste the young man said he'd bring me. And wish we would have gotten to try the baklava we spent $27 on. Horrible experience. Won't be going back.

The #1 is there slow smoked baby back ribs with their house rub. It comes with a roll and a side of your choice. You also get to choose if you want your ribs mild or spicy. The food doesn't take long to come out at all. When my food did come out it looked quite amazing for it coming from a food truck. My basket had a large amount of tender and juicy ribs soaked in their barbecue sauce. There was a huge amount of there seasoned fries which I got as my side. The taste of it all was phenomenal. If you are ever in the area looking for quick delicious smoked barbecue I would definitely recommend you stop by because this food truck is definitely worth it.

I was excited to find the YumEarth Assorted Fruit Chews in the bulk bins, as they taste like a favorite childhood candy of mine. On May 16th, I purchased them at the Apple Valley Sprouts for the price of $5.99/lb. However, when I visited the Victorville location on May 30th, the same candy was priced at $15.99/lb. I brought this massive 160% markup to the attention of a store employee, who told me that it was because the candy is organic (all YumEarth products are organic, including the $5.99 batch). After reviewing my receipts and store tags, Apple Valley marking the item as discontinued is the only difference between the two organic fruit chews. Since I care about consumer accuracy, I submitted a pricing concern (with receipt and bin photos) to Sprouts Corporate Customer Care over three weeks ago on June 2nd. I have received zero response besides the initial acknowledgment after I submitted the web form. Even if Sprouts corporate has since cleaned out the bins or officially removed the item, the fact remains that the system was actively overcharging customers on the floor, and management showed zero interest in auditing the error or following up with a customer. This has been disappointing, and the usually friendly Sprouts failed in this area. I haven't returned to shop at Sprouts since this occurred. As a consumer, I prefer to spend my grocery budget where pricing accuracy and basic customer communication are treated as priorities. Please double-check your bulk receipts at this location.
