Cute place amazing ice cream. Tried one of the new "experimental" flavors, hazelnut(?) Dubai chocolate, and it was amazing!

Now that summer is coming up, I start to come here more and more and can we just talk about that vanilla aroma that fills the store. Every time I walk in it smells like my childhood. I love the service they provide here. Very sweet and cheery workers. My personal favorite ice cream has to be the Dubai chocolate bar because of the different textures and taste. Definitely my favorite ice cream shop and would highly recommend you guys try it out! read more

Great service and excellent ice cream. The store just needs to be a little refurbished

We like going to this location mainly because its not in a busy part of town and also because they have a drive-thru. Sometimes you just need Jamoca Almond Fudge and you just dont wanna get out of your car. HA! The funny thing about our latest trip to this BR location is that when we pulled up, we saw that there was several cars waiting in the drive-thru line INCLUDING a pair of riders on horse back!! It made for a funny talking point and I took a video of it. Many others in line and neighborhood folks were taking photos and videos as well. Its not every day that you see a couple of horses in the Baskin Robbins drive-thru lane... This area has a lot stables nearby so that explains the presence of the horses but it was certainly a first for me. We got 2 double scoop premium sundaes ($5.99 each)... I went with Reese's and Cookies & Cream. It was topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, a cherry and crushed peanuts. It was great, especially with the hot fudge bottom layer that they do. So good... Both ice cream flavors were real good. The lady got hers with 2 scoops of Jamoca Almond Fudge and was one happy camper. Service was great. The line, as long as it seemed when we first got there, flowed pretty well. We didnt wait long. Even being behind the 2 horses... We'll be back again for sure. I don't know how many years the BR location has been here but I swear I've been passing by this location for at least a decade or two, maybe longer. Either way, I'd never had the opportunity to stop here until earlier this year. I have a lil kiddo and I wanted to bring them here for that ice cream store experience, not just a little drive thru place or Rite Aid. In the past there was always a long line hanging out of the driveway and so that's why my family and I never stopped. This time however, while there was a long drive thru line, there was parking. My hubby and I took our lil one in and we took our time making each of our selections. My lil one decided on one of the fairly newer creature creations. It's a scoop o your choice of ice cream and is then decorated with sprinkles and a coordinating edible white chocolate or candy piece in the shape of either a one eyed monster, a mermaid or a unicorn. The first time my kiddo got a creature creation it was a unicorn. The second time it was the mermaid. I think we'll be going back for that one eyed monster in another week or two as their bday is coming up. The staff were friendly and quick. Everyone was very sweet and polite to us. I had no problems. I really appreciated how the clerk was patient with my kiddo when they were trying to tell them what they wanted and which character. I also really appreciated how the clerk addressed my lil one so that they could make their own decisions on their creature creation. My kiddo really liked being involved in making some of the decisions. I really appreciated all the attention that was paid to our order and to my kiddo's requests. I noticed that there are pre-packed tubs of ice cream available as well as some cakes and smaller desserts. I am thinking about ordering a bday cake for my lil one. I'm considering this BR after such a nice experience. We'll see what make sense for us. I ordered my scoop on a waffle cone. It was so delicious. I was shocked at how crispy and how fresh my cone was. It was worth the extra $0.95 or whatever it was. It was SO good. I don't know what else to say but that the flavor was just right, nothing too sweet and nothing stale. It made me feel like it was right off the press. I went to this location on October 6 to order a sundae the sundae I was given had two very small hollow scoops of ice cream, there was barely 3 bites of ice cream in the whole sundae . When I said something to the cashier, she said that's the way they were and that was too bad. She threw away the receipt, even though I repeatedly asked her for it. I've been asked to speak to a manager, the shift supervisor said no, and that for $2.99 she would give me one more scoop of ice cream. Clearly, this is not the normal size for the sundae as I have had it before, and it is at least halfway up the cup, this barely covered the bottom of the cup. I could see other customers leaving with sundaes that held more in the cup than what mine had, but I was still told no. I've repeatedly addressed this with corporate, no one from the store has returned my call, even though I've called multiple times, and was promised by corporate that someone from the store would call. It has been nothing but hassle, and insults. The corporate office also told me I couldnt get a refund without the receipt and a photo, even though I told him that the receipt had been thrown away by the cashier. Don't make any complaints, they will be blown off, and never addressed. No one from the store ever contacted me although it was promised multiple times. They would not let me speak to a manager that day, and basically I've been told that my business is not welcome anywhere in Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins. read more

We had never been to this location, and as we stopped at the drive-through menu to decide, we expected a voice to take our order, but none came. So after determining what we all wanted, we drove forward. The Filipino guy at the register was scowling and giving more side-eye than a flounder. He took our order in this very disdainful tone, where if it was in a comic, the speech bubble would be seriously dripping. My wife couldn't figure out why. He made her repeat the entire order twice, then went to get it all. When he returned he was like [in an angry cat-woman voice] "Next time, use the speaker to place your orderrr."[dripping]. My wife replied that we'd never been there and that she didn't know there was a speaker because no one greeted us or asked what we wanted back at the menu board. The employees are always friendly at this extremely popular location. The ice cream tastes as good as you would expect a Baskin Robbins to taste. My one concern is the flow of traffic. The employees try their best to serve everyone in a timely manner, but the flow of traffic would benefit from an entrance and exit. Either a second door or maybe stanchions could help create one line in through the left of the double door, to the front where customers can see the flavors and approach employees for their orders, them to the back an out through the right side of the double doors. read more

I called them trying to see if they have the viral Dubai chocolate ice cream and I called him the first time and I was gonna ask them if they know the phone number to like a Baskin-Robbins that has it so I called them and they answered and then they called them again they answered and they hung up. Went tonight in the drive through to celebrate something. I decided to pay it forward and pay for the car behind me too. Not only did I not get what I ordered which sucks cuz I never go get ice cream and I was celebrating BUT when I drove off I looked in my mirror and saw the car behind me reaching out and giving the worker his credit card to pay. Was super excited about the thought of booking an ice cream catering for my nieces birthday so i went ahead and reached out First of all, getting ahold of who i believe to be the owner of the shop is absolutely impossible. I had to continuously reach out just to get a price. When i was finally able to get ahold of Eliza, she then took even longer for me to book it officially (mind you im doing 100 things for this party and she is not cooperating at all) Unfortunately, my niece had gotten covid and I needed to reschedule and they didnt have availability for the date i needed, which is completely understandable. This isn't our usual Baskin-Robbins. We came here for the Stranger Things Scoops Ahoy pop-up, and I am SO glad that we did! They have SO many flavors!! I've been to some that just have one case. They have three! The employees were very nice too! The prices were reasonable for an ice cream shop. I've definitely paid more elsewhere. We got two kids scoops, one single scoop, and a specialty sundae for $17. I've paid $5 for ONE scoop elsewhere. Now, the pop-up. HOLY MOLY. You have to go if you're a Stranger Things fan!! It was so cool! The employees are dressed up and everyone was so into it! They have a Jeep outside and Hawkins PD too. Inside is a boat that you can get into for a photo op. It's all very fun. I've been going to this Baskin Robins for 20 years. My best friend used to live right around the corner and I'm very sad to say that I had a truly horrific experience today. (07/18/2023 around 8:30 pm) As usual I ordered a Banana Royal, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, strawberry sauce, and no nuts. My daughter ordered also a Banana Royal, cookie dough ice cream, chocolate fudge and everything else. We paid our 15 bucks. We started eating and I asked her to try my ice cream because I thought it tasted like chocolate fudge (which I hate) and she agreed. Then she started her ice cream and it had the wrong ice cream (chocolate fudge ice cream instead of cookie dough). OK, so we decided to go back and told the lady that our order was wrong, she asked us to come to the window so she can see our order. She stirred around in mine {I mean literally mixing the whip cream with the ice cream) trying to find the "fudge". She couldn't see anything. We insisted that both, my daughter and I, tasted it but that didn't matter to her. I mean, shit happens all the time, wrong order at Starbucks, they give you a new one and you can even keep the wrong one, no big deal. I expected this to be just like that, especially since we didn't eat anything yet. BUT NO. Wait for it. So NO, she said she will not redo the now all mixed up vanilla banana royal because she can't SEE any fudge (in the now all soupy cup) but she was ok to redo my daughters. And I was like: No you are redoing mine too. We had a little NO NO back and forth and I ask her for her manager, and she said "I"m in charge" repeatedly. So it was getting really wild and aggressive by now and I ask again, what's you name, who is your supervisor taditadida. Anyway, she said if we wanted that one ice cream redone, we had to park and come inside, which at this point was just too much for me and I said I would wait right here at the drive thru window. I asked if it was really worth it over a stupid ice cream to get a bad yelp review or me complaining to corporate, and she said "I'm going to call the police". I said fine call the cops. " FINE CALL THE COPS. " She turned around and asked a coworker to call the cops. Darn, who would have thought. I live around the corner& have been coming here for over 10 years. I love this Baskin Robbins. Always stocked up and the drive thru is super convenient! Only main issue is with the staff they hire some times. There have been times when I walked in and was ignored for over 15 minutes because the employees were ALL only focusing on drive through orders, even with me standing there trying to get someone's attention. In these times I've left without ordering. Also one time the employees weren't paying attention and charged someone else for my order and when I went to pay the employees were shocked but didn't do anything except say oh well you have your ice cream, even though the family who accidentally paid for my ice cream was still there eating outside. I gave the family cash for mine & my friend's ice cream since the employees weren't going to do anything about it. I don't think it's the employees fault mainly I think in these times they were always understaffed. I think the company should hire more workers per day for this operation to function correctly, since this has become a much popular spot in the last decade. read more

This location is so awesome because it has a drive-thru option to get your ice cream to go. I mean you can't sample the ice cream before you commit to a flavor, but we were on the go and needed just a quick dessert to beat the heat. The cashier was super nice and they were quick in getting our order together, which included two single scoops of ice cream and an Oreo milkshake. I ended up getting a scoop of Cherry Jubilee and love how big their scoops are cause they truly fill the cup with such a big, rounded scoop of ice cream. I have been inside the store too and it's like your typical Baskin Robins offering ice cream and ice cream cakes to order. Just love the smell of cones and ice cream in the air when you enter the store and being able to just sample both the new and old flavors to help make your final decision. read more
