I'd be ok with the Cowboys emblem I had to pay an extra $10 for being on cockeyed in addition to $40 for a tiny cake, were it not for the fact the cake was dry as a BONE. Either they're using cakes that have been frozen too long or something is very wrong with their recipe. It was absolutely horrible and everyone ended up taking off the cake and eating just the ice cream portion of the "cake"......making it incredibly expensive ice cream scoops. These cakes used to be so good and I'm incredibly disappointed and mad. We ended up re-doing dessert the next day with a reliably delicious Carvel. I did try to get ahold of the manager to no avail. I left messages and on the occasions I reached an employee was told she wasn't in. BR lost a family of customers. read more

Every time I try to order from Postmates this location always cancels my order during store hours . It's happened many times.

I went there to purchase two gift cards. She did not give me a choice of card designs, even though there were a whole stack of them there and she leafed through them herself, and she also did not tell me in advance that they did not have any envelopes. But the worst part is at the gift cards were dirty! They had fingerprints and smudges all over them! It is a little embarrassing to get someone a dirty gift card. It looks like you have been carrying it around in your purse for a while and have re- gifted it to them. And I wanted to check the balances before I gave the cards away because it is embarrassing to give someone a car that is not been properly activated. But you cannot check a gift card balance without scratching off the covering over the pin which I did not want to do. And when you call the call center for help they want to collect all of your information before they will even listen to your question. They want your first and last name, email address, and your phone number Before they will even listen to your question. I did not want to provide that much information and ended up having to hang up. I had no way of knowing that the cake that I had ordered was incorrect until after I cut it open. This was a cake for the SVP & VP in our office for their birthdays. I placed the order online (which I was hesitant to do in the 1st place) & just as I thought, the cake was wrong. I even double checked the receipt (see the picture) to ensure that I had actually ordered correctly (which I did). Now, don't get me wrong, from the photo, we did end up eating some of the cake & I'm not knocking the quality of the cake or the deliciousness because Baskin-Robbins has always had fantastic ice cream cakes. The reason for the 2 stars is for the owner. I called the next day to talk to a manager. I just wanted to know what happens in this kind of situation. When I called, I asked to talk to the manager. The phone was given to manager & I said, "Is this the manager?" & she said yes. I said, "I'm sorry, what is your name?", then she came back with "Well, you're the one that called me?". I was completely caught off guard with that comment. I said that I just wanted to get a name of the person that I was speaking with. Then I proceeded to let her know that I had ordered a cake from them a couple days ago & explained the error with the cake. Her tone changed once she found out that I was a customer. She told me that she thought I was a sales call. I get it, sales calls are very annoying, but as an owner of an establishment, maybe that is an area of improvement that she needs to work on. I told her that I just wanted to know what they do in that type of situation. She told me that it was a human error. Really? a human error? WOW, now it makes sense. Thanks for the clarification. I thought that either a dog or a robot that made the cake. Now it all makes sense..... She did offer a free quart of ice cream for what happened, but instead she should have offered to refund me my money since it was their mistake. We love this ice cream. But this location sometime just doesn't get it right. Postmates orders have had a missing item, their website orders were picked up and the next day I get a call about the order and how they cent fulfill it because they don't have item in stock. Horrible service.... we didn't have a mask with us so we used a cloth to cover our mouth when we walked in which was no different then a mask just with no ear holes.... the ice cream scooper employee told us we couldn't enter... which was stupid because our cloth covered our mouths tightly was thicker than his "cloth" mask he was wearing... so dumb it's not like we were trying to enter without a face covering.... which the sign says "do not enter without a face covering" not do not enter without a specific mask!.... it's ok though we just left and went to cold stones where they have smarter workers that realize our "face covering" is the same thing as what they were wearing on their face...! The employees can't even do the small job of checking to make sure they hand your delivery driver the right order (nevermind the inept driver who didn't check), but like ... how hard is it to make sure you do your JOB? Do you know, or care, at how many people have been laid off during this crisis and you, Baskin worker, with your valued job can't even do it right?!? Nah. How hard is it to double check your work? The sad thing is that these employees probably could give two cruds about this review, or the service they provide. The manager will end up suffering for the lackluster work of the staff he or she trusted to close up at night. Not to mention, this is a corporate chain with, most likely, high turnover. This is my favorite for 2018, without a doubt: Best selection, best service, excellent portion size, great preparation of the products we ordered: Cappucino Blast, Single Serve Scoop on Sugar Cone! BTW if you are a fan of Oreo flavors, for some reason, this is also the only store that we've been able to find Oreo N Chocolate in stock. Parking was easy, and the location was simple and quick to find thanks to Google maps. The location was clean with nice window seating. BR can be found anywhere and that is highly convenient. Especially during the hot summer nights and you want to "cool" down. I like many of their flavors but my favorite is "pralines and cream" which does not disappoint. Try this flavor if you haven't yet. I like their ice cream cakes as well. The ice cream is Baskins-Robbins and typically good. The atmosphere is terrible, the servers are terrible, they look at you like they don't like you and don't want to serve you. We went there for my son's birthday ice cream since they love BR. Everyone felt the server didn't like us the second she she saw us, my son asked for a sample and she told him no, she made little eye contact, and the whole experience was uncomfortable. I will not go back to this location ever again. I can say that this Baskin Robbins located right next to the Triangle Square outdoor shopping area is definitely one of my favour places to have my cold classic ice cream cones!! It wins over Cold Stone any day because of the service they provide is exceptionally well!! Girls there treat their clients with high respect and go to the extra kilometre by asking if there's anything else that they require! Kudos to everyone who works there! I still remember it now that back on a hot humid July summer day in 2017 when I ordered my waffle French vanilla cone to go with a pint of rocky mountains(choco ice cream). The girls gave me extra green spoons, napkins, and even an extra half a pound of a scoop of ice cream there! I was very happy! So glad happy memories like this can brighten my day! Ok so I to have had a horrible experience here and it was all due to how bad REGINAS customer service is. She is rude not only to me but to every customer. I asked her for a chocolate ice cream and she said were out pretty much yelled it at me. Hit and miss. I love baskin Robbins ice cream but this location has been a bit of a headache have ordered this place through postmates a few times and each time items are missing or completely just wrong. Secondly we recently placed a order for some pre done quarts through baskin Robbins website assuming maybe the issue was postmates for one they flat out didn't have items and apparently called my fiancé the next day that they didn't have certain items and we could pick up that day even though we already got the order the night we ordered it. Secondly we ordered 4 different ones and they gave us two of one and missed completely a flavor that we had ordered. Finally I went in to pick it up they asked if I had already placed order I said yes took me about 6 different times repeating to the staff member I ordered online through baskin Robbins website they said postmates? I said no your website. Baskin Robbins.com. Finally they checked there computer no one had it ready to go at all even though we got a email stating it was good. Then the ladies couldn't even find the pre done ice cream quarts that was weird she actually had to ask another lady for help it was like watching chickens with there heads cut off trying to find the heads. I went to this location the other evening. The young man was so kind and helpful. I decided to get another order and was helped by the young girl. She got ve ty irritated when I corrected a mistake. Granite it's difficult to hear with masks, but my surprise was her really bad attitude. I had to take the ice creams to go and was asking to put a cup on top since they didn't seem to have a process in place for to go orders. It's not absurd to not want it to drop in the car! It wasn't working well, all she could say was I'll have to charge you. Which I offered to pay initially anyway. Then the manager came out to help, but didn't have gloves at first and so I asked not to use the lid that she first touched or to use the lid that fell on the counter. They seemed really bothered, which surprised me being we are living in a pandemic and being ultra cautious. At the end, I left with a decent way to cover the ice creams in to go bags, but was appalled at the attitude of the reps, except for the young gentleman. The girl that helped me over the phone had awesome customer service! I asked for a mint chocolate chip cake and she recommended me one and kept it on hold for me for when I pick up way later. I was skeptical at first because I didn't think it was the right cake, but I came in and it was the perfect cake! We were so happy!) he was so cordial, kind and willing to make us happy! We got both two scooped waffle cones with a nice amount of ice cream for $11 something way better deal then the crap we got earlier! The other two workers with him were working hard in the background cleaning up, scrubbing the floors very hard putting a lot of muscle in it, putting cakes away, and being super professional, these are young men acting like grown very responsible men, pretty impressed! I went into this Baskin-Robbins to order a birthday cake for my 7 year old brother's birthday. I ordered a photo ice-cream cake, and it was totally last minute on my part, the party was the next day (They need a few days notice). The woman who took my order was Hispanic and English was her second language. Her english was good, but I was worried that something may get lost in translation. After negotiating and begging a little to get them to take on my order they agreed to have the cake done by the next day at noon (they didn't want to take my order because they weren't 100% sure they could have it done on time, they literally said they didn't want any bad Yelp reviews lol). They had the cake finished early and it was perfect, they even had it frozen extra hard for us so we could display it at the party. I was so stoked. I was expecting a crappy, last minute job, but it was everything I expected, if not better. It totally made the party! Everyone loved it, it looked great and it was delicious. We ordered a full sheet, Cookies & Cream Ice Cream with White cake, it tasted like an Oreo McFlurry.
