Ordered a birthday cake for my son's birthday and requested that it be designed with a soccer theme. For one of the standard designs, asked that some ice cream scoops on top be decorated as soccer balls. Got a call from Brent who explained that it couldn't be done; however, he unsolicited ordered some small plastic soccer balls from Amazon free of charge. Needless to say, the cake was a big hit. Thanks again!

It was so hot the day we went to Costa Mesa. We saw a Baskin and Robbins and were in heaven. Parking was so easy in their nice clean and safe lot. The place inside and out was ever so clean. They all have a great selection and they love to add new things, especially for kids. My favorite is their World Class Chocolate and they always have it. My grandson loves the more kid flavors and this month they have some purple thing that he just loved. You can eat there if you want or take it to go. They also sell pints and ice cream cakes which are always great. They have some there or you can special order. The place is just adorable and it is cool inside. The service is fast and very nice. They keep the whole area clean. They know all their offerings and will even let you taste some if you want. This is a chain and a great one. Have a cool time.

Give my girl Jaelyn Employee of the Month!! (And if there isn't one, make an exception for her!) She's genuinely one of the sweetest people I've talked to in a long time, truly someone who needs to be protected at all costs! We usually stick with milkshakes, but this time we switched it up and got a Banana Split and a Root Beer Float, both were amazing! Also, major shout-out for the remodel. The inside looks so much better now! The fridge used to block the front window, but with it moved to the back, sunlight pours in and the whole space feels open and airy. It's such a nice change and makes the store feel so welcoming.

Wow! this Baskin-Robbins went through renovations recently and it is really nice inside now! The flavors are unreal! Every time I come in, I find something new I want to try. Honestly, there are so many options that I've already made it a mission to keep coming back until I've tried them all. The location is very convenient too The staff is friendly, the vibe inside is great, and the ice cream speaks for itself. If you haven't been in, do yourself a favor and stop by!

I ordered an ice cream cake on 8/31 for a 9/1 birthday and I'm so happy we went with Baskin Robbins! I accidentally chose the wrong pick up time so I called the store and they were very nice and were able to change it for me. The store was very easy to get to and clean. The cake itself was delicious and looked so good! No one could believe we got it from Baskin Robbins. I got the NFL Miami Dolphins cake in the biggest size. We got the confetti cake with mango ice cream.

Thank you Brent for unbelievable service. My daughter absolutely loved it!

Thank you Brent for unbelievable service. My family absolutely loved it! Easy / smooth service as always.

I had such a great experience at this Baskin-Robbins thanks to Jaelyn! She was super friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. She gave helpful suggestions when I couldn't decide on a flavor, and even made my order look perfect. It's rare to find someone who makes you feel so welcome, but Jaelyn definitely did. She made the visit way better than just getting ice cream--I left with a smile. Thank you, Jaelyn!

It's pretty good, but guys... it's ice cream. 6.75 for a banana split? Get over yourselves.

They do have them where I'm at in Las Vegas, but I have yet to visit any of those establishments. I was super hungry and thought I want to go try that rib sandwich. Place is easy to find right off 17th Street. You really can't miss it with that big sign. And the building is definitely unique as well so you shouldn't have any problem finding it Inside you can either choose to go digital and and skip talking to a real person. I'm old school, I actually like engaging with people. So I went to the counter. I ordered the rib sandwich without looking, and was a little shocked by the total. The sandwich itself is 15 bucks, I ordered a small fry which was $4.50, and a small drink which was $4. With a 15% tip my total came out to $28. Definitely a little shell-shocked by that. Now let's talk about the sandwich. It came to the table and at first glance it looked very small. When I picked it up there was a very generous portion of rib meat inside like a big chunk of rib meat. Huge pickles and a lot of sauce. It was a great sandwich. Do not get me wrong, what I ordered again? Maybe. They don't really have a meal deal that includes fries and a drink so it's sort of all a la carte. Now let's talk about the taste. The fries were perfectly cooked, and the sandwich itself was a solid 10. That being said, I would definitely feel more comfortable paying $12 for this sandwich, as I think 15 is a little exuberant. And you don't really get that many fries for $4.50. I can't imagine what the meal deal would have been, but I'm sure people would absolutely balk at that price. I would have given it a five-star review, but that is way too much for that sandwich. As delicious as it was, I just don't feel right spending that much for a sandwich. If it could be reworked, and the price dropped down I would be all in in a heartbeat. Bottom line? If you've been wanting to try it, I say go ahead. Just be warned that you could be unpleasantly surprised unless you know what the prices are you're getting into.

We ordered three things; mint chocolate chip, rose, and milk and cereal. All with a bubble waffle cone. The service was disappointing, the guy who worked there seemed like he didn't care and it was just another job. No life to him and was just rude about asking the code for the bathroom. The mint and chip is basic. Nothing too much about it. My kids like it, so I got it. Average 3/5. The rose ice cream tasted like a rose, it was pretty good and very floral. The disappointing part is I was hoping the ice cream would be shaped like a rose as depicted on the picture. Nope, just a scoop and left it as is. 5/5 for taste and 0/5 for presentation. The milk and cereal one was actually pretty good. Especially with Frosted Flakes in it. It literally taste like cereal. 5/5. I would give it a higher star if the service complimented it and th presentation of the rose ice cream did.

The shop has been a Balboa Island staple since 1960, when it was opened by Joe "Dad" Anderson. According to local lore, a group known as the "Dew Dads" began a tradition in the 1960s of gathering early for coffee and donuts, and that tradition continues today. Some regulars even have their own hooks on the wall for their coffee mugs. The hippo sugar cookies change with the holidays. I visited around Easter, and they had Easter colors. We got a glazed donut for my son, and he loved it. I got a hippo cookie to share; it was a standard sugar cookie, but the little, colorful hippo was adorable. It's a great treat for kids of all ages. We also got a frozen banana covered in chocolate with sprinkles. My son didn't care for it, but I really enjoyed it. I appreciate that Dad's Donuts opens early, allowing visitors to sample their goodies. Younger niece always insists on making a visit to Confetti every time she is in town. She was happy to see Ms. Farah and Mr. Linh serving Italian custard and ice to customers when she entered. She enjoyed the extra cake Mr. Linh put on the bottom of her go to order strawberry shortcake. Her father always orders the root beer float with the vanilla custard. A few samples were given of the new flavor to us in limoncello. My family ordered a root beer float, a lychee ice and limoncello small parfait, and a pink grapefruit, mango, lychee, Dole whip, condensed milk small parfait. I had my usual of pineapple creamsicle. It was exactly how I wanted it with plenty of vanilla custard to counter the tartness of the pineapple juice. Daughter and I also ordered a party size of vanilla custard and a party size of blueberry muffin, vanilla custard, and brownie bite layered from lightest flavor to heaviest flavor to restock our freezer. There are no pictures this time as we were enjoying our treats and the company of family as we hung out. We watched as the line grew to being outside the shop between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM on a Sunday night. Farah and Linh worked steadily through the line to service each customer. We have so much joy visiting the shop because you're treated much more than a customer but as friend/family and there is warmth and care in the personal interaction. You could see that a few of the customers come often and are repeat customers.
