Worse BR I've every been to. Teen guy working was rude and kept forgetting what we ordered so we'd have to keep repeating it. It was only 2 shakes plus the place was dead. We walked into this BR and the music was so loud that you couldn't hear the server talk. She made no attempt to turn it down. If that wasn't bad enough, she scooped some ice cream into a cone and then the scooper fell on the floor. She picked it up and put it in the receptacle with all other scoopers. I mentioned this to her and so she pulled it out of there and threw it in the sink. She didn't say a word. I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut them down. read more

I went to Baskin Robbins for a ice cream cake for a birthday. I specifically ordered a cake with blue frosting and nothing on top. When I picked it up, there was chocolate frosting and ruffles on top I am very unhappy and will most likely not return to Baskin Robbins. Don't order a ice cream cake. read more

I NEVER write reviews, but this experience was Repulsing!! My husband and I hadn't seen each other in just under three months due to work, and it was our first night home. We went to a beautiful sushi dinner and decided to grab some ice cream before settling in for the night. We live across the street and Have been here multiple times in the past. When we walk in the young gentlemen working was wonderful. A little quiet but very attentive and quick. Helped my husband in getting a three scoop sundae. This sundae consisted of bananas, three scoops of ice-cream, hot fudge and whip cream. I had two scoops in a cup. While the gentleman was finishing scooping my ice-cream, Crystal, who had no introduction or hello, approached the register where I was standing and said, "so just the two scoops and that ridiculous sundae?" this was not in a joking or friendly tone, but more of judgement and just and over all bad attitude. (my husband is 6'3 and 210lbs....not some overweight guy adding to sickness).she then proceeded to give us our total... $16.13. She charged my husband for "regular size scoops" without notice or warning, as she mentioned three scoops are always child size scoops, but we got regular size...again we did not ask for that, the mentioned bananas and whip cream were also a charge. We mentioned the price seemed excessive, and she abruptly interrupted me to tell me it wasn't expensive and we shouldn't order what we can't pay for. I proceeded to ask her what her name was and she hesitated then said, "it's on the receipt" I walked out feeling completely taken advantage of, and trying to remember the last time someone was that rude to me. Needless to say this really killed the mood to our night. I wanted to get her managers number so I walked back and ensured she was not helping guests and asked her managers name. At first she pretended not to hear me, then when asked a second time she border line yelled "ANN!" I told her that I was extremely offended by her attitude and demeanor towards me and my husband, when she cut me off again mentioning I shouldn't buy what I couldn't pay for. Then proceeds to come around the corner pulling out her phone and threatening to call cops as she comes close to me as I'm walk out. I am a mother of two, didn't raise my voice, or curse, just simply mentioned my disappointment. I will be writing a letter to corporate, calling Ann first thing as well as ensuring i relay the awful service and treatment of this store to over 200 local clients of mine as well as bringing it up at the next chamber meeting. Went to location to get a birthday cake. Very small selection in front fridge. Asked young guy working if any more cakes in back. He brought out one in the flavor I requested. It wasn't the greatest looking cake but ice cream and cake were flavor I wanted, so I took it. The next day for the birthday, when the cake is cut it is not even the correct flavor! It was labeled incorrectly. We didn't eat the cake and instead put back in freezer to return next day. I was disappointed, but understand things happen. Called store and manager happened to answer. She said if I had receipt I could bring cake in. Brought cake in and exchanged for correct cake. Manager also informed me that the day before when I had come in to pick out a cake there were many, many more cakes in the back (not just one). She was really upset that I wasn't given any selection as she is the cake decorator and knew what inventory was in back. She said employee was just lazy. She exchanged my cake and also refunded me 1/2 the cost of cake and gave me a quart free as well. She completely held responsibility for what had occurred, which was a nice breath of fresh air, however laziness in helping customers and having to bring a cake back because it isn't what it was supposed to be was not cool. read more

Got a cake here from my brothers birthday and it was unbelievably disappointing. Everything about it was wrong and the employees/owner were inconsiderate and had no sense of customer service whatsoever. The cake flavor was wrong, the ice cream flavor was wrong, even the name on the cake was wrong. Don't know how they managed to mess up the entire order but we will never be coming back again and recommend that no one come here and spend a dime let alone $50 on the ugliest cake that was completely wrong. It looked like someone ran it over and boxed it up for us to take. It was an embarrassment, considering the owner was the one who did it. Once confronted with the problem they did little to nothing to resolve the issue. Biggest waste of our time and money. -5 stars read more

The employees lack social skills and need remedial training on customer service. I ordered one scoop on a sugar cone. The scoop was tiny and one employee decided to pick a fuzzy off my cone while the other employee put the scoop on the cone. Don't know what the weird looks were about by both of them. Them I was charged $3.39 for this tiny cone! What a huge rip off this was and on top of the inexperienced teenagers that work there. I won't be returning anytime soon. Shame on Baskins Robbins for not giving more training to their staff and charging a whopper of a price for an ice cream cone. read more

This Baskin Robbins is the worst!!! I understand that it is mostly young adults that work here, but there is an individual named Abdullah that is completely useless and a horrible worker and his customer service is beyond very poor. The first time Abdullah served me ice cream, I asked for a sundae and he did not put whipped cream, nuts, or a cherry on it and I had to hand the ice cream back to him and ask for those things to be added. The second time was even worse, and, once again, it was Abdullah serving me. I asked for caramel on my sundae and he told me that they didn't have any caramel. This is equivalent to a pizza place running out of cheese--it is unbelievable. I can't imagine that they ran out of caramel topping; however, I can imagine that Abdullah was too lazy to refill it. While I was calling my wife to see if a substitution was okay, Abdullah proceeded to clean the countertops and the topping containers with a wet dirty rag. After I got off the phone with my wife, he went to finish preparing my sundae and did not wash his hands before touching my food. I am not certain but I believe that is a code violation and I will be contacting the USDA Food Inspection and Safety Department for further investigation. Upon handing me the sundae, Abdullah noticed that there was hot fudge all along the side of the cup and looked at it and gave a slight shrug before handing it to me; he did not even attempt to clean it even though he noticed the mess he had made. I walked out of there irate, and called Baskin Robbins hoping to speak with a manager, but of course I spoke with Abdullah. I asked to speak with the manager and then he told me to wait and then hung up on me. Of course, I called again and spoke With Abdullah and ask to speak with the manager once again, but this time he told me there was no manager in the store. Why didn't he tell me that the first time? Why would he tell me to wait and put me on hold only to hang up on me if he knew there was no manager in the store? In all, as I'm sure you have gathered by this review, I was very displeased and very dissatisfied with my visit at this Baskin-Robbins and I will not be frequenting it any longer and will be contacting the proper authorities to make sure that the situation is somehow rectified. read more

This was a 2 1/2 star experience. It's Baskin Robbins so why do they care about yelp, you want ice cream you go right? My low rating is due to the poor customer service. Whoever helped me had a horrible attitude and seemed like she didn't want to help me. I love their ice cream just wished I could enjoy the service. read more

I experienced the worst customer service tonight. I will never go back to this store. I brought in a coupon that said .99 cent ice cream cone with the purchase of cone at regular price (single or double). I gave the coupon the cashier before ordering. He said that they take it. I ordered a double scoop cone and was about to order a second double scoop cone. The cashier then said that the coupon would only work if I ordered a single scoop as my second cone. I told him that the coupon said single or double. When the manager came out, she said that they do not take coupons even though my receipt that printed out had a similar coupon on it. I would have left a bad review on the customer service survey on the receipt, but my 16 digit code for the survey was cut off on the receipt. Jennifer F was the name on the receipt, but my cashier was a man. I don't know if Jennifer was supposed to be training him, because he didn't seem very knowledagble. read more
