I've come to expect some shrink-flation with portion sizes but this is unacceptable. I ordered a double scoop Sundae. When it arrived I thought they had mixed my order up because it was so small - it looked like a single scoop, and an offensively small single scoop at that. If I had ordered a single scoop, I'd still feel ripped off. It's not apparent in the photo but this is a really small cup size - not what they're picturing on postmates.

Mostly good on this visit - My first choice of the brownie sundae was shot down as they were out of brownies - 2nd choice was their 3 scoop sundae . After it was prepped , it was put in the freezer while my friend placed his order - nice touch !

Another fantastic experience at this lovely shop! Again needed something special and even though they were pretty much at closing time, AUSTIN the manager allowed me to place the order over the phone to pay in person so that I could still fulfill the order!! Everyone that works at the shop is always just so friendly, helpful, and kind... Not something you see in younger folk these days a lot... And certainly unusual for a shop that gets overloaded with demand during the hot summer months! Five stars to the owner and the entire crew!

So I came here with my married friends Abraham and Eduardo they wanted ice cream. The people here were very nice and offered us to sample the new flavors I got a Brownie Sunday and was very good. My friends got a banana split to share between them and they enjoyed the extra toppings they got for free. Based on this visit we will come back again

I came to this location to buy a Mother's Day cake. The prices were fair and the cakes were absolutely stunning! The employee was helpful and I was able to choose my mom's favorite color for the letters which he wrote on a cookie for me. The parking lot can be crowded but otherwise it was okay. I wish there would have been a bit more ice cream than cake but overall it was good.

I ordered a custom printed cake for my friend birthday here and I was really happy with how it came out. The wait wasn't that long and there was a lot of parking (probably due to covid) The cake was already sitting in the freezer when the worker went to go get it for me and showed me it before putting it in a box. It came out very good but it the price for it is kind of pricey.

Very cool and tasty ice cream, but as for me the price is little bit to high. For 2 ice cream we give like around 12$ it's too much. And inside on the tables was little bit dearty, we asked to clean the table to sit there. But the ice cream always great!!!!

I took a little long to post this review due to personal reasons. But I did not want to miss the opportunity to give this location a review that they deserve. This Baskin Robbins location is my favorite one. I would never go to any other location, That isn't this one. I wanna start off by thanking the full staff here they are the best superfriendly nice, and they offer the best customer service. Second, I want to thank them for such a great cake that they made for my son. Starting from the staff that took care of my cake order when I first walked in, I wish I had gotten her name. Also, thank you, Tariq, for the great customer service. A special thanks to the cake decorator Deborah for the amazing job she did on my cake. It was more than I expected. She went above and beyond, and we absolutely loved it!!! My son was extremely happy with his cake. If u guys are looking for a cake, this is the place to go to. This Super Mario cake was awesome

aaahhhh! we all scream for ice cream! Lol baskin robbins is a place made for someone like myself...i LOVE ice cream. we came here to end the day with some creamy yumminess. there are so many flavors to pick from...aaaahh, which one, which one?! like a kid lost in a toy store, trying to choose one "favorite" is the hardest, so ofcourse, sampling starts. i'd tried the egg nog flavor and it tasted like rich vanilla and i also tried the blackberry one...meh, it was ok. despite my attempt to venture out, i ended up getting my usual, jamoca(coffee) and chocolate. it was rich and creamy. it would've been nice if we all had sat together outside, but no seating area except only few inside, therefore minus one star. sorry baskin robbins.

I love their ice cream. They have so many amazing flavors like the cherries jubilee, wild & reckless sherbet, cookie dough, cookies & cream and so many others. Came to this location yesterday for their $1.50 scoop day on the 31st of the month. The line was about 20 deep when I came, but the employees were still friendly as ever. The wait was not bad as well. I tried their flavor Oregon blackberry for the first time and it was so good. I would definitely come back to this location.

I think I've tried half of the menu here lol. My go to is definitely the New York roll and the mango passion fruit cruffin. I love that they change their New York roll flavours often. What really stood out for me was how well balanced the flavours are in their fillings, especially in the New York roll and the cruffin. They also do really well with their citrus combos like the cruffin, exotic or the mango eclair. I wish there was more custard in their fruit danish and sometimes the croissants aren't as soft, possibly a little overcooked. But the pastry on the cruffin was one of the softest and most delicate I've ever had. The macarons are also great especially the yuzu, passionate, hazelnut and raspberry flavours.

Luckily because it was a Sunday, we found parking right in from r of the store. From the outside and inside it truly has the Parisian patisserie vibe and feeling, which I love! Once we got inside, we were mesmerized by all the beautiful and delicious looking pastries and dessert options. I also love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating options. We decided to sit inside, one because it was way too hot, and secondly there was this aggressive homeless man who threw a chair towards the glass window of the patisserie. That was scary! The girls working there were aware of this, because apparently he's done this a few times, where he's thrown their outdoor furniture around, so they called 911 immediately, so hopefully that won't be an issue for them in the future! Luckily no one was harmed and no glass was broken, and the psychotic man was far gone. My friend and I decided to get two different desserts. I got the pavlova, and which is one of my favorites. I love the creamy and crunch meringue and the combination of the tart berry filling inside. My friend loves peanuts, so she got the dessert that looked like a peanut, which she loved! The two girls working there were really sweet and offered us a free croissant as a compensation for the momentary chaos caused by the aggressive homeless man, which my friend and I truly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience here, and I'd definitely come back to try some of their other desserts!

Walked in yesterday mid-evening at 5:30 pm and was greeted by Anna with a pleasant, pretty smile. She was kind, helpful and very nice. Filled with custard, nutella, and I believe other flavors too. They have Lahmajune, (Armenian pizza), Perashki, (a long dough filled with Spinach, Potato, Mushrooms, Cheese). They also sell other types of pastries, beverages, candy, cake, chocolates, boreks, with different fillings. My favorite is the Cheese borek. Rolls too. With different fillings.. and so much more.. All I needed and was craving for was 4 of their fresh, delicious Ponchiks. They were nice enough to give me an extra one--free of charge. The smell of those Ponchiks transported me back to Armenia. It was fresh and very hot. Came straight from the fryer. Since I was going to have dinner next door, I didn't want to get full on sweets. For 4 Ponchiks I paid ($13.60). Their prices are very affordable according to the sizes of their delicious savory and sweet baked goods. If you pay with card, there is an extra $1.00 fee for processing. I paid cash. Anyway, I had my pick of the menu and selected the Boston cream pie cake, Italian lemon cake and lemon blueberry crumb cheesecake. I am a lover of all things food. One bite can make my eyes close and my shoulders shimmy to music no one else can hear. And yet .. i have never been more disappointed in three things simultaneously. The lemon blueberry cheesecake was the smallest thing I've ever seen. For the price i think ut would at least be a little taller. Its crumb topping added great texture to an otherwise lackluster cheesecake. There was simply not enough lemon and I felt it was missing some lemon curd or fresh lemon zest. The Boston cream pie -- although attractive -- missed the flavor profile for me completely. The custard wasn't that trademark vanilla cream and the chocolate coating reminded me of the time I tasted dark cocoa powder straight. The cake in it had a nice texture but was spongier than expected without the spongy moisture. The best of the three if I had to pick one was the Italian lemon cake, which for me, still needed more of that zesty kick of lemon. They were all very one note and we didn't bothering finishing them. If you're gonna make key lime pie, it needs to taste like key lime... and it needs to knock you on your ass. I LOVE key lime pie. I make the best one outside the Keys. I do. I'm sorry, it's just a fact. It's perfect. Buttery chewy graham cracker crust with the perfect balance of sweet and buttery, perfectly set key like custard with just enough sugar to sweeten it but mostly sweetened from the condensed milk and enough eggs to make it a real delicious custard. The like is sharp and hits you nicely without being acrid. Perfectly tart and sweet, the way it should be. The crust should never be brittle. If it crumbles when you fork it, it's wrong. It should sink in. So what happened at RoP? Well, maybe they need a meeting of Congress to put in a bill for less sugar and a denser, chewier graham cracker crust. The density of the custard was perfect, but the taste was... well, it was kinda bland. Kinda boring. I tasted the condensed milk over the lime which was just barely there. The crust shattered if I put my fork into it and... Well, look: I ordered two slices for delivery after a terrible experience at House of Pies which was basically horror pie on a plate. RoP apparently won awards for their pie, blah blah blah... it was fine. But the real kicker is that it was over $20 for two slices and it was... meh. It should be better than that. I'm still on my hunt for the best key lime pie since my relocation to LA, so if you have a suggestion, please let me know! I will literally go anywhere in the LA area for it. To summarize: 1. Little key lime flavor 2. Too sweet/condensed milk-ish 3. Crumbly crust 4. Next!
