Out of every place doing chimney cleaning in Yelp and one other place, nobody had any interest in cleaning mine because it has an angled flue that's not common. Not only did they respond with a quote right away on Yelp on a Friday afternoon, they came Monday morning and did a terrific job. Alex and Liz effortlessly removed the inner flue and have a cleaning apparatus that keeps dust from going anywhere by using a closed loop system with a sealed bucket. Then they took aerial shots down the chimney of before and after they later sent me. They were very kind and even were concerned about whether they could wear there shoes inside. You can tell why they have such a great Yelp rating and I'm happy to recommend them. They also gave me some helpful advice about managing such an odd flue combination. I think they reassembled the flue tube better than when it was installed and they are quick. They do a myriad of other services and can clean or inspect any kind of filter or vent. They gave me a cash discount and I'm seriously considering having them return to clean my HVAC vents which like my chimney have likely never been cleaned by previous owners. If you have an odd chimney or other configuration, you can just call this place first and avoid an eventual runaround from other outfits. Fantastic experience with follow up by this company who exceeded my expectations. My dryer needed its vent cleaned and the outflow duct repaired which was done 5 months ago. My dryer stopped working again, as if the vent had failed. I called and the owner THOMAS answered immediately, was very attentive and kind, and sent the same specialist RIZ who had done the original vent cleaning and outflow duct repair and found that the dryer had somehow squashed the outflow because it had been moved. Alex came for a chimney inspection and cleaning and was nothing short of amazing!! He found some immediate improvements for the chimney which he performed and also found some future maintenance aspects I should look into. He also cleaned out the dryer vent and got it flowing very nice and also offered future maintenance but did not force any unneeded fixes. Lastly he looked at all the HVAC components and suggested a clean in the near future, but once again was very reasonable in his assessments to not overspend unnecessarily. Some hiccups with 1st team due to rushing in 1 hr 12 ducts including 2 returns. so company scheduled another cleaning. 2nd Team that came was great ( Riz , El Khan and Faud) did diligent/ professional and friendly team did a job of trying to get dust out but was surprised they could not thread the snake of air compressor too far and not much dust came in supply vents. Maybe something came out from 1 of 10 . So I felt waste of money. Solid customer service and honest company with fair price. Learned about this cleaning technique works and next time will ask lot of questions and will go with company that gives before/ after pics of ducts. read more

I was able to text to schedule the appointment for the same week. The team of 2 (Allan and Eric) gave me a text & call when they were about to arrive and wore shoe covers when they entered my house. They were very courteous and respectful of our home. They thoroughly cleaned the vent, the attached tube, and the lint catcher of the dryer. Our house was getting all these weird flakes and dust flying out when we were using the heater so I thought our vents were dirty and needed to be cleaned so I called Bay services to come out and clean them. Their price was great and very friendly, once they started cleaning they noticed that the vents were rusted and needed to be replaced instead of being cleaned as cleaning wouldn't solve the issue. They immediately informed us and showed us the rust and stopped cleaning, they did not charge us for their work and advised that we get the vents changed. I appreciate their honesty and integrity, I am guessing many other companies would have just cleaned the vents, charged us, and went about their day.
