Our house was getting all these weird flakes and dust flying out when we were using the heater so I thought our vents were dirty and needed to be cleaned so I called Bay services to come out and clean them. Their price was great and very friendly, once they started cleaning they noticed that the vents were rusted and needed to be replaced instead of being cleaned as cleaning wouldn't solve the issue. They immediately informed us and showed us the rust and stopped cleaning, they did not charge us for their work and advised that we get the vents changed. I appreciate their honesty and integrity, I am guessing many other companies would have just cleaned the vents, charged us, and went about their day.
