There's a reason why they are cheap. I made an appointment for "a full set of eye lash extension" purchased on Groupon. On putting me down to procedure table, Darlene explained that it's a natural looking lash, if I want a "fuller look I have to pay more. I was fine with it looking natural so chose to keep my original option. She continued to state that the natural looking one only last "7-10 days". Meanwhile she was putting some scotch tape like thing to tape my lower lashes - similar experience as other reviewers had commented. Super uncomfortable. That's when I sat up and was shocked. Usually lashes last two weeks. And their Groupon stated it'll last "3-6 weeks" (see my screenshot of description). She disagreed and said they never said anything like that, and Groupon made it up. (Excuse me? If you can't do it, why writing it in your description?) For a second I thought about just getting the service - I'm already here right? She went on even provoking me "so you don't want to pay $20 more dollars? It'll not last more than a week", with broken English and even saliva spraying to my face while talking. Enough is enough. I stood up and walked away. This experience doesn't make any sense. I'm not a big fan of dramatic look so I'm totally fine with, in fact, in favor of natural look. Also I don't mind paying more if the service is good. But by them saying it'll only last a week it's just a scam of getting more money out of you. And their claim of the misleading description was not their responsibility, hello? Also, please, put on a mask when servicing your customer especially when you have to talk to their faces in 10-15 inches. What a "pleasant" way of wasting an hour driving and getting insulted. No thanks! Avoid this place! P.S. before the appointment they'll call you couple times and text to your personal phone number number to remind about your appointment. I find that very unnecessary. I feel compelled to write this for any future eyelash extension people. I came here at least half a dozen times. The eyelash extension lady did a decent job putting it on, but a few days later, my eyes were so irritated that I couldn't open my eyes for my entire trip to Hawaii!! My future son-in-law immediately found an eyelash salon and it took me TWO HOURS to take the entire gunk glues off of my lashes AND my real lashes ALSO had to be pulled out because of the irritated glue chemical (This was taking away my precious time with my family). The lash remover person in Hawaii, who has been doing lashes for awhile, said that this Beatrice eyelash person doesn't know how to "place" the extension correctly which makes it prone to losing your actual lashes! I will never go here again, for they ruined my trip to Hawaii! read more

I would absolutely not recommend this salon for full set eyelash extensions by Darlene. I got my eyelashes done for my 30th birthday and I was extremely disappointed they all fell out before my actual birthday. Here are the issues that I had with my eyelash extensions: 1) Darlene spent 45 mins total (waiting time included) placing and setting my eyelashes, which ended up being poor quality work. Good quality eyelash extension service takes about 2 hours to be placed due to care and precision. 2) Darlene didn't place the extensions individually on my eyelashes, as is typically done. Instead, she used drugstore quality lash clusters (like Ardell), and then placed them above my lashes (like you could do yourself with fake lashes). She used tape on the bottom of my eyes which pulled at the delicate skin under my eye and irritated my skin. Typical salons use gel eye pads that are more sensitive. 3) The glue clearly was not professional quality glue because the eyelash clusters started to fall out the next day and within 3 days they were all out!! Even when I followed the recommendations of avoiding water/ steam and oil products on my lashes. I now see that many other reviews have also noted losing their eyelash extensions the next day. I definitely would not recommend this place because not only did my eyelash extensions fall out within a couple of days, they ruined my natural eyelashes for a longer time. I found this place via Groupon and so I got the same price, which even at the Groupon price is overpriced for 1 day fake lashes. read more

I went for eyelash extensions for the first time today. Darlene did my lashes. She cleaned my eyes with some kind of solution which gave me burning sensation. Thank god my eyes were closed. Then she told me after that, it's going to cost $30 more for full extensions because whatever I paid on Groupon is just for basic extra and it will come off in 1 week. I was on her table lying down, couldn't say anything but had to agree with paying $30 extra. They are misleading people by selling people Groupon for $50 and then charging them $30 extra. Which is almost a regular price for extensions. I will never go back. It's not about only money, it's about ethics. Be clear from the beginning. She could have told me $30 extra issue, when I first took the appointment over the phone 10 days ago. She didn't tell me anything even after I reached the salon. I just finished getting my first eye lash extensions!! Don't use the Groupon, just call and ask for Tammy. She will set up your appointment and get you a very reasonable price! I got two layers for $59 but of course left a great tip because she did fantastic. I was very comfortable laying there, she even got me a blanket (I might have even snoozed). The tape she puts on to cover the bottom of your eye is a little uncomfortable at first but you get use to it. The whole thing was a little over an hour. Very relaxing environment and Tammy is so sweet! She gave me her personal cell phone and told me to text her anytime in the future when I want a new set/fill. read more

I heard about this place from Groupon and thought it was a good deal, especially because it had good star ratings. When I went in, I was told the groupon only covers natural lashes and that I had to pay an extra $30 for fuller ones, so I just went ahead and got them done since I'm going on a 3 week trip really soon. Fast forward literally the next night, they had been poking my eyelids like crazy and really irritating me. I tried to ignore it thinking it would go away eventually and maybe it was just too new, but I didn't have this experience with previous extensions.. they were upsetting me so much, and it was soo painful that I started oiling up my lashes like crazy and just pulling out as many as I could until my lids were swollen lol. So after additional charges and tip, I paid about $100 for painfully itchy lashes. Now I'm going to have to pay extra to have them professionally removed only 3 days later. The lashes actually looked good, and my lash lady was friendly, but nooooo way it was worth what I paid. This experience has ruined extensions for me, and I think I'll be sticking to falsies for a while. read more

Got an eyelash extension service here from Groupon. It's good for the price, my lashes look so dark and curly. It doesn't look clownish or anything. Just looks like I have permanent mascara on. You just have I sit still for about an hour and a half or so. Mine was about 1.5 hours. Facilities were ok, the usual salon with a few chairs for nails etc. Everyone was nice. Just be sure you're not squeamish about people touching your lids and stuff. I wear contacts so I'm used to that. Jus a little time consuming. We'll see if this will last for at least two weeks. You have to come back to get them removed if you want to, don't take them off yourself. Only thing was there were no after care instructions,I had to ask the lady what to do and not to do. Also it burns, every time I wash my face or get some water on it. I hope the burn goes away.... Otherwise I'd probably go back and have them take it off. read more

Do not get a Brazilian wax here. I bought a Groupon online and when I went in they charged me $10 extra for having "too much hair on the sides." Isn't that the point of a Brazilian?? To remove ALL the hair??? A scam. Then, the lady starts with the waxing. Worst waxing experience of my life!!! She was going over the same spot again and again like 10-15 times on one side. Just putting the wax on, immediately ripping it off and applying more without waiting or pressing on the skin. I've had a Brazilian before. It's never been this painful.
