We went there at 1:20pm today and they closed . But the sign show "open 7 days 6am-2pm". Disappointed.

I live very close to this place and I have to get up early for school and work. This place is super cheap and super good. It can get pretty loud in there though, but its a small place and usually at its busiest between 7 and 8 am. Probably one of the best chicken fried steaks in this area. Good stuff. read more

Just ate lunch at Becca's! They've redecorated and it is even more attractive! I had the fish and chips with salad plate... Very generous and tasty! The waitress forgot I wanted hot water instead brought me coldI actually had to go up to the register to tell her what I wanted! Not very friendly as I recall she never came to see how I was doing? Had the Big Breakfast on Sunday morning. Eggs (over easy) perfectly cooked and choose the 'house potatoes' instead of hash browns. I tried the biscuit/gravy instead of pancakes. Very good biscuit. So I came a second time and order tortilla chicken soup yuck is all I can say about that soup! Each time my has been ordered wheat toast never got it either time. From all the reviews on Becca s cafe, if your passing by or visiting redding, this is a wonderful place to stop by and eat. I don't know any place where you can go niw a days and get a down home big breakfast for $6.50. Becca ' s is run by a husband and wife team. As for being a professional I would give big credit for these two getting it done right. I'm just wonder if their hitting a good food cost. Either way, it's good for Becca s customers. My wife had the chorizo scramble I had the French toast plier which came with two eggs any style and three pieces of bacon. Although both dishes were very simplistic each of our dishes at extraordinary flavor profiles. As we looked around the restaurant we could see a lot of locals attend this place and the portions are huge. Becca cafe is usually defined as it sits on a slope curve and next to a pet supply store although the parking lot is fairly small and you might have to park in the dirt as you enter the building is approximately 12 tables one down the center of the room to fit family style. I'm sure this is great for small parties, they are kid friendly as well. As I stated in the beginning of this review if you're passing through reading for staying here this is the place definitely need to check out for breakfast and lunch come early as the seats are limited and they are not open for dinner. Decent breakfast spot.. Food was good, but nothing special. Inside was hot and stuffy, but in fairness it was crowded and also cold outside. Service was decent and they are very nice, but a little slow. The owners are clearly very religious based on the decor. We found this place on yelp. We were in search for a good burger place in the area and to our demise had little luck. We came across beccas and were sure glad we did! The burger was juicy and cooked just right and my sandwich was the perfect size. The environment is basic but has a comfortable feel. Mom and pop restaraunt in a tiny spot. Food is typical American Diner breakfast and lunch fare. Good food, and great prices.

Lunch was good, had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Quick service. In and out with a full belly in half an hour. Was accompanied by my daughter and disabled veteran husband and they came over thanked him for his service and bought our lunch because her son is in the army as well and wanted to show her appreciation. Stopped by for the first time since we were in town. We noticed no unpleasant odors and saw no dirty vents. The place was filled with locals and we soon learned why. Wowza! They need to crack a window and clean the vent fan hood up in there! Very muggy, and smoky in the restaurant! We came home and threw our clothes in the washer immediately. But my hair still wreaks like a deep fryer! On a good note my cheeseburger was very delicious and hubby loved his chicken fried steak sandwich! Service was great and fast. have not been here in a long time at least a year but I used to go on a regular basis for the early bird special between 6 and 9 a.m. and I have not had a bad meal there yet the eggs are always cooked good the oatmeal is an excellent bargain the ham steaks are good their sausage patties are freaking awesome the only thing I wish they change is there coffee it's a mite on the weak side maybe they oughta dip another crayon in it lol. by the way Becca's Cafe is a good place to go now some of you might think that there is one part about Becca's that might put you off a little and that's the seating arrangements there are a couple of tables where you tend to sit next to other folks it's rather crowded and not break open and if you're in a wheelchair or on a walker their bathroom probably is not the place for you it's like sitting down in a closet it's a small room other than that the food is excellent the price is good to staff are awesome read more

We stopped by here on our way out of Redding with the kids and I have to say it was one of the best I've had. The kids loved the French toast and happy face pancakes. I had an omelette which was amazing as well as the hash browns. Hubby had the chicken fried steak and he is very picky and he loved it. The sausage is awesome too!!
