It's an apartment I'm moving into and it didn't seem like my couch would fit. The guys tried a ton of different ways to get it through the doorway. I wish I could give more than five stars. These guys are THE BEST!! The coordinator I worked with - Max - is always prompt with quotes and communicates every detail. Twice he was able to arrange my move within 24 hours! I recently engaged them for the second time, and my movers - Eric and Don were incredible. Fast, careful and totally accommodating to my situation. I'm disabled and Eric went so far above and beyond to help me with my smaller personal items, and then arranging the furniture in my new place twice! All the while treating my possessions with care and making sure I was good with everything, To top it off, we got a little rushed at the end - due entirely to me needing to leave for an appointment - and there was a small discount that wasn't factored into my total. Eric called me later that day to tell me they owed me money!! It was a small amount, but it shows the solid character of these hard-working, professional movers. 1st time I've ever used a mover and didn't know what to expect? Pricing, fixed price or by the hour is what "Max" the owner told me. I asked him to give me a fixed price which he did so I had an understanding on what I may be facing. Ultimately I chose the hourly rate because I had multiple items coming from various locations, most of which was already packed. Max actually told me it would probably be better by the hour and he was right. His men showed up timely, they kept me posted along the way and did an exceptional job. They secured and cared for a very LARGE, HEAVY valuable antique wood bar from Scotland. I wouldn't know how to repair or replace it if something happened and took 4 of us to move it before. I was really surprised to see movers with such care and thoughtfulness looking out for the furniture and why I am Yelping this. I don't regularly comment on websites but Beeline Carlsbad certainly deserve the shout out. At the end, his suggestion to do it by the hour was correct and saved me couple hundred less than the fixed estimate - so his men got a healthy tip. The movers damaged a dining chair. It was dropped but they did not let us know. One of my daughter's metal picture was scratched because they did not wrap any of our pictures and it was just shoved in a space they could find. The book shelf had shelves in it. They did not properly pack the pegs of the shelves and now one of the pegs has gone missing. In fact they just left the pegs in there to fall out. I was communicating with Max Aday from Beeline and sent him pictures. He said they could send me the peg and since I did not purchase insurance, they can only pay $.60 per lbs of the damaged items. I told him to please send the peg and I asked how much would that cover. I never heard from him again. It's like he hopes I will forget about it. If you want your belongings damaged, unprofessional follow up and a company that does not back their words, then this is the company you should use. read more

I hired this moving company to complete a short move from one condo to another, about 2 miles away. Initial contact was good, they responded quickly too my inquiry and we booked a truck and 3 workers. I was given an arrival window of 8am - 9am on moving day and got a call from them at 8am giving an ETA and they arrived when scheduled. The workers were friendly and worked efficiently. Only minor issue was that I had every box labeled for which room it needed to go to and they would roll 4 or 5 boxes in at a time and most of the time they put all of the boxes in the room that the top box was labeled for instead of checking each box. Minor stuff but its the only thing that prevented me giving a 5 star rating. I would definitely hire this company again and refer without hesitation. read more

Moving is a hard process, but Beeline makes it so it can happen, and on schedule. THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT it comes to moving! The scheduling process was near perfect due to Emmy's dedication and the movers, Arnold and Len, were the best people we could hope for. We moved a 4 bedroom/2 bath house over two days and these men were two of the hardest working and dedicated people we have ever seen. They are our heroes! Not only did they move two truckloads of furnishings and boxes, but they worked in the torrential rain and hail that happened during the move, without their assistance and expertise the whole experience would have been a total disaster. All of our boxes and furnishings were moved safely and not one item was damaged. We are so appreciative of these men and their almost superhuman dedication to the job. The worst moving experience I've ever had! Warning: If you don't want to get rip off, I'd avoid this moving company at all cost. Not only they arrived super late but they did not even bother to call me whether they were going to be late. When the team finally arrived, I knew that it won't be a smooth moving experience when two skinny movers showed up with a rental truck by my place. After the movers got everything onto the truck and unloading the boxes to the new place, I noticed that they started to slow down and kill time so that they can get paid half more hours for every extra minute they killed that got over the minimum three hours and they did not even tell all the charges up front. I have had moving experience with other moving company when me and my two other roommates were moving from a four-floors apartment to another place and that moving company's two movers were able to move all three of our stuffs in three hours, not to mention they also needed to wait for the elevator when other people were using it. Because of the previous moving experience I had, I was expecting the move to be done within two and a half hours, but I was wrong. This time we were only moving two people's of stuff, but it took Beeline movers three hours AND TEN MINUTES to complete for the work that can clearly be finished within three hours (like I said earlier, why did they need that extra ten minutes?!!). This is definitely not normal for moving only two people's of stuffs as I do have a comparison from the previous move and I will suggest you're better off hiring some college students or ask some friends to help out than using Beeline. read more

I used Beeline services to deliver several items to my house. The customer service was remarkable. The administrator who scheduled my delivery was very friendly and professional. I received a quote within 5 minutes. The confirmation of the fees and the delivery time was immediately emailed to me as well. The delivery fee were very reasonable as well. The day before the delivery I received an email and a text reminders specifying a 3 hour time frame (11am-2pm) for the my delivery. The day of the delivery, once again, I received another reminder on my phone with exact time of the arrival. The delivery guys came at 11am, which was the earliest time from the time window I received. They was also very polite, efficient and careful with my items. I am very satisfied with Beeline service and will definitely use them again in the future! read more
