We had to move from a single story home to a new 2-story home a mile apart. After calling BeeLine Moving to schedule an onsite estimate, we were met by Elia who evaluated our house items including furniture and 3 big appliances to move and pack for us. He gave us a fair estimate of our moving project and we scheduled for a Tuesday (mid-month) move date. We appreciated Elia's professionalism the entire time as well as honesty from estimated costs and expenses for materials and 3-man crew. . On the move date, the black and yellow BeeLine truck arrived with 3-men. With respect to the business, the staff is comprised of Russian ethnicity for which one man is english speaking and the coordinator, and the other 2 men spoke some to little english. Regardless they were all polite, careful and honest with their work. Prior to preparing household items/furniture to move, we did another walk-thru with the coordinator named Ivan. He made sure we were all on the same page on what to move, and label which box to go where in new house. All furniture were padded and shrink wrapped in clear plastic thoroughly! Other loose items were packaged in boxes well and labeled. Bicycles and surfboard were also cared for well and secured in the truck with straps. I was impressed by the whole service! Exceptional job and strength, yet careful as can be. Of all that could go wrong - there was only one misfortune event in that one of the movers accidentally slipped on our carpeted stairs and dropped the edge of a nightstand (padded and shrink-wrapped) catching the wall! This resulted in a 3"x3" hole! He was honestly embarrassed and apologetic. He called his manager and a generous discount was applied for the cost of patching up the hole to our wall. Our stainless steel refrigerator, washer and dryer were all shrink wrapped and moved well without incident. The appliances were as before disconnecting. I also received an additional 5% discount for paying in cash after the 9hr moving service! I ended up paying half of what was estimated! To add in, half the moving boxes were mine, therefore I saved on material costs. Other than the accidental mishap, we were overall satisfied with their moving service for our moving needs. I would've given 5-stars if it were not for that mishap. read more

Very slow movers. It took tow men 6 hrs to move my 2bd/2ba(1000sqft) condo 2nd floor to a 1st floor storage room! They even forgot to move my shelves, boxes, beach chairs in the garage. I have to give away and waste my money. I will never use their service. I had moved from a 2bd/2bd condo 3rd floor to my 2nd floor condo with 30 min drive two yrs ago, and it just took 4 hrs for 2 men to complete the job. It was just BS for their biz manager to comment on that 6-hr-job was reasonable. As to the unprofessional excuse for not getting my stuffs in the garage, it was the movers' s fault for not organizing the truck when they uploaded. I had all my stuffs fit into about 80% of a 10x15 storage room. The truck the mover drove was for 3 bd condo and at least 10x20 in size. They just wanna play game to waste time so they can get more money. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled a move in May for end of June move date. Way in advance. They have been So unprofessional. I had a moved scheduled for 8am, waited until 10:30 and nobody showed. Called over and over nobody would answer. I call from a private number and they finally picked up saying I cancelled my move, which was completely false. They rescheduled me for later in the afternoon 2-4pm and nobody came. Called, nobody would answer. They texted and asked if they could reschedule.. they wouldn't even talk on the phone. They said maybe 6pm. I demanded a refund for my deposit. No response. Will report to BBB and file a dispute with my credit card company. Worst company ever! read more

We sought quotes from a bunch of moving companies and ended up going with BeeLine Moving due to their responsiveness and competitive rates. The scheduling process was simple and we were given a 3 hour window for when they would arrive on our moving day. Once moving day came around, my wife and I packed as quickly as possible but soon realized we severely underestimated how much stuff we had. Eric and Russ arrived right at the beginning of the 3 hour window and we were absolutely panicked because we were not ready. However, Eric and Russ kicked into superhero mode and helped us get all of our stuff packed and loaded into the truck in as quick of a time as possible and kept us cool, calm, and collected despite what would have been an insanely stressful ordeal. Eric and Russ were as friendly, hardworking, and professional as can be and truly deserve a raise for their commitment to excellence. The job was much more arduous than we had originally believed and we would have been totally screwed but for Eric and Russ's professional assistance.
