Horrible customer service! The movers worked hard and did their job so no issues with them. But customer service was horrible. I specifically chose this company because I felt they appeared upfront and honest. It appeared to be a good relationship leading up to the move. I spoke and texted with Emmy multiple times and received my quote. The website states: "MOVING SERVICE INCLUDE : Free tape, plastic wrap, blankets use and wardrobe boxes use Equipment: dollies, hand trucks, straps and belts No service or truck charges (for moves within 30 miles radius) No stairs or long carry charges NO hidden fees !!!" Very first thing the movers said when they arrived was going to be the extra fees for tape and plastic wrap. I literally showed them their own website stating the items were "free" and there were "NO hidden fees! " I immediately called Emmy and asked why the extra fees when the website specifically states no hidden fees. She tried to explain to me that due to covid, they have to charge the fees because they can't reuse the supplies like the usually would prior to the pandemic. That it is California law that they have to charge for "new" supplies and they can not be reused. I clarified that before the pandemic... these items were free and there was no charge. She confirmed that it was true. But neither tape or plastic wrap is reusable even if it wasn't a pandemic. They aren't collecting the plastic wrap and reusing it on another job! Emmy then became offended that I was implying she was hiding something from me. I told her, that I am simply reading the information that is on the company website. She refused to waive the fees. Either the company needs to change their website, or needs to waive the fees on items that can't be reused anyways. And for the items that are reused (i.e. moving blankets), I hope they are washing/sanitizing them between customers. Suggestion to the company, update your website to truly have "NO hidden fees !!!" and disclose your COVID precaution practices. It's for your workers' and customers' safety! read more

BeeLine moved our household a couple of months ago, and although their employees were pleasant, I've noticed what seems to be some very unpleasant handling of my father's boyhood dresser. I'm very familiar with it because I polish it and use it to store little items. At first I thought it was scraped a little at a corner, but now I see scrapes you can feel on each of the 5 drawers, the sides as well as the unique ball shaped legs. MY DAD WAS BORN IN 1920. We were on the 3 rd floor with no elevator and they didnt even care. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with either blankets and or plastic wrap. These guys are really great! We moved apartments and the new place was on the second floor, with bedrooms up more stairs on the third floor - it wasn't an easy move. They brought two movers and their own truck. They worked *so hard*. I was really, really impressed! They were fast, polite and professional. They wrapped up the furniture with protective blankets and plastic wrap and lots of protections for the TVs and screens - they really did a great job! Nothing got broken, they were very careful with the walls, and even helper take apart the bed frame and headboard. They just charged an hourly rate and a single $30 gas charge - no extra fees for the wrapping, taking apart the bed frame, or the stairs! We were really stressed about our move, and these guys just completely handled this for us - it was fantastic and worth every penny! read more

There were 2.5 bathrooms in the place I was moving from and one of the Korean guys took a dump in my personal bathroom while in the middle of moving my furniture. I was FURIOUS. I had to make him clean the toilet seat and the inside of the toilet where he left his mess behind. He had the nerve to get annoyed when I made him clean up his mess. I needed movers asap, called BeeLine movers, after talking with Dan, I didn't need a quote from anyone else. I chose them. They are fast, hardworking, reliable, very helpful, and their prices are awesome, and they make you feel as if you have known them forever. They are the kindness crew, that I have met and used as my movers. I really do thank the whole crew, for helping me with yesterday, taking my things and held them in the truck, safe and sound, when the storage was closed and met up this morning at the storage with my things in there truck. I found out this morning from Anthony, the storage owner, that they were closed early yesterday, due to closing to fumigation, and he apologized to me and gave me a discount, and he was really nice and kind as well. The absolute worse experience I've ever had moving which is ironic because I hired a professional moving company to elevate the stress of moving on your own. At first they were very responsive and professional, but come moving day, everything changed. They had provided me a window of arrival time between 1-4 pm. I called at 2:00 to get an approximate eta and was treated rather rudely on the phone because they were still in that window even though Emmy had informed me that they are still on a job in San Diego (I'm in San Marcus). Needless to say, 4:00 came and and went and nothing, so did 5:00 o'clock. When I called (on several occasions) it went to voicemail after a long hold time. I finally got a text back to let me know they're running way behind because the earlier job had asked them to do extra work. ??? This is not how you run a business! So unprofessional! When I fired them and demanded for my security refund back, they obliged, but no apology or empathy. So now I have to squeeze everything into one day and I don't know how I'm going to make it. They were a wonderful team that helped get everything done! As to be expected with a move, there were little things that I forgot, that didn't go according to plan, but they made sure everything was completed and set up exactly as I wanted. At the end we realized that my fridge in the garage was left behind, while the guys set up my bed, the 3rd guy went over and got it (I gave him the garage door opener), then I forgot to get the garage door opener at the end of the day and right when I was about to call, they showed up and handed it back over! We've used BeeLine twice now for Restoration Hardware furniture deliveries. Once was for a white, oversized sofa and once for a double bathroom vanity cabinet. Both pieces were heavy and had to navigate a challenging turn in our stairway to go upstairs. I was looking for movers and found Beeline movers online through the reviews and thought I might give them a call. They were the only company that would come to my residence and give me a quote. I already knew how much it was going to cost because of the move 10 years prior and my new residence was 30 minutes away, the same distance before although the other movers did not wrap up all my furniture like Beeline did. Also I wanted to sign all the paperwork prior before the moving date so I wasn't charged for that time, they were very accommodating. Moving Date was October 14, 2018 and they called to tell me they were going to be 15 minutes late which they then arrived promptly on time. I then met Elyar and Aslan who then took charge of moving my 1 bedroom full of furnitue and about 40 boxes that I packed myself. They were extremly polite, fast , efficient and hard working. They never took a break or wasted my time. They were extremely careful with all of my belongings and wrapped all of my furniture, when unloading they helped me put down my new rug and placed all of my furniture where I wanted it to go even rearranging it till I was satisfied. The entire move took 6 hours I never had a move go so smoothly as this move did and I have moved a lot in my life so my next move ( which I hope wont be for a long while ) I will definitely hire Beeline movers again, I highly recommend this company to anyone who desires a stress free move and request Elyar and Aslan they are quite the gems.......and don't forget to tip your movers well. read more
