    Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs
    Aliza J.

I tried the fried chicken steak. The texture was interesting -- it was crispy, but for me it tasted a bit too much like flour. It was also on the salty side for my preference. The rest of the dish was okay, and the portion was decent. Service was good, which I appreciated. Overall, it wasn't my favorite because of the seasoning, but the experience was still pleasant.

Came here on a Saturday morning after Pilates with 2 friends. We were sat immediately and were able to pick a table. The place feels like an old diner kinda experience but still cute for brunch. We got waters to start and the waiters were quick to take our orders. I ordered a carnitas Benedict and we got a red velvet pancake to share for the table. Our food came out one at a time so it took a little bit of time. My friend ordered a breakfast burrito without cheese and when she got it and it had cheese in it so the had to remake it. Either way the food was SO good. I ate my whole meal and a lot of the pancake that was meant to be shared the waiters were pretty friendly and it ended up being a nice pretty budget friendly restaurant. Will be back!

Cute location in Downtown Saratoga walking distance from any street parking. We sat outside and had a view of the street. The food was well portioned for the price. All three of us cleared our plates because it was so scrumptious. The prices were a little higher than I expected for a breakfast place but it was good. It averaged to $30 a person with everyone getting coffee. The bread was the perfect amount of crispy and the salad was fresh. I'd eat here again. Good service: got checked on about 3 times. Very nice time. Their cups are mason jars which was nice and rustic.

Really great option for a local brunch! Went there on Sunday around noon, and we got seated immediately. Outdoor sitting area is very pleasant. We ordered two omelettes and a sandwich, and the food was delicious. The meals were sizable- portions were good for the price. Great location- right in downtown Saratoga! We loved eating here and then walking around downtown.

Great food, great service! Food was delicious. Service even better. At least four people helped serve us. They worked well together and never left us wanting. Outdoors area was nice and comfortable. A great place for breakfast!

Bell Tower is an adorable cafe with extensive outdoor seating, an open kitchen inside, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I got the strawberry crepes and my friend got the deep-fried breakfast burrito. The crepe itself had an excellent texture but was a tad bland. However the presentation with the orchid flower was a feast for my eyes. Overall, I highly recommend it for breakfast/brunch in Saratoga.

We had a lovely breakfast here at Bell Tower Care. We ordered eggs Benedict, strawberries crepe, and cappuccino. Everything was delicious. Service was prompt and attentive. It is a huge cafe!l with outdoor seatings. They have wisteria trellis on the side by the fence which I think would be lovely when it's blooming. We didn't get to see it since we are early in the season. Late May or June would be a great time for an outdoor brunch here.

We came here a couple times and lately the service has been getting a bit slow. It took a while for a server to get our order and waiting a much longer time to receive our food as well. Our server barely made eye contact with us whenever we spoke to him too. The food however is still pretty good! Just wished that the service was as good as it was the first time time we went.

Cute cafe with outdoor/ patio seating. We came during Saturday noon time and the place was bustling. Staff were a bit disorganized with seating and we had to wait quite a while. It was a warm day and the heater may have been on in the outdoor seating area making the place feel like a sauna. Chicken and waffle - average chicken and waffle, slightly expensive considering the quality of the dish

Came here after I picked up my sister from School. Place was pretty empty since it was a Thursday afternoon. We were greeted and they told us to choose our sit. Which was nice to choose your own seat since it was empty. Got the menus and couldn't decide what to get. what we order and rating: -Cappuccino 4/5 -Fresh OJ 3/5 -Build my own Omelet 4/5 -Carnitas Bendict 4/5 Overall, service was fast and food was good. The only con would be that they dont have their own parking.

By far, the BEST breakfast I've had! The service is also so amazing! Peaceful ambience, very clean and excellent service! Not sure why this place isn't rated a 5. Everything was absolutely perfect! The restaurant was very clean as well as the restrooms. The food came out so quick and was delicious! Perfect breakfast spot!

The hojicha latte is the best ive tried so far! So good even without sugar, smooth but still a deep toasted taste and not grainy. The pistachio rose cake was nice and rosey and generous. Really liked the avocado toast with a nice balsamic sauce. Overall def recommend and want to come back to try more of their drinks and bakery items!!

Fresh florals on every table and in garnishes for the drinks! They had the FIFA World Cup on their flat screen above the bar. Drinks: Garden Spritz and the Ube matcha latte - not too overly sweet but great flavor and not too much alcohol! Would come back to order the other options they have. Food: Crispy thoroughly cooked through diced potatoes are to die for. I still remember the crisp crunch. The chicken waffles? I don't usually get these but this is a place I would definitely come back to just so I can eat this one specifically because I know it's good. The chicken was tender and not dried out, the waffles had flavor and the proportion was perfect!

Final Thoughts: 4.20/5.0…read more Contrary to many other opinions, I personally really like brunch. It really is more for the vibes and spending time with my friends and family versus the food sometimes. For some reason, this place has always been on my list of to-go brunch places, but I've just never had the chance to go here. After our matcha run, my friend and I decided to go here for brunch. It was around a 45 minute wait today. On their Yelp, appears to be quite the quaint place to to get food and relax. Will definitely be a 4 star for me. Food: Jumbo Crab Bene with seasonal fruit: 4.0/5 This is their fresh lump crab with sliced avocado, whole grain mustard and poached eggs stacked on lightly toasted English muffins, topped with scratch made Hollandaise sauce and garnished with locally sourced microgreens. This is served with either house potatoes or seasonal fruits. The lump crab is actually fresh crab I believe. There are some pieces of the shell that were still in there. I'm honestly not even mad because that's a pretty big indicator that it's the fresh crab meat picked out. The egg is nicely poached with a runny yolk. Hollandaise sauce is quite nice and light. The Dijon mustard was quite strong for me and did overwhelm some of the other flavors on the plate. It does add a nice flavor, but occasionally, it was too much. For the English muffin, it was quite thick, so it felt kind of dry. It's noted to be slightly toasted, but its somewhat hard to tell with the mustard, crab meat, and poached egg on top, which are mainly wet items. Avocado is perfectly ripe. I'm not an avocado person, but this one did it just right for me. The fruits came with blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, apples, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Very refreshing and needed after the savory foods. Philly Steak Sandwich with garlic fries: 4.0/5 This sandwich has grilled steak with peppers, onions, and mushrooms topped with provolone cheese on a toasted baguette with mayo and a light teriyaki drizzle. Will come with either a side of house salad or garlic fries. I really liked how they caramelized the onions and peppers inside of this. There's that additional sweetness from it that works well with the steak and cheese. Very tender meat. The bread also seemed kind of big and just almost dry too. Not too big of a concern given the amount of filling that they give. My friend choose the garlic fries and those were amazing. The cut is just right and the crisp on the outside is just so good. You can taste the garlic, but I could do with even more garlic to it. --------- Quality: Fresh Something I really like is that they use real crab in their jumbo crab bene. You can actually feel the tiny pieces of the shell in it, which usually means its fresh. The food did take a second to come out, but both were piping hot. My friends onions and veggies were quite caramelized, which is nice. Brings out a lot of the flavor component in the sandwich. The fries were actually so good too. I wanted the side of garli fries, but it was convenient that his came with it. Super crispy, nice size, flavor is good. May need a little more fresh garlic, but overall, really good. Price: Reasonable Prices seem reasonable for what they give. Initially, it does lean more on the expensive side, but their portion sizes are larger than your average brunch place. Prices will range from between $18 to $24, with a few outliers. Service: Very sweet workers Very nice service here. Everyone was sweet, greeted us, and checked on us. Our food did take a little longer than some others around us. For us, it was around a 25-30 minute wait after ordering our food. Even the table next to us that were seated after got their food first. The food did come out fresh, so I'm not really complaining. They did let us know and give us little updates about our wait and food though. Ambiance: Classic Brunch Spot The space is nice and looks slightly cramped inside. It was just my friend and I and they gave us a seat right in the corner next to the window. Honestly, probably the best spot for me and the person who seated us also noted that it was his favorite spot in the house. I didn't see much beyond from what was seen by the door. The space looks fairly small, but fit a decent amount of tables with walking space in between still. Always love the open kitchen. It's fun to watch what happens behind the scenes. Location/Parking: Large space It's located right on Saratoga Avenue. There is a Lucky grocery store here, so there is a lot of parking around. We really didn't have any concerns finding a space at all.

AMAZING! So fluffy and hot-- everything you'd want in a pancake. I don't like ricotta much, especially on pizza, but they make it so smooth like a liquid icing but creamy yellow with yuzu essence. They're known for these for a reason. Corn ribs were DELICIOUS! Buttery and savory with a creamy aioli dip. I ate three pieces and could've eaten more. *Could've Been Better: Chicken noodle tomyum soup barely had any shredded chicken. Maybe some chopped chicken cubes would've worked out. It had typical noodles for chicken soup. It was also not sour or spicy like typical tomyum. All sweet and tomatoey. Tofu Scramble needed more seasoning? Potatoes were good. I should've tried the house marmalade on the bread. They keep some in the little jar on the table. Darla French Toast was excellently executed. Picturesque. It tasted more like bread pudding, slightly undercooked in the middle and would've been great with a crisp exterior for texture contrast. Service was fine with polite smiles. They leave you alone for the most part. Little vase of flowers is an adorable touch. There is parking in the back but good luck on weekends. Great place to walk around and explore local shops.

The floor plan of the restaurants a little weird it's very easy to get in peoples way and with service people hustling and bustling around it felt difficult to get around easily. It also wasn't obvious where the front of the restaurant was. There's an entrance from the parking area and then there's a entrance from the main street. There's really no podium or anything to approach. The bathrooms are very out-of-the-way, but also a little difficult to get to. There were a lot of life-size human posters that made it a little difficult to get to the bathrooms themselves. The outdoor patio area looked absolutely amazing and spacious. I definitely would recommend if you need space for a big group to meet up to come here. Ordered: Corn hash eggs, Benedict This came with two eggs, Benedict hashbrowns on an English muffin with corn beef. The corn beef was very disappointing. The eggs were delicious. The hollandaise sauce was amazing. It was just that beef that was really low quality and low Vibin. I would definitely order something else next time. Unfortunately, the quality of the corn has beef and the odd floor plan made me give it three out of five stars. I think there are other country inns that I would rather go to. So many restaurants have come and gone over the last few decades, I really hope Tamra Grill is here to stay. They're located in the same area as the real estate company and our favorite neighborhood classical-music-blasting Diamond gas station. There's outdoor seating and lots of indoor spots as well. Great for parties, date night, and those with dogs on their outdoor patio. The only wish I have for improvement is the longer than usual wait time for food. Yes, the food is fresh and made with local ingredients, which as we all know now is just how Palestinians do it. So the wait is worth it. But it's a lot to ask if you're hangry, just order yourself some chicken liver hummus and one bite of that delicious goodness with their pillowy-soft bread will soothe all your hanger. The eggplant musaka'a was so flavorful and just to die for with that creamy bechamel cheese right out of the oven. Their tagliatelle chicken meatballs was also our favorite. Al dente and flavorful was the theme for that night. Love that all Palestinian dishes are flavorful and seasoned with parsley or za'atar. Service is SO kind, and it really feels like a homey and family-owned spot, but with an elevated and hint of finer dining aesthetic. Every bite of Falastini cuisine just hits different knowing that their people, culture, cuisine are being attacked and a great antidote is to support all those in the diaspora with your coin. So glad Saratoga and Cupertino get to create a home for Tamra Grill. We need to jazz up the outdoor tarp seating with some olive trees and Jaffa oranges I think. Free Free Falasteen all the way.
