One of my favorite Italian places!! They have one of the best gluten free pizzas!! My favorite dinner here is the Buffalo chicken on a gluten free crust and a chicken avocado salad, it's perfect size to split! The owner is great, she knows what she is doing!! Love this spot very family friendly but also delicious so you don't have to sacrifice good food to accommodate your kids!!

My burned sub? Need I say more!

Great food and great prices, a truly hidden gem. I recommend the pizzas and subs, but everything on the menu is amazing. 11/10!

They served complimentary bread which was phenomenal. You can literally get full off of that. I also ordered the linguine vongole (clam) which was good, but for some reason mine was more sour than another guests' linguine. Maybe a too much lemon? I also tried the fettuccine mediterraneo which was super cheesey and creamy, more on the bland side but asking for red pepper flakes helped. I really enjoyed the fettuccine over the linguine dish. Both pasta noodle texture was really good. The server came around here and there, and was also friendly and patient. There is also a parking lot up front, so you don't have to worry about parking.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had. Our waiter was extremely inattentive and confusing from the start. Several people at our table asked questions about a pasta dish that included meatballs and sausage, and none of us could get a straight explanation from him. He kept going around in circles trying to describe the dish, repeatedly mentioning there was a $2 difference depending on how many meatballs or sausage you received, but no one at the table could understand what he was actually explaining. In the end, both my sister and cousin basically gave up and just said, "Okay, whatever we want one meatball and one sausage." We later realized the "sausage" was actually ground sausage in the sauce -- not a sausage link as we had understood. He also repeatedly tried to upsell us on additional menu items we had clearly shown no interest in ordering. Instead of listening to what we actually wanted, it felt like he was more focused on pushing extra items onto the table. To make matters worse, my sister and cousin ordered the exact same dish, yet my sister received three meatballs while my cousin only received one. There was no explanation for the inconsistency. The service throughout the evening was terrible. Our waiter rarely checked on our table and disappeared for long stretches of time. We actually had to stop another employee walking by just to get boxes for our leftovers and a dessert menu. Meanwhile, the table next to us had a waitress who was attentive and constantly checking on them, which made the difference in service even more noticeable. At one point, our waiter mentioned they had a lot of walk-ins that evening. However, we had made reservations in advance for a birthday celebration, so that should not have affected the level of service we received. Even getting the check at the end took an unnecessarily long time after we finally managed to get his attention. Overall, the entire experience was disappointing, disorganized, and frustrating -- especially for what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner.

We had 11 people and the staff was super accommodating and since we sat in the bar area, our server was the bartender, Jane. She grew busier at the bar as the dinner went on but kept pace with our drinks and food with lightning speed. AND lively banter. Except for my husband and me, none of the others had ever been there before but they all agreed it was a great pick! Lots of comments about the homemade meatballs, the chicken parmesan, the mushroom risotto to die for, one of the gnocchi dishes, and my Cosmopolitan that everyone wanted to sample because it looked so good ( and was). The bread and olive oil bought out en gratis was, oil delicious, bread delicious, after it was softened in the oil for a spell, otherwise I was concerned about my teeth breaking. The bartender, Chris, very professional, but served me dark & stormys in little rocks glasses. He didn't have a clue that everywhere else in town will serve a proper portion in a pint glass. He didn't think to ask. Maybe he doesn't get out much, or enough to notice? He also has no idea about what's being served in front of him. The mussels we tried to eat were rancid. My lady and I have been consuming this local delicacy for probably 35-45 years, individually, not combined. Chris said that they came in that day and that's all he knew, but you'd think the kitchen would have noticed the smell? The young couple sitting next to us probably were just going along with it, like, that's just how these taste? No... They were very small and not good, but, well, there's my review.

We also shared several appetizers, including the meat and cheese boards, which were absolutely incredible. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. One of the highlights of the evening was being invited to the speakeasy downstairs, where we were treated to complimentary drinks. It was such a fun surprise and made an already memorable night even better. Overall, this was an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The feta chunks neither added nor detracted from the dish. A dollop of mascarpone or ricotta would have given it an even richer, meltier finish. Heck even a whipped feta would've added more depth. The blend of meats was outstanding with a pleasant kick of spice, while the mellow, flavorful marinara had a thinner consistency that made it perfect for crostini dipping. Lobster RavioliThe sauce was unquestionably the star of the show. The pasta tasted homemade with a wonderful texture. Unfortunately, the lobster seemed either overcooked or not at its freshest, as it had a noticeable fishy flavor and a chewy texture. The fresh lump crab, however, made for an excellent garnish and added a bright, sweet contrast. Smoked Pineapple Rum Old FashionedThe pineapple-infused rum came through nicely, giving the cocktail great flavor. The smoke, however, was much more subtle than I expected. I knew it had been smoked because the bartender presented it with a plastic smoking device over the glass. I was anticipating the more dramatic wood-smoke presentation under a glass dome that I'm accustomed to. It was also missing the classic Luxardo or maraschino cherry garnish, and without any garnish at all, it felt like it was missing that final finishing touch. OverallWhile it didn't quite reach Feed My Soul status, everything was genuinely good. An added bonus is that it's within walking distance of Maryland Hall, making it a perfect stop before or after a show. ServiceFriendly staff and impressively fast service. The food arrived much quicker than expected.

My husband had the Fettuccine Mediterranean a similar issue with missing flavor. The calamari has been a consistent hit but it's just an appetizer. Ambiance: Modern and sassy, but can be loud. I'd say it has a very energetic vibe. Not very intimate because of the, sometimes boisterous, patronage. There is a new dress code, but I didn't see it being enforced on a few. Not somewhere to have a quiet refined dinner, at least on a Saturday. However, there is outside seating, which actually is a little more relaxed, if the weather is cooperative. App steak rolls: These are always a hit when going here. Sadly I think these are going away because the new owners want a more authentic Italian restaurant. Steaks: We ordered 3 10 oz filets. 2 were cooked perfectly, the third was very rare in the center when all of them were supposed to be medium. Part of me thinks the back got the order wrong somehow, because the two others were perfect. Very strange. Truffle Fries: Very yummy, although to me, I felt it needed a tad bit more salt, but there is salt on the table as needed. I would definitely order these fries again.
