The tea was good, we both added a splash of the sparkling lemonade to the tea and loved it. I had sweet potato fries and asked for ranch on the side. Big disappointment, the ranch was sweet! Didn't eat it and my pal got it too and said same thing. Get a regular ranch! Also, wanted the tortilla soup until I saw it has quinoa. No thank you! I love Bella Green! I've only been for brunch. Every time I leave full but also feeling great & not heavy like other brunch places can make you feel. I enjoy the bright ambiance & friendly service. My one complaint is the eggs are never cooked to the right temperature. The first time I went they were cooked perfect, but since then they've just been over cooking the eggs, which is a bummer & my friends eggs were really under cooked. I finally just left here after waiting for my salad for nearly 25 minutes. Not a terrible amount of time but when I placed my to-go order, I was asked for my name and told someone would call name when it was ready. I sat right next to the register so I could hear them call me as it was busy. After 20 minutes, I get up and see that both parties that were in front of me in line were seated and eating their food, as well as the lady behind me. I ask the guy at the counter where should I be waiting to hear my name and he said right here - he goes to look at all of the bags that were on the to-go shelf, ask me my name, and then says 'Sorry' and hands me my food. So it had been sitting there for I don't know how long and they never called my name. If the process is to call the names for to-go orders when they are ready, then they should work on actually calling the customer's name. read more

Friend! Grab the lemon berry soda ASAP!! Obviously, the lemon berry soda was the highlight of my visit. A friend and I went to try BellaGreen for the first time and it was everything and more! Loved the idea of looking directly into the kitchen to see the food being prepared. Also, loved the option to enjoy your meal outside on the patio. Staff = 5/5. I love attending a restaurant and you ask for a suggestion and the personnel gives you options on food choices. That is always a good choice. Decent option when you're craving something delicious yet healthy. Slightly on the pricey side but may be worth it depending on your mood. I have only ordered take out. I've tried their salmon pasta and fried fish tacos. Both times, the food was good but missing something key in my opinion. The pasta was on the salty and greasy side. On the other hand, the tacos were great except for the star ingredient - the fish had no seasoning whatsoever. Maybe seafood is not the thing to order here. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area, but Bellagreen is one of the most casual spots with Brunch. Order at the counter, and sit wherever you like - there is an ample mix of high/low tables and seating options. No liquor, but they offer Mimosas and Sangria to the brunch crowd, as well as beer, wine, softdrinks, and coffee. Everyone loved the Hempanada's; these easily bested previous Empanadas that I thought were delicious - Bellagreen does it BETTER!! My Three-Egg Omelette with baby shrimp, bacon, and cheese was so good that I inhaled it! The Chicken & Waffles were a big hit with 2 members of our group - and the Tri-Tip Sirloun sammy was a fresh delight. Fruits and Sweet Potato Fries were good as well. Desserts? The Carot Cake was good, but the Chocolate Cake was so moist - with the extra choco-topping - it was the clear winner! We'll go back and try dinner soon! read more

The V burger was well put together and fried. Each bite had a nice crunch to it. The sweet potatoes were also crisp and flavorful. The fries were not oily nor over cooked. We are on a hunt for the best chicken caesar wrap in Dallas. That being said, of course we had to try bellagreen! There is plenty of parking in the plaza, and we were able to sit on the patio with our pup. We opted for the chipotle chicken cesar wrap with a side of fries and mango ranch and chicken tacos. The chipotle chicken caesar wrap was good, but we wish the ingredients were distributed within better. There was a whole lotta chipotle peppers in the first few bites with no chicken, and then all the chicken was at the bottom. The wrap was good, but not sure it really qualifies as a chicken cesar wrap. We did appreciate the thickness of the tortilla itself, it didn't get soggy. The fries were good, nothing special, but the mango ranch and ketchup were SO runny. It felt water downed big time. The chicken tacos were good, felt clean and fresh, but lacked a flavor. They were unable to customize the pizzas (I was trying to remove pepperoni), bummer. read more

We usually always go to bellagreen it has been a staple for us for a while but unfortunately the last two times we have gone to pick up our food to enjoy at home we have been left very disappointed and unsatisfied. Our daughters Mac and cheese looked like a blob of cheese soup with pieces of noodles in it. The taste was as bad as it looks also. Her side of fruit was old and watery . Last time we came we were given the hummus starter that was completely watery and runny no hold to it. When we called to speak to a manager the person on the phone said they were too busy and it would be a while. Asked for the managers name and the person on the phone was wondering themselves and with a questionable tone they said jack? Between the "uh" and the background noise I just said thank and hung up Hope this location can hopefully fix the food quality as we are loyal costumers and would like to keep coming but not worth it the last two times! read more

Waited 25 minutes for an undercooked white doughy pizza. They said their oven wasn't hot enough (then why serve it?). They made it again, same result. Wasted 45 minutes only to leave hungry. Why even sell pizza if the ovens don't work and you have cooked that give the okay on slimy inedible pizza? Avoid! read more

Such a great atmosphere, friendly staff, outdoor seating, comfortable seats, numerous vegan options, & so many different drinks to choose from that are actually good (Lemon berry being one of the best), and the desserts are incredible... Bellagreen is delicious. I got the goat cheese salad with blackened salmon. The portions are pretty big, and the ingredients are fresh. The salad was not soggy and the salmon was nice and hot. The wheel of goat cheese had sliced almonds in it and added the perfect creamy texture to everything. I would absolutely eat here again! read more

The problem is that there's no way on their app to alert them that there was an issue with your order. Bellagreen is a chain from Houston, originally called Ruggles Green. I've loved this place since living in Houston, and the quality of the food is always spot on. I've liked everything I've had at this location and the one in Houston. The service at this location is particularly great, and the manager always comes to check in on us to make sure the food is excellent and up to standards. I honestly haven't had any misses here I haven't had their pizzas, but their burgers with sweet potatoes fries and any of their pastas are solid. What you absolutely must get is the white chocolate bread pudding. If there's one thing to try here, it's that. It's one of the best desserts I've ever had, and I'm sort of a dessert connoisseur. It's warm with ice cream and a chocolate piece that melts into the pudding. The berry compote that comes with it is perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. It's an excellent size portion, best shared with at least one person. I prefer sharing it with one, because I could probably eat the whole thing myself. I'm a glutton though. Prices are decent, not overly expensive but not fast casual cheap. You pay at the counter before self seating, but you don't clean up your mess after so definitely still tip! First off, they let me make a reservation for our group of 8 senior citizens for Friday at 6:30 pm. It was important for us to have a quiet place we could talk. They placed us at a table and bench area they call the "Moss Wall". You have to place your food order and pay for it on the way in, (No table service). Then sit down and they bring your food to you. "American Bistro" is an accurate description. The menu is trendy, fresh, flavorful. I ordered a small salad and the Pig & Fig pizza. Everyone's food came out at different times. Sadly my pizza was not delivered until we asked for it. It was cold and hard, having been left on the counter under lights for 20 minutes. I would not have expected a fresh new pizza, but they should not have charged me for it. That said, they were very gracious to our group, and comped us 3 full desserts to eat in.
