For moms out there with baby or toddler that is asleep this is great spot to grab a GOOOD coffee because it had a DRIVE THRU! My favorite place to grab an iced or hot chai! I was even more floored when I saw they offered a smoothie version of the cold chai called blended chai! It's sugary sweet chai and give it a 5/5! One time there blended chai was too icy and went back and they happily gave me another chai where I asked for iced chai as I felt that one is rare to mess up. Honestly, my favorite place to grab a chai. Fun menu items like snickerdoodle latte. The Mocha de Mexico is great too for a warm drink. Also has desserts, like croissants. Not my favorite desserts where'd I recommend them. It's small with limited seating. They have a reward program on their app and I initially refused to download the app but I was going back so many times I finally did it. Overall, love this coffee shop. This is the 2nd time coming here in two weeks and both experiences weren't the best (for different reasons). Since we've moved here, we been here a few times and Eve is always a pleasant to talk too. W ordered ahead last week and both my wife and I drinks weren't tasteful. Eve was working the drive thru so we didn't get to speak with her; the drinks weren't up to standard. Also the young lady that made them, seemed like she was "lifeless." We went there today and upon arrival, we both had to use the restroom and on top of that, our 1 yr old daughter went #2. We are aware most places dont have changing tables in the restroom but figured we could order drink(s), both use the restroom and be in and out. Well, the restroom was completely out of order, 7-11 doesn't have a restroom, so my wife had to walk all the way to the optometrist office and after we ordered, I drove to Dunkin Donuts to use theres. This was totally an inconvenience and disheartening. We usually go to Coffee Bean or this place, but we NEVER run into any issues at Coffee Bean. The drink wasn't sweet and blended well. My wife took her back inside because it was more ice than coffee and the other items. They seem to be rushing making drinks which is a disservice to the customer. read more

As soon as I walked in the staff immediately greeted me and the place was filled with smiles and laughter. Not loud but a very welcoming environment, the service was amazing and everyone was super nice. I ordered the Horchata Late, it came out very well made and I was pleased with demonstration and the taste was immaculate. Im a very big coffee guy and I would highly recommend this drink to other people. I also ordered the Bacon Chiabetta, it kinda reminded me of a sandwich you would get at Starbucks except the quality was much better the bacon was well cooked and the egg wasn't to soft and it wasn't soggy. I was able to get all my work I needed to done and I left with a smile on my face. Overall I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to try out a new coffee place. 6/21/25 was the date of my visit. I came in while visiting family from out of town to spend time with some of them before I headed back home. Excellent customer service, food and drinks were excellent and everyone was working hard. We spent few hours out on the patio and the atmosphere was great. Then one of the employees came out to sit down with what appeared to be management. I do not know what this conversation was about because I could only hear bits and pieces but man, I commend this poor girl for the way she handled the unprofessionalism from these managers I witnessed today. I own a small business back home and worked in the same type of food service environment most of my life, I know what a burn out looks like. She was very upset and instead of the managers moving this conversation away from customers, they continued to have the conversation right there during quite a busy time may I add. I also want to add that prior to them coming outside to chat, I watched this employee work extremely hard inside. It made what would've been a great experience super uncomfortable. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to after coming on here to see so many reviews about poor customer service, employees seeming to be miserable etc. and if this is the type of unprofessionalism and hostilitytheir employees deal with from upper management on a day to day basis, I can understand why these employees feel this way. I received more professionalism from the teenager at the register than I saw from their upper management today. read more

I was so excited when I heard Better Buzz was creeping on up to Orange County. This location is a little out of my reach but it's tucked in a convenient plaza, with an effective drive thru option. Cute little seating area, the inside can feel stuffy when it's busy though. Forever loyal to my Hazelnut Divinity and my Best Drink Ever and their food is pretty good too. I've been coming to this Better Buzz location for a long time and everyone here is always so nice except the RUDE woman who took my order in the drive-through around 1:30 today. She had an attitude from the moment she started talking to me, and when I pulled up to pay she was still just as rude. No greeting, no courtesy, nothing. Seems like she has a personal issue she likes to take her anger out on customers... I really love this location, but this one employee needs serious customer service training. In a great spot and with better hours than most places in the area but nothing remarkable: this type of place should be open later at night. Let me start by saying I was just in Costa Mesa at BB which was amazing in every aspect. Thought I'd do a drive thru locally in Laguna Hills and was disappointed. My drink was not half sweetened as asked for. I pulled over, walked in to a crowded house, waited forever to get attention and had to finally yell Excuse Me. I hated doing that since so many ppl seemed already irritated. The girl was working so hard, drinks all over the counter to be picked up, people waiting to complete for their incomplete orders, and here she had to make mine all over because haste makes waste. Get more employees. I'm shocked that employee didn't just walk out. Kudos to her, but your location needs a lot of help. read more

I would describe this location more of a 'grab and go' place, there's a few tables outside but inside gets super crowded. For first timers we recommend an iced best drink ever which is an Americano topped with their signature vanilla powder. I recommend mobile order if you already know what you like. read more

My husband got the mocha blended coffee and i had the horchata iced latte. Both large sizes Delighted i took a zip and it was the most bitter tasting thing i have ever had. It was undrinkable. I told my husband to taste it as well. It did not taste like coffee at all !! Then he tasted his and again super bitter. There was no ice blended it was flat.
