[[HIGHLIGHT]]Solid visit to Better Buzz... it wasn't crowded and the drive-thru was super fast.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The building looked clean and is a stand-alone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The coffee was great! The Banana Crean Latte was legit! This is worth a stop if you are close by!

I've had this place on my list to try for a while now, and I was very pleased! Love the cute theme/branding inside, although there wasn't as much seating as I would have liked. My coffee was really tasty and I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast wrap that I ordered. Definitely adding this place to my list! Service was pretty fast as well, which is always nice.

So cute but also so mid :') Visited this location after a workout right next door at fort fitness, and the location is so cute, so convenient! This was mid December so you'll see I posted their seasonal items. I got a Lavender latte that tasted like an earl grey (wasn't complaining but not what I expected lol) The beverage was luke warm which also was a buzzkill (pun totally intended) Their pastries looked so cute, and their little patio was perfect for a sit down. The employee was also super friendly!! If you're in the area, give them a visit!

Came by here to try their cinnamon pistachio best drink ever during the month of March with my daughter. I ordered it at 25% sugar and it was delicious! I love that it is topped with whole pistachios! I'm glad I reduced the sugar to 25% because the sweetness level was perfect for my liking !We went through the drive through and service was very quick !!

Good Feta Avocado on multigrain! Big enough to fill my tummy and satisfying. The avocado was generous and fresh topped with cherry tomatoes and feta cheese. I also had the Mocha de Mexico and I loved it! Light and nutty and not watered down. The cafe has ample outdoor space and so perfect on a very warm day. Service was pleasant and of course buzzy.

My boyfriend and I came to Better Buzz to try their new Fall flavored best drink evers. We got the iced maple best drink ever and the pumpkin best drink ever. Both were good, but the seasonal flavoring was only in the cold foam on top and we wished there was some added flavor in the drink itself. It was also our first time using the drive through and it was quick and easy.

The flavor is perfect every time On top of that, the customer service is always five-star! Das and Hiro are always in such a cheerful, welcoming mood and truly make the experience even better. Tastiest coffees and treats. I love their lavender tea buzz and crunch wrap. The people that work here are super friendly and knowledgeable. Be prepared for the long line in the drive thru! I'm glad that I left my house early to be able to stop by. I was waiting in the drive thru for about 15 minutes before I got to place my order. The person taking my order greeted me and asked what I can get started with. After I placed my order, he asked me to wait. He came back on after a minute and asked for my order again. It turns out he didn't even put the info in when he asked me the first time, so I had to repeat my order. I'm glad they asked if I was part of their rewards. I had the time to sign up while waiting in line. My order did come out quick and the line moved. Drinks & Food: - Iced Matcha Latte w/ almond milk: I like their matcha latte since it already has vanilla. I'm glad I don't have to add any extra vanilla. It's already sweetened and milky. The drink itself was up my alley, but I wish it had a more matcha flavor to it. - Better Breakfast (cage-free egg, havarti, bacon, arugula, garlic aioli on a toasted brioche bun $9.99): The sandwich was very tasty and I enjoyed everything that came with it. It would have tasted so much better if they had hot sauce on the side! I'll definitely come back in the mornings whenever I need a little pick me up before work. read more

Really enjoyed the ambiance of the coffee shop but the coffee just didn't do it for us. The service was friendly, they had a nice selection of pastries and some unique drinks on the menu. Joshua Squirrell and his team were on fire! They're the extra shot you need in the morning. The coffee was buzzing as always, and the breakfast sandwich was chef's kiss! The cafe was cozy, with plenty of parking and a spacious drive-thru. I got my order super fast even with a busy drive-thru line outside. What a strange order ahead business model. I placed my order (for 2 drinks) at 6:10am, and was notified my order would BE READY at 6:18. I arrived at 6:19 at the drive-thru and let them know I had a mobile order. I gave my name, and the employee told me that they just received my order, and next time I need to order earlier before my pickup for it to be ready. Again, my order said it would be ready at 6:18. He told me that they do not receive mobile orders until 10 minutes after the actual order is placed. I said that the system they have doesn't reflect that in my order, and he said YES it did. I checked my email receipt and showed him, it says order ready. Bottom line, not the customers fault I show up at the time it tells me my order is ready, and then made to feel like I'm doing something wrong and didn't give them enough notice? No care was had about it either, just that I did something wrong with not giving them enough notice? I don't decide when it says my order would be ready. Then I show up and made to again feel like I didn't order it without knowing some invisible additional 10 minute prep was necessary. Such a strange experience. read more

I was hesitant to post this as I don't like writing negative reviews, but I also don't want to make light of my experience. I had just gotten off a long night shift and was STARVING. Better Buzz was close by and i've had it before so I thought I knew what I was in for. unfortunately, someone in the back must have been having a DAY because when I got my Better Breakfast sandwich, the hash brown was the soggiest i've ever seen a hash brown. seeing as I ordered with the cashier and specified I would like a crispy hash brown, I let one of the workers know and asked if I can just get a crispy hash brown and he took my box away without saying a word. about a good 10mins passed by and I see order after order coming out. I don't say anything and keep patiently waiting only for a woman to bring out my box with a straight face and put it on the counter. I go to my car and proceed to drive off. once i'm on the road I take a bite and it is HARD AS STONE. when I mean hard, I mean I had to check my teeth hard like wth. someone maliciously did this and thennnn proceeded to write that lil extra spicy note on my box. the nerve! please check on your people as this should never be the case when someone receives an incorrect order. I asked extra nicely too as I know folks can get ruffled over things like this. I was so hungry that I tried to eat around it but needless to say I wasted money on this. I spit most of it out after trying to eat it. please do better... as far as ambience, it's a cute, bright little coffee shop, but the energy was super chaotic this morning. read more

Better Buzz Coffee might have unlocked a cheat code for happiness. I ordered a horchata latte and a wrap, and honestly, I may never emotionally recover from how good they were. The latte tasted like a cozy hug mixed with caffeine-fueled ambition, and the wrap? Let's just say if it ran for president, I'd vote for it. Twice. Shoutout to Josh, who took my order with the kind of friendliness that makes you forget you haven't had coffee yet (a true public service). And Daisy, culinary magician, crafted my wrap so perfectly I half expected Gordon Ramsay to burst out of the kitchen applauding. Between the two of them, I felt less like a customer and more like an honorary member of the Buzz family. Better Buzz? More like Best Buzz. I'll definitely be back. read more

I took leftovers home (hash browns wise). I can't wait to come back with more family and friends and be able to just indulge in the yummy items of their menu. 11/10 for me. More than 5 stars to be honest. I'm glad we decided to stop here.

When I walked in I was kindly greeted by everyone working, I walked up to the counter and was promptly helped, (I wish I got her name, she was taller and had a hat on backwards), she recommended the Vanilla Bean Latte with an extra shot to help me wake up and get through my school assignments and cinnamon cold foam to top it off. Coffee was good,otherwise it would only be one star. On sat 3/1/25 I came into this location around 1030am for breakfast. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. My coffee came out fairly quickly. My sandwich came out 25 minutes after my coffee, lukewarm at best. When I inquired twice with a girl who seemed to be a manager, considering she was walking up and down yelling at everyone, she told me "they're working on it" and proceeded to walk away both times. Finally she brought it out, along with a few other peoples food orders. I asked for her name which she said was Eve. I wanted to share my recent experience at your location, which was unfortunately disappointing. During my visit, the temperature outside was 48 degrees, yet the ceiling fan remained on. When I requested to have it turned off, the general manager refused without providing a clear reason. (Definitely did not care) This made the environment quite uncomfortable, which negatively impacted my visit. As a customer, I expect reasonable accommodations to be considered, especially when they contribute to a better dining experience. I visited the Laguna Hills drive-thru at Better Buzzed Coffee this morning and ordered a large hot latte. Unfortunately, upon enjoying it a few miles down the road, I discovered it was lukewarm. I returned to the store and spoke with a woman who appeared to be a supervisor. She took my latte and made a new one, but there was no apology for the inconvenience or acknowledgment of the issue. As a frequent customer of Better Buzzed Coffee, I was disappointed with this experience. I have always enjoyed my visits and have never encountered such a lack of customer service before. I'm terrible with names, but I always got like a really soupy blended drink whenever I got it at other places and I personally like my blended drinks, extra thick I clarified that when I went in today and Hunter made sure to take extra note of that and he asked me if it was OK if it was a little icy and I was like as long as it's thick that's all that matters and when I got the drink, it was nice and thickand honestly, it was my favorite experience out of all of the Better Buzz coffees that I've been to. read more

I went in on 11/23 around 5pm for a boost and to get some work done on my laptop. I ordered a Candy Cane Best Drink Ever as suggested by the barista, and an avacado toast. There was barely a wait for my order and the quality of both the drink and the food was amazing, couldn't have asked for more. The place was fairly full but I found a seat at a counter. The Spanish latte was superb with smooth coffee and cinnamon flavors that blended for a perfectly balanced profile. I appreciated it was at an immediately drinkable temperature. The muffin was really, really good. Really. It was moist, fresh, and full of blueberries and a layer of blueberry jam. The big cookie was quite good, although in all honesty I've had better in this genre. I didn't stay long as there was some annoying guy who'd set up office at a table with his AirPods firmly inserted and loudly giving legal advice in an obnoxious manner that is typical of ambulance-chaser lawyers. Why do coffee shops put up with this?

By the time I headed over for a drink though, there wasn't much pastries left so I had to head home with one hand empty. Bummer.
