They'll take your money, serve people that ordered after you first, even when all you ordered was a simple Americano. After standing around like a fool for far too long, I decided to just leave. I had a long day today, so I decided to treat myself to Better Buzz. When I went through the drive-thru, Sarah took my order! She was so sweet and kind. I usually try to decide what I want to order beforehand because I know it can be annoying, especially when there's a long line. This time though I didn't know exactly what I wanted but Sarah was very patient with me. I ended up getting an iced chai with banana cold foam that she recommended, and it was a 10/10! Great choice! I usually go to this location, and it's always a really friendly experience. Every time I come in, the staff greets me with a smile, which honestly makes the place feel very welcoming. I also appreciate how consistent they are with their service. I've never gotten a wrong order here, and that's something I definitely notice because it shows they pay attention and care about their customers. Another reason I like coming here is because it's a great place to study. The environment is comfortable and relaxed, so it's easy to focus for a while without feeling distracted. I can focus for hours here! I also just love the music they play. Their playlists are always so fun which makes the whole place feel more lively. I got 2 drinks - hazelnut divinity & coconut buzz. Both came out super fast surprising for how long the line for drive through was so long & brutal tbh. Like everyone else mention, it's in a busy section and the lot is soooo small. I was stuck in the middle of the street waiting for the drive through for 10+ mins. I was blocking incoming traffic and debate on leaving bc everyone kept waving me to go when I was waiting for the drive thru while waiting someone came and cut me so that made me stuck even longer in the intersection. One of the workers finally came outside to start taking orders which made the line go by faster but bc the line was so long, the worker was rushing when I was ordering. She only took my order for one drink and didn't ask if I was getting anything else so I had to tell her my order wasn't complete yet. Consistency ! I'm here for it. Being near so many businesses and a hospital, I'd think they are busier than they usually are, but I'm not complaining. If you're into energy drinks (which I had my energy drink era), try adding to any of their smoothies. *chefs kiss* . I specifically asked for no ice, and this is what I got. The cup isn't even filled to the top -- it's mostly foam with a huge gap at the top like they just removed the ice and didn't bother adding more of the actual drink. If I'm paying full price, I expect a full drink. Taking the ice out shouldn't mean I get less product. It feels lazy and honestly disrespectful to ignore a simple request. read more

She was friendly and helpful as I told her how cold the Allied Gardens and Hillcrest are locations are in winter and spring; I also mentioned that the music was too loud, above 70db,in both locations... Sometimes even louder past 6pm in Hillcrest. She said she'd look into it but nothing has changed in 4-5 months and she never responded back to me. I just moved to the area and was really happy to see this Better Buzz has a drive through! I've been by twice, during morning rush & in the afternoon over the weekend. Both times the service was quick, but amazing! Grace brought my order out to my car and was really friendly- just the energy you need after a long night with newborns. The last two times I had better buzz left me so jittery and wired that I couldn't sleep so I played it safe this time and ordered half caffeine. I usually drink coffee a few times a week but this place really makes their coffee strong as half caffeine was still pretty strong. I ordered a vanilla bean latte and you can subtly taste the vanilla bean but it was barely sweet which left me a bit disappointed since I like my drinks sweeter. However, my sister ordered a matcha latte and it was way too sweet for the both of us. Nevertheless, the matcha had good flavor but would definitely order 50% sweet next time. We also got the bacon ciabatta and it was pretty good but the aioli was a bit spicy and the bread a bit hard and chewy.
