    Chicken and Waffles Benedict
    John L.

Went to Betto's for brunch this past Saturday afternoon. Betto's located in the growing downtown Morgan Hill area. We arrived just before the lunch rush. They have so many good choices on their menu, but I decided to get the Chicken and Waffles Benedict. This was really good. The chicken was cooked perfectly. It had a great crunch and juicy in the middle. It came with two sides, so I got Chicken Apple Sausage and tomatoes. As you can see from my picture of what I ordered, the portions here are huge. Even though it was a huge portion, I still did not feel overstuffed because they cook their food with high quality of ingredients. The service the very good and this restaurant is perfect for a brunch or even a date night. I will definitely be back when I am in the Morgan Hill area.

The restaurant was very clean and welcoming when we tried it for the first time. The food and drinks were very delicious and we enjoyed our dinner. The waiter always made sure to come by our table as well to check on us. The drinks were so good!! Not pictured is the Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita which was so delicious!! The Mango Margarita was also good! We enjoyed this restaurant for our first time trying it out. Will be back to try other stuff on the menu.

This place was super hit or miss for us. We ordered what the menu called fresh squeezed orange juice, and unfortunately that's not what we were given. Some of the food was great (Brie French toast, scrambled eggs) other things weren't cooked right (grapefruit brûlée, brussel sprout hash) Our server was not polite and also brought us our orange juice with lipstick stains on the glass. This was my first time going here and I wouldn't want to go back. It's unfortunate because the menu is amazing.

We haven't been here since it opened, which has been a while! I was pleasantly surprised that the menu changed and it turned out good. We were seated quickly and there wasn't a long wait to get service. It was a little busy in the restaurant but it's not large so that is to be expected at times. The food was cooked nicely and we enjoyed it all! The only issue was it's more on the pricier side which seems to becoming more and more common.

Great brunch spot on the weekends. We went once at 8:30am on a Sunday and had the whole place to ourselves. Service was pleasant and quick. Each brunch entree comes with two sides which always leaves me with left overs. Great value!

Eggplant parm. No eggplant basically lol

A family go-to for over 30 birthday events. First time going as a couple. 8:15 pm on a Thursday and no other guests. Server was attentive and food had flavor. Ordered the eggplant parm. There was literally no eggplant and what there was had no breading. See pic. The lady said that's the portion cut now. $25 for cheese, 15 green beans and 12 pesto noodles. My partners bolognese spaghetti was 5/5 and had tons of meat. Maybe they ran out of eggplant to be honest..

We were searching for a place to have brunch on Sunday and after driving by we chose Betto's. The 3.5 stars didn't say us after seeing the food photos and we weren't disappointed! The service was a little slow but it was a Sunday on a holiday weekend and lots of places were closed so we were thankful regardless of the slowness. I ordered an extra spicy Bloody Maria (tequila instead of vodka) - forgot to take a photo. It was delish! Everyone at the table loved their food and we're excited to come back for dinner as the menu looks fabulous! I would recommend this restaurant based on our experience. Glad we skipped LG on the corner.

Nestled in a warm and inviting atmosphere, this cozy restaurant delivers a great dining experience. Our friendly waitress made the evening even more enjoyable. Her attentiveness and genuine hospitality added a personal touch, making us feel truly welcome. There were 2 waitresses working. Ours was definitely the friendly one. I felt lucky to be seated in her section. The darker-haired one who was younger didn't seem happy. I didn't see her smile even with her own tables that could have been because I was busy enjoying myself. I asked her if we could place an order for an appetizer (since we had already placed in our food order) she answered VERY curtly to ask our own waitress, without stopping. However, she told our waitress to help us & ours came & asked. Maybe she had a bad day, but it was very noticeable. If you read my reviews, I like to talk about the positivity of my experience, but this young lady stood out in a very sweet, soft, comfortable cozy environment on a rainy Saturday night where everyone was very relaxed & enjoying themselves. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the wild-caught grilled salmon. Cooked to perfection, the salmon had a beautifully crisp exterior while remaining tender and flaky inside. The fresh, natural flavors were enhanced with just the right amount of seasoning, allowing the quality of the fish to shine through. Paired with a well-balanced side of seasonal vegetables and a light, flavorful sauce, it was a dish I'd gladly return for. The restaurant itself exudes comfort, warm décor, and a relaxed ambiance perfect for a casual night out or a special occasion. Whether you're looking for a quiet dinner spot or a place to enjoy a hearty, well-prepared meal, this restaurant is a fantastic choice. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu!

When the order came, it had sweet potatoes fries instead of shoe string fries. Again, simple things but the order was incorrect. His name is Christian, I would not get him again period! The ambience is pretty nice, they have nice animal pictures throughout the restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating, a full walk up or sit down bar, and TV's. 3 stars. #3. The service was fantastic, glasses constantly being refilled, asked us if we wanted more bread and butter and our server made some great recommendations "5 Stars" The Food: #1. They gave us 2 nice warm bread rolls with a room temperature salted butter cube. The bread at first tasted salty but then my palate caught up and oh snap! this bread was good!! 5 Stars! #2. The server recommended the beef Wellington. "I ordered it med rare, it came to me med rare" it comes with mashed potatoes and longstem broccoli with cherry tomatoes, and a wine/vinegar reduction for the Wellington. The broccoli had a nice crispness to it and were seasoned perfectly, the cherry tomatoes added some brightness. The mashed potatoes were silky smooth and paired perfectly with the Wellington. NOW THE BEEF WELLINGTON: OH MY .....GOSH!!! My eyes rolled back into my head, it was so good!! The beef was as soft as butter, I could have used a butter knife to cut it (not kidding) and it melted in my mouth. The seasoning with the dough and the spinach with the mushrooms inside nearly caused a wet dream (if you get my point) "and don't even get me started on their reduction sauce for the Wellington!" The waiter walked up to me and smiled and said "and I quote"... gives you goosebumps, right? Oh he knew, HE KNEW!! 5++++ Stars! #3. Wifey ordered the Grilled Salmon salad. She ate the Salmon so fast that I barely had a chance to taste it. She said she really liked it, now I did get a chance to taste the salad and I must say that it was so good that it could have been a stand alone dish. Again 5 Stars. #4. And for dessert we had tiramisu. It came plated beautifully with a raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, whipped cream, and a beautiful orchid flower. The flavor while not the best I've had was still pretty darn good 4 Stars. Overall food and dining experience at the restaurant easily hits 5 stars! Total bill for said food - tip $124 pricewise I felt it was well worth it. Oh I will be back!

I wasn't sure what else was around in the bakery department, so my husband drove me down town to see what we could find. I caught the cashier while trying to get a quick bite, but she hurried to help (even with her mouth full, which I appreciated, being in a rush myself). She was very friendly and I got the chocolate chip cookies and biscottis I was hoping to find. The cookies were impressively big (my daughter told me they were as big as her head). Another sign states that Betsy's has been serving this community since 1981. I was greeted immediately upon entering and advised to "just sit anywhere." I grabbed the first booth I encountered and was brought water and menu right away. The waitress took my order of a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings ($16.50). A few minutes later the onion rings of my dreams (super crispy on the outside and a real onion rings inside with enough crunch left that you can bite through without dragging a soggy onion out of its outer shell, so each mouthful is both onion and crunchy coating) arrived and a sandwich with crispy (not soggy, underdone) bacon, hefty burger patty (done just how I like them with carmelized edges and perfectly done thick center) with cheese, pickles, red onions, lettuce and mayo. I asked them to leave off the tomato due to my food allergies. The bun was soft but held up well to the heft of the sandwich. The decor was classic 60's style diner. While the seats were well padded and the covering looked practically new, some of the tables showed the wear of the years on the corners. There is also a short lunch counter next to the kitchen.
