Bibble and Sip is a modern take on a traditional Vienoissire. Service was great and quick despite how busy they were. The atmosphere was whimsical and classy and we would have stayed it eat there but we had the other half of our group back at the hotel. They have staple flavors and seasonal flavors that make for a unique experience for every visit. We had a matcha bun filled with red bean, a black tea cream puff, the lychee raspberry tart and three of the cutest macarons I have ever seen. The flavor combinations are delightful and wish we had time to go again since there were so many things we wanted to try. Everything we had was delicious but our favorite was the raspberry tart. Came back again for the other cream puffs. Sesame was definitely the best in terms of flavor. Earl grey wasn't bad either! Unlike a lot of earl grey desserts, you could actually taste the black tea and bergamot flavor loud and clear. The matcha was ok, I'm not that big of a fan, but my matcha-loving friend literally dreams about it. A couple reviews say that it's too sweet, but I didn't find that to be the case (we got them on closing day); while it definitely isn't the best matcha I've eaten in my life, it's not the worst either. They also have a clean interior with about 20-25 seats, and if you take something to go, they package it very securely. My absolute favorite was the bao dessert. Everything had delicate, lightly sweet Asian flavors to it. The amount of pandan flavor was perfect. The latte has a medium sweetness level and a present, but not overpowering, floral flavor. The cream puffs were fantastic, especially for those who like a lot of cream. The luscious filling is contrasted by the crunchy little matcha- or earl grey-flavored bits on the outside of the treat. Like the latte, they were both lightly sweet. Overall, each puff is quite filling, but they travel well and keep well, so you can easily take these home for a snack later in the day. This place not only crushes it with the cutest desserts but also nails the flavors. Everything about this place is adorable. They have llama macaroons on cakes, animal shaped desserts, and fluffy cream puffs. They make for perfect gifts and are honestly, sometimes, too cute to eat. My personal favorite is the raspberry lychee tart - it's a good mix of sweet and tart in each bite. The hazelnut llama is also another fan favorite. They recently created a soup dumpling cake. I haven't had the chance to try it but it looks amazing (but also quite pricy). Their cakes definitely steal the show but their other pastries are just as delicious. The store is pretty small but there's still a good amount of sitting space. we tried the matcha cream puff and it was very tasty. Highly recommend trying either this dessert or the earl grey cream puff. The bathroom was accessible and clean, and their boba drinks also looked pretty solid. The service was polite and efficient, and I felt like they weren't rushing my partner or I out of the store even though it was relatively close to their closing hour. Bibble & Sip has been high on my bucket list of bakeries to try; their adorable cakes and delicious-sounding cream puffs have drawn my attention since first reading about them. I finally had a chance to visit when I was passing through Times Square. The bakery, located just off the main drag, greets visitors with a glowing pastry case filled with rows of the cutest pastries I've ever seen. It was very difficult to choose just one dessert - I ended up ordering the Soup Dumpling cake, a drip coffee, and a couple of macarons for the road. The drip coffee tasted much higher quality than the typical chain coffee shop's drip coffee, and it paired will with the cake. The Soup Dumpling cake was not only adorable but also delicious. The coconut-flavored mouse was light and airy, and the coconut and pandan flavors complemented each other nicely. I enjoyed the Lucky Alpaca macaron a couple of days later. Red bean and matcha are two of my favorite flavors, and the impressive level of decorative detail made the macaron (almost) too cute to eat. I had just beaten the late-morning rush at the time of my visit; after I had ordered and snagged a table, a line quickly formed from the cash register to the door. The ability to secure a table was critical, as it would have been difficult to enjoy my dessert on-the-go. Known for their super adorable IG worthy looking desserts, I have had this place bookmarked for at least 3 years. Since this was 2 minutes from Din Tai Fung, we stopped by for a coffee break before an early dinner. My selection was easy...their soup dumpling pastry, Brûlée Egg Tart and a Totoro maracon. We tried the Brûlée Egg Tart first. This blew us away. Our eyes widened with each bite. My son let out some expletives to indicate how out of this world good it was. He stuffed the whole thing in his mouth and then came after mine. I had to go to the counter and order another one. It was all about the flaky crust with that perfect custard. This is the best egg tart I have ever had in my life. GET THIS ONE!!! Although the soup dumpling pastry was yummy, our tastebuds was still on that egg tart. The black sesame macaron was amazing but I still can't get over the fact that I paid $5.95 for it. All our drinks were good. I got the Lavender latte. I didn't taste any lavender but the mocha came through and that was fine with me. I have to knock out one star for decor and cleanliness. Tables and chairs need to be wiped down. There were rips in the leather bench where we sat at. Place is small and tight with not much decor to it. Feel like they can vamp it up given how cute their logo is. I know this is midtown and tourist area but $10-14 for cute but small items seems a bit much. They do have brownies, bread pieces and macarons that are a little less but they're not as photogenic. Their stuff indeed tastes good, I'm sure with tons of sugar. They have a rewards card for coffee drinks but also $$. They have a few small tables that were occupied so unless it's quiet, not a very comfortable place to hang out. A super cute Asian inspired bakery that showcases very aesthetic sweets and desserts. Simply looking at the display of cute cakes and macarons warmed me. I got the matcha red bean cube croissant and lychee rose cake (which looks like a cute pig). I've never had a cube croissant before. The concept is intriguing - I could taste the many layers of the croissant, but the filling tasted more like green bean than red bean, and the cream seemed to be mostly in between 2 layers which made eating it a bit messy. I needed a little refreshment as I was walking by Bibble and Sip and knew it was my moment to give this shop a try. I wanted something refreshing- not too heavy or milky. I decided to go with the roseberry tea float. It's a lightly sweeted berry tea, topped with a strawberry cold foam on top. Just enough to keep this drink interested and delicious while still being light. I really enjoyed the roseberry, would definitely order again - and maybe try one of their matcha beverages in the future. Their desserts looked delicious and very well made.
