Very friendly staff, and the food was fresh, hot and very tasty. I had the Nashville tenders and they were amazing!

Walked in for carry out and the place looks like a great place to dine in. They have a full bar with indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a covered patio. We tried the Uncle Jerome which is a Nashville out chicken with pickles the sandwich overall was delicious. The pickles alone were amazing tasted fresh. The sandwich is large hence big chicken. I also tried the Big & Sloppy with fries onions and Mac n cheese. This sandwich is legit. Best Mac in cheese for a fast casual place. Doesn't taste powdered or nasty fake stuff just real Mac n cheese. Also had the sweet potato waffle fries. They are good and I would get them again but they were a bit thinner then expected. First time visit and it was alright. I ordered the Uncle Jerome, side of sweet potato waffle fries and a fountain drink for a total of $18. Tad bit overpriced. The side should be included with the sandwich. The sandwich was good, wasn't spicy, and overall good flavor. The fires unfortunately weren't a hit which most likely was because they were cold. I wish I could give better reviews for a new establishment in the heart of downtown Gilbert. Big Chicken, is anything but "big", except for your salt content intake. For what you pay for as a fast food establishment the portions are small and a bit over priced for what you get. Fries were all around cold, but the chicken was super hot, freshly fried I suppose. I am giving an extra star for cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and the yummy lemonade and sweet tea! They have a sit down bar where you can order drinks as well as the standard menu. We came with friends and we all ordered something different and unfortunately everyones chicken just was super salty, thinking possibly from the bread batter. Like other reviews we waited until the hype winded down, but i probably would go elsewhere for fast food chicken. There is ample outdoor seating and the bar sits both inside and out. read more

We went here for the first time and really liked it! There were only a few people there (Tuesday at 4:30pm) and the interior and location are super cool. Food came out quickly and we loved everything. The sauces are great, lemonade is amazing, and the chicken is really good. Our experience wasn't like the other low reviews. Down town Gilbert location. We had Kendal help us and she was great and had a great smile. We got the bucket of beer and 20 boneless wings for 21.00. What a great deal. The chicken itself was pretty great. Great sauce. I got the buffalo and the wife got the lemon pepper. A little overwhelmed by the lemon pepper but still great. The chicken itself is probably better than most chicken receive anywhere else. High quality. Only had Corona in bottled beer. Not the end of the world for me. I forgot this place was down here. I came here knowing there wouldn't be much for me to eat as I'm vegetarian. My boyfriend, who is a carnivore, wanted to try it and I didn't want to deprive him. They have sweet potato fries and a Jalapeño coleslaw, so that's what I ordered. The price point at this place is ridiculous. $4.79 for sweet potato fries and there were barely any in the basket. The jalapeño slaw was really good and I enjoyed all the sauces...just wish they had a plant based chicken sandwich and the fries portion was a little bigger. Loved the food! The service was great. Staff was friendly (in an authentic way), and the place was cute. I can really appreciate when a restaurant recognizes that putting paper towel rolls at each table is needed and just easier for all involved. We'll definitely be back. The bartender got our order in quick for drinks and food which was nice and she was friendly but the food..: The popcorn chicken came out and I legit am not Gordon Ramsey but if I was I'd scream at the cook. The popcorn chicken tasted like I put gum on my shoe, walked around for 5 minutes, took the gum off, coated it in so much breading and dumped salt and pepper in the chicken. GOD AWFUL. The only thing good was the fries and the Mac and cheese was ALRIGHT.. not worth the hype. Oh and special mention to the beer, because without the beer the food would've tasted much worse. read more

Very disappointed my food took 25 minutes (Shaq attack) when Herm and Dollar food came out 5 min after they ordered and we went 1,2&3 in line. Ambiance- 2.5 Good open space and outside seating look like a upgraded Raising Canes. With Shaq being D.J you would expect a little more of his hobbies included in the franchise especially with the space to have a onsite D.J. So overall we give it 3 stars.
