I have to say, I'm extremely disappointed with Big E's Pizza these days. We've been loyal customers for 6 years and noticed the quality and customer service diminish. We ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago and the taste of the cheese was awful, almost as if the recipe was altered. Today I placed another order and they forgot a portion of my order so the driver had to come back to deliver it to me. When my kids opened their pizza a few minutes later they discovered that the order was wrong so I called the restaurant back (again) and let them know the issue. I spoke with Maribel and she said she would fix the issue but "I will have to wait another 45 min." I then asked for a credit for the double inconvenience and she said "you're getting another pizza right? That's the credit." This response is absurd. I also offered the wrong pizza back to the driver and he refused it. After increased prices and subpar customer service, we'll be searching for a new place. We pay this place way too much money for this type of service. What a shame. read more

Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen needed Italian food. Nothing else would do! Big E's Pizza was the perfect venue for this craving. Pizza! Pasta! Salads! Calzone! Lasagna! Chicken! Ribs! They make it all here. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza, Greek salad, pasta with meatballs, and garlic bread. The chicken in the pizza was roasted perfectly. The pasta, especially the meatballs, were amazing! We all enjoyed the plentiful salad. The staff members are very friendly, too! This is an old favorite revisited. Service 10/10 I ordered online and made the mistake of getting a one topping pizza instead of two and when I called to fix my order the gentleman who worked picked up the phone was super accommodating and understanding. He fixed my ordered and I was able to pay the difference when I arrived to pick it up. Everyone who worked that evening so so nice! Even tho it was literally midnight they let me sit and eat in the dining area. And They Sell Beer!!!! Stick a fork in me.. I'm done! Open till 1am (sometimes even later), beer and pizza! This is now my pizza place. Ambience: 10/10 The decor and homage to the Godfather was amazing! I loved every piece they had hanging up. It really Gia you something to focus on and talk about while you wait for your food. Food: 6/10 The pizza was beyond words, so good! Cooked to pizza perfection! My only qualm was the cheese didn't have that ooey gooey stretch that I love, but that's completely a personal preference. Update: I went back again and tried the Home Alone Special which came with a personal pizza, small dinner salad, 6 wings and a large drink. Everything was great but the wings were.. severely lacking and over cooked. Definitely need some seasoning on there and many minutes less in the fryer. The ranch was decent but the blu cheese dressing was flavorless as well. I may give the wings another chance but I'd be afraid to waste my money again. Good place for large groups, lowkey date night, or to watch a game. FOOD: Philly Cheesesteak Pizza (Recommend) We had the medium (About $16) which was about 8 slices. It was a fulfilling pie for the two of us. The cheese was well scattered and a good ration of meat, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Though dough tasted pretty fresh. CUSTOMER SERVICE: It was good. They told me 20 minute prep but it was actually prepared sooner which was pretty cool. TL; DR OVERALL: 4 Stars. Delicious pizza, rich menu, solid price. Pizza and spoke with Sarahie who handled me like a true G. (Disclaimer, I am not a rapper). I told her my gripe in the most condescending tone I have. Ms. Sarahie replies how sorry she was and gives me two options. One, to have a credit towards my next purchase or two, to have the pizza corrected, prepared and delivered. Me tapping my foot, still in hangry mode, I reply and ask if I can please have option 2. Sarahie replies, of course. The driver will call you when he arrives. I say, ok thank you. We hang up. I really don't know what happened because I really didn't expect this to be so smooth and pleasant. The driver Sam arrives within a great time. He brings the food to the door and apologizes for being late. Sam... you weren't late at all and I truly thank you. I ask Sam for the name of the young woman I spoke with and his name of course, this way I could know the names of the two people that were so kind and pleasant to a hangry customer.
