Had slow leaks in at least 2 tires where I could see nails in them. My hope was to get tires patched but I knew I would need tires at least by end of summer. That said, I bought new tires since i didn't have enough tread depth to let them repair them. They gave me an extra discount on a set of 4 Legacy all season (3year,75k mile warranty, plus unltd rotations, balance, repairs) and they beat the price of the BigO I usually go to in Wheat Ridge. I had a good experience here getting a tire replaced. I went in around 11:30 and dropped the tire off. They called me at 11:45 and let me know the side wall had blown out but it was covered under warranty, so I just payed a 30 dollar installation fee. At 12:15 they called and let me know they had my new tire ready. So I got back around 12:30 to have the tire put on and left before 1. Overall would recommend using this location if you have tires under warranty with Big O. read more

We went in for a simple tire replacement and they couldn't get it done right! We waited two hours to have the spare replaced and by the time they gave us the car back, the spare was still on! When we approached the manager, Ken Gue, about this issue he told us he couldn't help us because he was busy with inventory and continued to deny us help two more times. Manager Ken has NO customer service skills. Overall, South Havana Big O Tires couldn't complete a SIMPLE service along with the worst costumer service I've experienced in a long time. Had a rotation appointment scheduled for 9AM. Arrived and check in at 8:50AM. An hour later exactly 10AM my cars was in still out and had be moved to the front of bay door. I approach the attendant and said I need it to leave simply gave me the keys and said they're a "car stuck on that specific bay". at No time anyone made an effort to provide a time or ETA for service. I'm assuming since Tires rotations are technically a free service sold when you purchase the tires. I determine one bay and attendant are located to perform this service. Meaning there's no senses of priority for your time. Attendant"s" that move my car did not ware mask and/or properly fixed on face, NO gloves, No cleaning to prevent COVIC inside my car. read more

Battery diagnostic. My battery Interstate battery was purchased and installed by BigOTires less than two years ago and still under warranty. They told me that the Alternator was over charging the battery. I tested the alternator and it was charging the battery at 13.8 volts before I went to BigOTires. I asked them for a diagnostic report, they gave me an invoice. I then asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn't in, asked for business card, was told that they didn't have any. I had the Alternator installed and the battery replaced But not with an Interstate battery as we requested. After spending almost $1,000.00 I asked for a military discount since I'm a combat Vietnam veteran as they have a huge poster advertising Veterans discounts. I was told that I would have to leave the car their until Tuesday, that would be 7 days, then he would apply the discount. I shook my head, paid and walked out net to return to this unethical company. I hope that all veterans and first responders take note of this scam. read more

Would give zero stars if I could... Made an appointment for 12:00pm. Sat around with no one looking at truck for 20 minutes, only 1 other car in garage bays. When I inquired about the delay, they informed me that they were "test driving" my truck. I never gave permission for a test drive, rather I just asked for the wheels to be balanced and a non-round tire to be replaced on warranty. Yet somehow, they took the liberty of taking a test drive without permission. They never even bothered to speak to me about my issues. Staff was rude, disrespectful and accusatory towards me... I suppose they were blaming me for their low staff levels? I really don't know. If you want decent service, stay away from this big o on s. Havana st. The people are very nice, Anthony the location manager is very kind and tries hard to keep his customers happy. That being said the company constantly being bought and sold and any agreement you may have upon purchas is completely disregarded by the new owners. For example, when I purchased my last set of tires with them, services were included in the purchase agreement, and were signed upon in writing. 6 months later the company changed hands and we were told that the agreement will not be honored. After quite a bit of haggling and arguing threatening a lawsuit the agreement was honored for a time. This last time yet again the company changed hands 2 months ago, and the new company will not honor any of the agreements that they have purchased. I would not make purchases with the company, as you don't know if they will decide Midway if they want to bother to honor the agreements that they make after they have taken your money. read more

Review: Big O tires located 1770 S Havana St, Aurora, CO. 5/11/23 Made appointment for snows off/all weathers on. First appointment of the day. Waited at the store. 1.5 hours later, customer "service" fella tells me due to the snows being 'run flat' tires, and more difficult to change (apparently true), it would take more labor and thus an additional 45 minutes to an hour to get the job done. I could see my car from the waiting area. All wheels off, on a lift. Nobody doing any work on my car. I had purchased the tires at a different Big O (unable to do the change out three days earlier due to broken equipment...suggested going to another store), so I called them to ask why I wasn't informed at the time of purchase about the difficulty with run flat tires. They basically replied that I was being lied to. Run flats are more difficult, but not 2.5 hours worth. They also said their equipment was repaired, just pop by and they would do the swap out. I told the customer "service" fella at the Aurora store to put the snows back on, I was going elsewhere. He replied, "I'm still going to charge you $100." Outrageous. It took less than 10 minutes to put the tires back on. I needed the car back, so I paid, thanked him for ripping me off, lying to me, and expletived the fella with a raised voice in front of other customers. I hope the store owner reads this.....the customer "service" fella was the overweight guy with glasses, not the slimmer guy with glasses. Twenty minutes later, I arrived at the original Big O store. They took the car right in, and guess what. The snows were already off and the all weathers were already on. The Aurora customer "service" fella wanted to hang me out to dry while he interrupted the mechanic working on my car (tires already swapped out) to work on another job. Came in for tire repair and both the manager and the employee continued cleaning for about 20 minutes before tire was worked on and employee that was cleaning the bays was mad when manager told him to work on the repair.
