The person at the counter straight up lied to my face and said they performed a suspension check, not an alignment check, so they couldn't accept my coupon. He hands over my receipt and guess what it says... "Alignment Check". My tires were deflating super quickly. (Every two days or so the light would come on). It's been super annoying but I was worried about having to buy new tires so I held off. Today when I went in the gentleman who helped me (Travis) didn't try to up-sell me anything, or make me buy new stuff. In fact, they pulled out the screws which I didn't know about, patched tire, filled up my others for good measure, and sent me on my way. The manager highly insulted me during the conversation. I did stand up for myself and tried to be fair about the payment, but the insults just continued. A business touting customer service should never insult a customer, especially about their veteran status. These losers put the wrong size tires on my car! I left it there all day to get four new tires and when I went to pick it up and got to my destination and noticed it was making awful noises. I drove it back only for them to tell me that they accidentally put the wrong size tires on and they were too big. Wtf?! Of course, the ones that I actually needed were on back order so I had to leave my car there for a couple days before they could put tires on it. Then their big apology was to give me a free oil change card. Like I would never let them touch my car again! Those guys replaced my steering rack, then my son was driving it, and the steering column nut slipped off. In traffic. I tightened the nut, and sold the car. Stopped by yesterday afternoon with a nail in my tire. I had the warranty on hand. I was told it would be 2-2 1/2 hr wait without an appointment. I said if I made an appointment would it be faster. I agreed to 9:00 AM. Arrived 8:45am. Encountered Grady again on my arrival. Acted like he never knew anything. Not friendly or even a smirch. 2 hour and 15 min wait for a 10 minute plug patch in the same tire. Would not recommend and the business upkeep is very undesirable. The manager himself quoted me that tires were under warranty and no charge for set of 4. They put on the tires and then discovered they were not under warranty and demanded payment of over $800. They held the car hostage and would not let me go until I paid. I reported this to corporate and never heard back. Rotten customer service. May 8, 2021 Had an appointment for tire rotation that was confirmed by email for Saturday May 8 at 9am. Showed up at 8:45. Was told I had no appointment and it would be a couple of hours. Told him I had email confirmation. Was still told a couple of hours. I couldn't wait so told them I would make another appointment. May 15th Made appointment for 1pm. Email confirmed my appointment. Got there at 12:45. Asked when they rotate the tires to take a look at the brake pads if they could because someone recommended they were close to needing replaced. The service person said they do a full checklist on the vehicle. I sat there until 2:40 before my truck was taken around back. Ok maybe they are a little busy but made sure I was in no rush this time. they were done with my truck at just right before 3pm. Wow, awfully quick for tire rotation and balance. I never even saw my truck go up on a lift or jacked up!!?? Received my keys and received no receipt or checklist was completed. The service person went in back and said the brakes were at 50%. I can say that I am 99% sure they did no rotation at all because of the wear on the tires I noticed days before that the rear tires still had same wear on the top edges. While the front tires are still rounded on the top edges. I have always been treated well and have had other items done there like maintenance items, Rear axle grease replaced etc. Truly disapointing to me that this happened. Wes and Nathan were great! I was very pleased with their help. Make sure to call ahead to see if they can fit you in! The tire shop was very busy when I arrived after work. Wes was very accommodating and Nathan was also very nice to fit me in their busy schedule. I had a screw in my tire and they were able to rotate my tires and repair the leaky tire. They also let me know about tread depth and we discussed the tire warranty too. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got everything taken care of. This has got to be the WORST Big O in the country. I've used Big O had a handful of other locations in Colorado and Nevada and the other locations are the complete opposite of this. Super friendly and great to work with. Always looking to go the extra mile. This location and whoever owns this location apparently does the complete opposite. If they say it will take 90 mins to get an oil change and tire rotation they won't even have the car back in the garage when you come back in 90 mins. They can't be bothered to call and let you know. Nothing. They could care less about your convenience. The warranty is a complete scam too. They nickel and dime you until next thing you know you are paying 85% the normal cost of the tires in the first place even though the original tires only lasted 40% of the guarantee. Then they give you recommendations for additional service the car needs. I can't say I was shocked when I took my car into a trusted family friend to look at it and he said only 1 of the 5 items they told me to get done needed to be done at this time. It was a pretty good clue when I asked to take the recommendations paper with me when I left and they refused and acted like it was a top secret document. Aka a document filled with lies. The other thing is the people at the front desk. Boy are they a miserable bunch. Can't remember a time I've been in to the shop and not left thinking "boy that guys really hates his job and his life." No clue if it is the company or the people you hire but darn they are a grouchy bunch. read more

Was helped by Eddie and Dom who tried to charge 500 dollars for lugnuts that were supposedly "cross threaded" and tire balances. I took it to Discount Tire instead and they balanced all my tires and found the REAL issue which was a bent in tire and were able to fix it and balance my tires for only 100 bucks. BIG O TIRED IS MORE LIKE IT. VERY LAZY SERVICE LEFT ON HOLD FOR OVER 10 MINUTES til i finally had to call back and get helped. Dont ever go here waste of time and money. They'll probably blame their short comings on other companies. They tried to blame the mom and pop shop i went to for close to 2 years and built a great relationship with. The guy who helped me was very rude and disrespectful I got a quote from someone who works there yesterday morning saying that the tire replacement would be $113 when I got there this morning the guy now said the price was now $166. In a quest to break free from my dealership, and having had an exceptional experience with the Big O in Steamboat Springs this past summer, I opted to give this Big O my business, as I was in desperate need of two new tires and a long overdue oil change. I rolled in early in the afternoon, spoke with a very nice guy at the service desk, and my car was in the shop in no time. After the preliminary check, the same guy explained all of the recommendations for the car. I love check lists, especially when it comes to my car. I'm always pleased to have everything laid out for me. Within 45 minutes, I had new tires and a fresh oil change. The price of the oil change was comparable to my dealership, but the tires were a heck of a lot cheaper! I recently came here for a flat tire fix. The guy I originally talked to said normally they charge $25 for tire repairs but if I came in when they opened at 7:30am they would waive it and fix it for free. I got there at 7:15am walked to the door at 7:30 and they were locked. Finally they opened at 7:45am and when I was getting ready to get it fixed the guy at the counter was like "okay that will be $25 to fix it." F-that!! You told me to come early, you were late opening. You said it would be free. Then charge mr $25 for a stupid plug. Screw that I drove 1 minute down the street had a warm welcoming at discount tire had my car pulled in and started getting repaired for free right away. Hour and half later service still not begin on my car. I asked why they don't work on my car. Associate said that I don't have appointment and that will take longer. I show him appointment. his respond was that it was not confirmed. I waited for hour and a half to hear this. Worst experience ever. Associates don't do their job and service is bad. Best repair shop around. Every time I need help, they know what to do. Even if they can't fix it, they have an excellent referral network of "car specialists" that they can send you to. Having spent thousands of dollars at this shop (across multiple makes of cars), I can say that they always provide a good value. I am cheap, and often shop around for every repair. If another shop can beat Big O's price, Big O will under-bid them. All of their service is warrantied, which is great. Plus, the dudes at the counter are super friendly. Open 7 days a week, too, so you can actually get a repair when it works for your schedule. My only "complaint" is that they are a victim of their own success: they are always busy! read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Unable to do the job I needed. Was very rude when I first came in. Terrible customer service. Very rude and arrogant management. Despite this I still decided to do business. Dropped my car off on a Thursday for a battery and alternator issue. They claimed to replace my battery but when I got my car back both issues were still there. They tried to charge me $730 more to fix the alternator issue when I returned after still receiving a message about the issue. The manager was rude and offered me only 10% off despite me previously paying $600 that day for the first issue. He tried to talk to me like I was an idiot. They acknowledged they missed the issue but were not able to help reduce the price of actually doing the service. 10% off for an issue they missed is embarrassing. To expect customers to shell out $ 1300 in a day because of an issue they originally missed and then blaming the customer is not good business. I will tell everyone I know to never do business with Big O especially this location. read more

It was the best of times it was the worst of times... I was ready to rate this location very low after stopping in a few months ago for an oil change only to drive out with my dashboard light indicating not all of my fluids were filled. When I asked one of the guys in the bay about it I soon realized that other than changing my oil they hadn't checked any of the other fluids. Even though they remedied it after I brought it to their attention I still felt a little taken advantage of in the situation. As chance would have it a nail punctured the sidewall of my tire that has the Road Hazard Warranty from Big O and back I came. This time however was different. Even short staffed they managed to fit me in, get a tire from another location, and balance and rotate all of my tires in record time. I was impressed. Bottom line I would go back for an oil change but would request that they fill out a Diagnostic Needs Analysis Card on my vehicle to ensure they check all the fluids. I took my car in for an inspection. The representatives were very dramatic about the wear on my tires. I left to get a second opinion and, no surprise at all, the rating that Big O gave me on my tires were exaggerated. Furthermore, 2 of the representatives blatantly avoided me. Wouldn't even make eye contact or greet me. I was not, in any way, difficult to deal with. I just knew cars better than they expected, so they were pissed that I took care of things myself, rather than letting them rip me off with unnecessary charges. Their attitude towards me was unprofessional and they were time bandits. I, literally, had to place myself in the middle of the store, standing there and starring at them to get acknowledged. I felt taken for a fool, then disrespected when I declined their over priced service and parts. I do not recommend this location. read more

Can't speak highly enough of this establishment. We just moved into town two weeks ago and yesterday my wife picked up a screw in a tire on her way home from work. Called this morning and spoke with Michael, who told me it would be no problem and to come on in. I arrived, unloaded the tire, and they quickly got to work on the patch. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes tops, and couldn't be more satisfied. Their showroom/waiting area are extremely clean, inviting, and bright, and their washroom was among the cleanest I've seen in an auto service business. The technician who fixed the tire, I believe his name was Hunter(?), was professional, friendly, and incredibly fast, and the all-around customer service was exemplary. I now know where I'll be taking our vehicles for maintenance/service in the future, they know how to establish customer loyalty! read more

I'm just leaving Big O Havana in Aurora, CO. We were treated terribly. Fine at the beginning. Got the 4 tires we wanted, but when we picked up the car, the spare was not installed correctly and sitting too low to the ground on the truck, they broke the plastic part in the cab that stores the jack and left the backseat a mess, and when I went inside to talk with the manger, he sent the guy who made the mistakes out to talk to us. I didn't ask for money back or a replacement; simply wanted them to know what happened. I'm wearing a mask, this guy isn't, and then he proceeds to YELL at me saying he didn't break anything, he didn't leave it a mess, and he didn't touch the spare- when his name is on the receipt! He stomped away still yelling at us and we were dumbfounded. He then stared at us as I fixed the spare tire and put the truck back together. I've lived in the area for 7 years and have been a faithful customer for that long. Had ok service the whole time. I'll never be back here. We have a tire warranty now, and I guess I'll just have to go to another location. It was so terrible to be yelled at in their parking lot. Update from later that day-- the owner of this location, Brandon, called us and apologized for the situation. He told us that the employee who yelled at us has now been let go. I would never want someone to lose their job, and I appreciate that hateful, scary behavior is not tolerated at this business. read more

Fernando has always done a really good job! I had 37 inch tires put on my truck, which were a bit big but they were still able to get the job done. I had a bit of a wobble in my tires, and they were able to put in balance bags too. I think they did a really good job and I only had to wait a little over an hour. Wow just wow. Dropped off my tire Friday 4pm and they did not get me my tire until Monday at 5pm. They were rude (on the phone and in person) and kept telling me they are a day behind and idgaf how far behind you are. My tire was under warranty and they said they had to order a tire that they could have went to pick up. They did not care my job was 70 miles there and back in Broomfield. They love to sell tires but hope you don't have to get one fixed or under warranty because they dgaf if they are not making money. Little do they know I spend a lot of money with them but not anymore. To top it off they gave me a different "cheaper" tire. This is a sad place, don't go don't be tricked. read more
