Great customer service. Got my alignment done here. Found out that my driver lower control arm was almost cut in half. They did the alignment but told me to change the front suspension and bring it back they they will realign for free with the 6 month warranty. 2 months later i finally got the whole front suspension re-done and they honored the realignment with no questions asked. read more

I brought my car in for an oil change. When I went to pick my car up the mechanic gave me a quote for over $2,000 of repairs that my car needed immediately-including a front hub bearing that if I did not get it replaced my front wheel could fall off.....I also needed a new power steering pump among a few other things. When I told him that all of these parts had been replaced within the the last year he really did not have too much to say after that. Well I just drove my car to Oregon and back and I am happy to report that no tires fell off!!! Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

UPDATE: I went back into Big O for a third visit to alleviate the shaking my car does starting at around 80 miles an hour. Eddie, who was very kind and explanatory took me into their work space to rebalance the tires. He also showed me the leak in my rack and pinion. He said that was dangerous. As they rebalanced the tires, I had one rear tire that was very out of balance. They balanced that tire and THE SHAKE IS GONE. I took my car to a BMW specialist after to inspect the rack and pinion and he said it is not dangerous and if he knit picked my car he could find several thousand dollars of work to do on it. He said it was fine and could drive a long time in that condition. He is my trusted mechanic who I have been going to for about seven years and I have had close to zero issues with my car, basically just routine maintenance. So, interpret all of that as you will. I still think, while Eddie was thorough and kind on my third visit, that this place is risky. I still will never go back here. ORIGINAL: My car is old but has always driven smoothly until I got a tire change here. After my tire change, my car would shake at around 80 miles an hour. When I took it in, they said I need over $1000 of repairs on my front end. I am not saying they caused these problems, but, considering the timing, I will NEVER go back here. In fact, the document/receipt I just received says that I deny the problematic issues they identified with my car based on my feelings which is TOTALLY FALSE. Recently and also, they told my fiancé she needed new tires and when she got a second opinion, that mechanic said she didn't need new tires. So, from my experience, from my fiancé's experience, maybe try a different tire spot unless you feel like taking a big risk. read more

I was driving on the freeway when the bottom plate under my car started to come off and it was scraping onto the ground. I couldn't see what it was and I had to make a few stops to figure it out. Then I noticed it and I got off the freeway and googled the closest auto shop and found this place. I brought my car in thinking I would have to pay an arm and a leg, but I was completely wrong. They not only helped me put the plate back on, but they also didn't charge me. It was a simple fix, just bolted the plate back into place and done. They were super sweet and super helpful! Ok I have purchase numerous set of tire from Thomas rumiek team at big o tires brea they sold me a set of cooper tires 265/70/r17 discover lsx plus 13 month ago and they are making a lot of loud road noise and vibrating took my truck into big o to have them check and all tires are bad they all have tread separation and they are not good still have at lease 4-5 years left on them and they won't replace them they want to sell me a whole new set of tires for $ 600.00 at my expense when the ones they sold me are defective I got a hold of there corporate office waiting for call back what happened to customer service !!!!!!!!!! read more

I came to get alignment done on my F150 2006 Lariat . Thought service was good at first but they did a horrible job. After serviced I was driving straight down the street and my steering wheel was turned to the left. My tires had a toe out way worse than what it was before I brought it in. I came back and they said I would have to come back tomorrow so they could try to play around with it just to get it back how I had it before (which was better before they worked on it) . Wasted 2.5 hrs of my day now I have to go somewhere else to have them do it right. Very disappointed for this huge inconvenience. I have brand new tires and they made my alignment worse (good way to damage my tires and wear them out more) Do not recommend this place ! Poor customer service . Update took it home did the toe adjustment myself. Wasn't that hard just to get it straight and it's absurd that they couldn't figure that out . They must have been to lazy or not skilled. Went on Sunday, had a bolt in front tire and wanted a patch....Well DANIEL called me back to see my other tires and told me that my shocks were bad and that's why my tires are worn...really, really Daniel. I asked him to rotate my tires, but he said no, it would not do any good. I am not that stupid Daniel, 3 quotes later, $2000 for shocks and labor, two new tires and four new tires. I just wanted my tire fixed. He charged me for the patch based on what year my car was, what difference did that make? Now Daniel, if my shocks were shot, don't you think I would be able to tell, he just said, look at them, really you are good if you can just look at shocks and tell that they are bad. He also asked me if I purchased the cheapest tires for my car, Daniel you should not be a salesman, further more, have more respect for women.... Never ever would I ever go back there and I am telling everyone that I know not to walk in the door. And by the way Daniel, I can get shocks for $250.00 if it really needed them. read more

On our way to the beach, we had a low tire pressure light come on when I was on the 57 freeway. Pulled off and found Big O. There were other tire places to choose from but Big O is where I ended up. Glad I did. It turned out I had a nail in a tire. TJ and the guys had me out in under an hour and they checked all of the tires for nails for $30. Went in for alignment because the camber was off. The technician told the guy at the desk I needed a shock,spindle ,and bottom bracket. They gave me no quote on the parts just for labor as he said I would have to wait to get a quote. I went to the junk yard and got the whole works. On the way back I stopped at another shop. He said I had a bent shock. I had the work done. Big O owes me for the extra parts I had to buy for a poor diagnostic.not really,I just choose to not recommend this establishment. What area matters worse I was there with a friend that morning who got quoted up to 1000 dollars for repairs she did not need. I my recommendation she just get the oil change. The people across the street at the tire shop said that the brakes were not gone like big o had said and all the little leaks were just nuisance leaks and nothing to worry about.two Thurs down for big o.
