I am very disappointed with the quality of service you provide your customer. On Saturday I had a 3:00 appointment and for a oil change and rotation. It took them 3 hours to complete this and then to find out that my ties were never rotated. I found this out because my front tier has a small cut when I ran something over and it was still in the same spot left front side. I called the store to complain and am waiting for a call back to see why this happened. Now I am not even sure if to trust that the oil change was completed and if they added my additive I took to add to the oil. Waited 2 weeks and never received a call back. read more

I took the time to create an account on the Big O website. You can't just 'order a tire' and 'make an appointment,' you tell them what tires you need and "request an appointment." You get a quick autoreply email promising a response - then nothing. No email, text, phone call.....nothing. I waited for DAYS and never heard back. "We are reviewing your appointment request at our 6052 Cerritos Ave location for your Tesla Model 3 and will reach out shortly to confirm. Appointment Details: Michelin..." Now I'm scrambling to find a tire before my time runs out because these shitbrains couldn't be bothered to do their fucking jobs and contact me to confirm or dismiss my appointment request. Have been using this place since our trusted mechanic retired and have had great experiences til yesterday!! Husband dropped off truck just after 8 am telling them alignment is off plus odd noise when going over speed bumps. They called saying if needed shocks and suspension and alignment to the tune of over $2,500!!! They said it would be finished by 6 pm so husband went at 5:45 and sat in lobby. It was done at almost 7 pm. He left and within 1 mile knew there was still a bug problem because it pulled to the right just like when he dropped it off but they were closed by then. He took it back this morning to be told 4 cars that had alignments done yesterday we're back today. He said guy that test drove it was gone under 5 mins. They looked at it and alignment was way off. He apologized and said he didn't know if it was operator or machine error but they would fix today. They had it until 3:30 and when he picked it up it is still wrong!!! Called telling them and told him still bad and he said bring it back but we had plans and told him we will bring back Monday!!! He said "that's a good idea because owner will be back Monday"!!! When you pay that kind of $$ and they have your truck for almost 2 full days and it is still not fixed that's a problem!! I only gave it 2 stars because of previous experience but come Monday I'll either increase or decrease rating. If this was our first time there we would never be back!! read more

I went to American tire depot down the street at first but the guy was pulling price numbers from thin air so I decided to drive down the street to big O tires. I had high hopes for Big O Tires after reading good reviews in Cypress' Facebook group. I actually live in walking distance of another tire shop but decided to drive a little further after my oil change place told me one of my tires was at the end of its life. The service was meh. The short Latino and tall African American guys working there just looked like they were in pain the whole time. Had a quote online, $400 for 4 tires with an online rebate/special. Made an appointment and came in. Now they want $100+ more than what was quoted even though it was the same tires/price. I call American tire down the street - same tires, same deal, $426 out the door, no bs. I ask to take my car back from bigO and now all of a sudden they can do $420 bc they added an extra discount and bla bla. So I have to complain to get treated fairly? Thanks but no thanks. After purchasing a set of OEM Replica rims from another tire shop about 45min away from my home . We had the tire sensor light come on almost 5 min after leaving that shop in Mira Loma. I called this Big O Tires shop that 5 min away from my home. They where more than willing to help me out to program my new sensor to my 2018 Chevrolet Suburban. I was very grateful for this and for helping me so close to their closing time. I'll definitely be using them in the future, making the mistake of going far away for my purchase was not good . I was having troubles with other tire shops nearby since I had brought in my own wheels and tires to be mounted / installed, yet Alonso and Josh at this location offered excellent service. What stuck out to me was the fact that I came back a few days later for an alignment and unfortunately one of my wheels was scuffed up by a technician. They pointed it out to me and owned up to it, which earned all my respect. On top of that, Alonso was extremely helpful offering several options to get me a fully new wheel and tire at no cost to me. As soon as the replacement was ready, they installed it and even allowed me to keep the scuffed one as a spare. I will most definitely keep going to this location for their services. Happy that Big O had my specific tire, but had no experience with this particular Big O Tire shop in Cypress (used the Orange one for years, so was hoping). Glad I went. Josh was friendly, an obvious moto-head like me, and really seemed to care about what I needed - new shoes for the Stang and they even tried their best to align the front to their best abilities (they don't do shims). Because they couldn't 100% fix the alignment issue they didn't even charge me. Great shop and will use them again. Highly recommend. read more
