BEWARE -- misleading pricing and unnecessary work. I should have known better. I made an appointment because my tire pressure sensor light was on. We had already checked and filled the tires, and the pressure was fine. Within about 15 minutes, I was told that one sensor was bad and another had a battery that was "about to go out." I was quoted around $127. I agreed to fix the issue. An hour later, I was told they were taking my car for a test drive, which struck me as unnecessary. After questioning it, I was told the car needed to be driven for 15 minutes for the sensor to reset. I asked them to call the technician back and stop driving my car if the light was still on--I would take it to the Yorba Linda location instead. Despite this, the car was driven for over 15 minutes. When I checked out, the bill was almost $300. They had decided to replace both sensors without clearly confirming that with me. I said "change it," meaning fix the problem--not do additional work to increase the bill. This is not the first issue we've had with Big O. If you go here, insist on getting the old parts back and the boxes for any new parts--otherwise, you can't be sure what was actually replaced. Do NOT go to the Tustin location. Especially if you're a woman, get a second opinion. read more

Unpleasant experience from entering. Seemed a bit pissed off for some reason but regardless got a little better later. Forgot who i talked with but was told it may have been him. Later the original person i talked with called, after this service, to find out it was someone completely different. First impressions are important. Couldnt find issues and was asked if tires were bought there. Started bad mouthing the tire store and alignment store. Issues persist and was told bad wear was likely due to slight rotor warp. Didnt solve the issue at all, and later found out it was the manager that was helping me out. Every issue that i stated were not properly written on the invoice, only their recommendations for one of the issues i stated. I checked while they were doing their inspection and only saw them taking off the tires but didnt remove the bottom cover. Very dishonest and lack of skills? Disappointed. read more

Went in for oil change. I had a service offer from them for $69.99. this offer included 5 quarts of oil, inspection and tire rotation. My vehicle requires 5.7 quarts. So, Big O Tires now quoted $107.00 for the same service. $37.00 difference for .7 quart increase.... somehow it doesn't seem like a fair increase. Beware of these unsavory business practices. They lost my repeat business, because of their price gouging. read more

Pros: 1) A J called me to remind me that it was time for my tire rotation. 2) The service was done in 45 minutes 3) Only charged $25 Cons: A Netflix movie was playing in the waiting room. There were sex scenes involving very young people and it was full of F-words and S-words. I told the man at the counter that I thought it was inappropriate, especially since there were two teenage girls in the waiting room. He put on a different movie, but it also had foul language, even the N-word. I said I found it offensive to play movies with profanity and he said "They all have profanity!" So I went and sat outside. I'm sure they could find a PG-13 movie to play. read more

I really was trying to forget this horrible experience but this review needs to be written. 0 stars for everything. AWFUL customer service- I dropped off my car to fix a flat. They said they were busy so I left it there. I called back 3 hours later asking if it was done they said currently working. I arrived about another 45 minutes later and it still wasn't done (ended up missing my afternoon meeting). I try to tell the service guy that I didn't need to come in if the car wasn't done his response to multiple complaints was "anyways". The guy that fixed the tire was even worse at his job! He "fixed" and set the tire to 40 psi (says 45 on the door sticker). I brought the car in wo any warning lights on. After this they still tried to charge me 50$ for the repair. No apologies just straight ghetto rudeness. A week later on my drive to Vegas of course the tire is flat again. Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever with any business! This was the best Tires experience of my life. I stopped the day before to see if they had my 4 tires in stock. Terry was so nice so friendly and was able to order my tires for the next day. Terry called me at 11:00 am the next day to tell me my tires were in. I was there about a hour later and they finished my tires very fast about a hour. I walked back from the sushi restaurant close by and they were done. Really fast and really nice tires. Terry is great helpful so nice I like him. Driver front lower control arm bolt was broken and was discovered when I went in for a rotation/balance & repair of a really slow leak on a front right tire. Moshonda took me to see the broken bolt area and gave me an extremely fair price to have it repaired immediately because it was a safety hazard to drive my vehicle.
