I've been dealing with Joe Velasquez for numerous years and he has never disappointed me and yesterday was no exception. I have always wanted a Chevy Camaro and Joe Velasquez made me a happy customer once more, I am now a proud owner of a 2017 RS Turbo charged 50 year Anniversary Camero. He was even able to surprise me with the price! If you looking for a new Chevy go see my main 05/19/2020 update: Joe V & Diego made it happen again, traded in for this beauty 2020 3.6L / V6 RS 1LE High performance package and I couldn't be happier.

Water spots where the someone didn't dry properly.. not evidence of any coating.

**Avoid this dealership** We purchased a 2020 Traverse and were sold "EPC The Protector" with its "Diamond Ceramic Coating" for cost of $995. I NEVER purchase these packages because they are mostly snake oil. However the salesmen convinced me it was well worth it and was selling it to me at "cost". The ONLY reason I agree was because it was a "ceramic" coating which would be applied to the entire exterior including the glass and light lenses. It was not that. This is what I got for $995. *A crappy car wash *Zero additional slickness or sheen to the exterior. *no powder residue anywhere ( even the most diligent detailers will leave a little somewhere). An actually ceramic coating doesn't powder but it's clear it wasn't that. *There was a chemical smell in the interior so they did something in there. *A "Protector" sticker on the window and a little paper that said my warranty information would be coming in the mail in 6 weeks. *dirty windows like my 8yo did them. That was $995. Ask three different people at the dealership what the package "A" includes and you will get 3 different answers including the service writer. I have addressed this with the salesmen and the sales manager. They want to "reapply" it even though they insist it was already applied. Neither EPC not Bigger's Chevrolet will have the opportunity to touch this car again as I do not trust them. Btw, I never ever do reviews.

When I arrived at the service department I was welcomed immediately and pulled right in. Their team quickly got into checking everything out and the possibilities of what might be the issue. The whole time they were in constant communication with me about what it might be. While I was waiting I went to the sales floor for some distraction and was greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable salesman. The service department found the issue and had it fixed within the hour. They were so friendly and helpful. So much to the point that we are discussing buying our next vehicle from them. A great sales team helps make the deal easier, but truly the service department is who you deal with after the sale is done. Loved everything about my experience and would highly recommend these guys.

I found a new 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn advertised on their website for $44,742 (VIN 1C6SRFFP3TN171569, Stock #F14772). Because I live approximately an hour away, I emailed Abby Iverson beforehand and specifically confirmed that I wanted to see the Ram advertised for $44,742. She confirmed it was there, and we scheduled a 1:00 p.m. appointment with Ed. After driving an hour to the dealership, I met with Ed and was shown the truck. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the vehicle was filthy and looked like it hadn't been washed in quite some time. I still test drove it and was seriously interested in purchasing it. It wasn't until we sat down to discuss price that I was told the truck was actually around $55,000. When I mentioned the advertised $44,742 price, Ed seemed confused, walked away, and returned saying there had been a "mistake" involving the rebates. I understand how manufacturer rebates and incentives work. I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and I understand that some rebates have eligibility requirements. But a difference of more than $10,000 between the advertised price that brought me into the dealership and the price presented once I was sitting there is extremely difficult to understand or accept. I told Ed that I had come prepared to purchase a vehicle and asked whether there were any other Ram 1500s we could look at. He told me the truck I had just driven was their cheapest Ram 1500. When I said I was disappointed and would be leaving, there was no attempt to involve a manager, discuss another vehicle, work on the price, or otherwise earn my business. We simply left. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I contacted the dealership before driving there specifically because of the advertised $44,742 price. I have screenshots showing that price along with the exact VIN and stock number, as well as my correspondence confirming the appointment. I've bought many vehicles over the years, and unfortunately this was by far the worst dealership experience I've had. I drove roughly two hours round trip based on an advertised price I confirmed before leaving home, only to find out after test driving the vehicle that the price was approximately $10,000 higher. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle here, my advice would be simple: get the complete selling price for the exact VIN in writing before you make the drive.

Genesis is a great brand overall but I'll never make a purchase anywhere else. Genesis of Elgin has treated me like a celebrity during every interaction. On one vehicle, the add-ons totaled $972. Initially, Sarah P. told me that the add-ons came from the factory, but when I pointed out that the sticker clearly indicated the items were non-Hyundai products, she pivoted to saying, "Every Genesis dealership you go to does this." First of all, I have an issue with dishonesty, and secondly, you should never assume your customers are ignorant or uneducated about the vehicle-buying process. In my opinion, this is what that felt like. In any case, in my opinion, as American car buyers, we should support dealerships who do not engage in these practices. In my opinion, it is only then that we can stop consumers from spending or financing more on a vehicle than they can afford, or from fattening the pockets of dealership owners and salespeople.

The dealership told me the issue was not the compressor seal (which is under warranty), but instead a completely different component that would cost me around $4,000 to repair. Wanting a second opinion, I brought my car here--and I am so glad I did. Ray, the manager, and his team spent over two hours thoroughly checking my car. They were incredibly professional, kind, and patient, and they even honored a coupon I brought in! Most importantly, they told me the truth: it WAS the compressor seal. Because of their honesty, I'm now able to take my car back to the dealership and have the repair covered under warranty--saving thousands of dollars. It's rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is one of them. Ray runs a place that clearly values integrity over quick profit, and that says everything. If you want an honest mechanic who takes the time to do things right, go here--and ask for Ray. I will absolutely be bringing my car back for any future needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
