Yes this is true! We picked our car the next day, they gave us education on our car, signed papers and drove away in our our beauty! When purchasing a vehicle and researching online you already know how much your going to spend, interest rates on financing, so I personally do not understand when people are upset or shocked when they go in to purchase a vehicle. We just had an amazing car buying experience with Stacey Ogden at BMW!!! She was super fun to talk with and kept the whole process completely painless and so smooth! She was not pushy at all but instead, very excited for me and really kind. Stacey was a great help to me finishing all the paperwork, figuring out all the final details, and explaining all the forms I was signing in layman's terms. Before we left the dealership, she did an excellent job of showing me all the buttons and features of the car I would have overlooked. In March I took my 2008 BMW to Bill Pearce to check a reoccurring check engine light. The service advisor informed me that my turbos' wastegates had failed and that although it would be $4,500 to repair, BMW acknowledged that they were faulty and had extended the warranty for them to 8 years. I was extremely relieved until I was called back the next day and informed that even though my car was a 2008, the manufactured month of my car fell a few months outside of the extended warranty and my car would no longer be covered. I asked if I could do anything, or who I could talk to, and eventually I was directed to contact the region representative. After explaining the predicament, the region rep contacted me and told me that the best he could offer me was $1,000 off the repair, or $1,500 off a brand new car. Neither of these options were viable for me, so with my tail between my legs, I returned to Bill Pearce to pick up my malfunctioning car and drive home. This week after a misfire in cold weather, I returned to Bill Pearce to inquire about the injector recall. I was informed that my injectors had already been replaced but that my car DID QUALIFY FOR THE TURBO EXTENDED WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. Once again I was excited and asked if the service advisor was sure. She said yes, that the computer clearly stated that my car qualified for the HPFP and for the TURBO extended warranty. I pressed and warned her that I had been down this road before. After much going back and forth she conceded, "hmmm yeah, maybe since your 2007 vehicle was manufactured in 2007 it's possible that we can't help you. $4,500 to replace two turbos that BMW knows has faulty wastegates. I guess I shouldn't have gotten the 535...no new turbos for me. read more

Worst BMW service center I hace EVER had to deal with. Ive been to a few,in several states and they are usually polite, knowledgeable , and eager to help. Youre lucky to call and speak to a service member here. Never answer the phone. When they do answer its even worse. Each one will give you a different answer. Then they will go speak to the manager who I assume is Eric based off his voicemail. When they get back on the line they say "my manager will speak to you regarding this matter" and guess what? The asshole eric will never answer or call you back after a voicemail. Safety recall on my car i cant have fixed because of their negligence. I used to never dread going to service center but this place has changed my view on BMW all together. Just terrible. read more

Randy was our service guy. Very nice. I pulled up and he came out and greeted me and took my car info and did the warranty. I asked him to check the tire pressure and fix the squeaky door. All under warranty of course. Recently had a hit and run and amazing enough the idiot left his wallet with all his info in the car. Nice. We were in Reno on a family vacation. As we tried heading back to California our Engine light went on. We decided to take it to BMW dealer to avoid getting ripped off by possible unkown mechanics in the area. We drove it to Bill Pearce BMW and met with Ms. Christy Ross. She understood our circumstances and realized we were stranded with two kids. With her help and the help of the mechanics, they fixed our car the same day. Shuttle service was provided both ways. Communication and getting us back on the road was excellent. This story will definitely go on our books! P.S. What an experience we had with Bill Pearce motors. Talk about top-notch service. There is only one word to describe David Micheil... "PERFECT." From the time we met him at the lot, to finding the PERFECT vehicle, the entire process was seamless. He was very professional and patient as he showed me every feature my new 540i had. And mind you, this car is packed with technology and features. My interaction with David didn't end when we drove off the lot. He followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was going great, and he has been for the past week. This is no doubt one of the worst BMW dealers anywhere. They sell vehicles with no discounts or very little discounts. You can show them the discounts you get from dealers 2 hours drive away and they would not budge. They don't really want your business. Their service is equally bad. You cannot get an appointment without waiting 2 weeks. If you have an emergency, you call them and tell them it is a safety issue, well, tough luck, you'd still have to wait for the next available appointment. BMW should take notice. This dealership is tarnishing the BMW image and reputation. I believe BMW should seriously consider another dealership in this region, perhaps in Sparks or Carson City, to service BMW owners and provide better buying experience. Brett told me that I could not wash my car for two days once the new windshield was installed. However he said we could wash the car right now before we do the windshield. Came in to take a look at the X6 M50I. We came in 3 weeks ago and we were told that model was on the train head and should be there by now. After looking around we couldn't find the exact model so we figured we would ask for help. There were no workers to be found except a older gentleman sitting in an office who we assumed was a sales manager. We asked the simple question of if the model is in he brushed us away with a very rude attitude, making us feel as if we don't belong there, and told us "go talk to the sales staff." He did not get up and show us where they were and even after walking around the showroom a few people made eye contact and avoided us like there was somthing much more pressing then selling a car to us and doing their job. Especially when that particular model is worth about 100,000 Needless to say we walked out. I had and exceptional experience here. I was working here from out of town and my BMW X.3 had major driving issues. I was really stuck and I spoke with Brett from service department and explained to him my situation, even though they were booked with appt's...Brett found a way to get my car looked at right away. They isolated the trouble to a bad fuel injector. They also went through the added effort to find that all the injectors were the wrong series. He ordered right away and had everything fully repaired by the next day! The pricing was much more affordable then it would of cost me in the Bay Area. I walk away from this a very happy customer! Went in today to discuss returning my lease, my buyout options and to have a pre-inspection done. I happen to be almost 8 months pregnant, Terril (salesperson) asked me when I was due. I explained that I was due in a month and a half. When I explained I would have to think about my options and whether or not I'd be returning the vehicle, Terril made a comment about how my lease was up right around the time I'd be giving birth. When I said I could have my husband drop the car off for me if I was unable to, she retorted back with "Is he on the lease?!" (full-well knowing he is not and insinuating he would not be allowed to drop the car off for me). I explained I would return the car early if need be. Pressuring a woman to make a huge financial decision based on the fact that she's due to give birth might be the slimiest of all sales tactics. These people need better sales training and should probably brush up on basic etiquette, too. read more

Let's be clear. I'm THAT girl. The girl that thinks all her car should need to be happy is premium gas and regular oil changes. So when the tire pressure alert light came on, I felt panicked. They looked okay so that should count for something, right? Well, the last thing I wanted to do was take it to the dealership because all you hear is how dealerships mark up everything and are the most expensive service centers. So I called a tire location to see if I could bring in my car and have the pressure checked. Nope. No such luck. They were too busy and recommended I make an appointment (like I'm clairvoyant and knew my tires were going to be grumpy). I felt like I had no option but to call BMW and tell them about the service light. Brett was very friendly and said to bring it in and he would check it out. So I did, and he did, and my tires were fine. Brett was patient and kind, and showed me how to check the tires using the car's computer and also how to recalibrate the tire pressure. I'm sure this was a non-urgent situation for him but he didn't make me feel silly for thinking it WAS urgent. I appreciate that. Thank you to BMW service. read more

Overall great experience with this dealership. I bought my BMW a few months ago and I couldn't be more happy. The sales team and BMW geniuses made me feel like I was making the right decision and were more than willing to answer any questions I had. I left the dealership feeling they valued my business and thought that would be the last I would see or hear from them. A month later I received a call from the gentleman who explained all of the gadgets to me the day I bought the car. He was making sure I was happy and asked if I had any questions. Then after a snow storm one of my windshield washer sprayer things was not hitting my windshield. I stopped by the service side and the guy came right out popped my hood and fixed it right there. And if you like being treated horribly or like being spoken down to or you just want to see a guy not give two sh##'s about customer service ask for Brett. I've dealt w him on multiple occasions this guys a real piece of work. I will never be returning to their service department just because of him. Not that the other service advisors are any better. Also they will not warranty anything. When I was there they recommended a new battery and when I said you replaced the battery last year the response was we will recharge it and if they said it was fine after that and now I'm replacing the battery. I wish I had bothered to read "yelp" before purchasing a used car from these lying A*******. I was promised many things, in fact, literally purchased the car over the phone from Eric Van Reusen. First he tricked me into giving him a $1000 over the phone in order for them to hold the car until I got there, but because I wanted this particular year and model, I was suckered into doing so. Once I got there, though the car was pretty much what I wanted, I expected an extremely pleasant experience...my bad...ever thinking that would be possible with ANY DEALERSHIP...though I have purchased many cars from CARMAX and have never been lied to like the people who represent Bill Pearce. I was visiting from California and was told I would have no issues registering out of state...to my dismay, everything changed after I gave them my credit card over the phone for the security deposit. Because I was unwilling to lose my security deposit to these cheating bastards, I was forced to deal with hours and hours of taking off time to deal with the DMV process myself. I made a long distance call from the California DMV to Eric explaining some issues I was having, he wasn't there and I was passed onto Angel...God help you if you have to deal with that woman and her incredibly poor attitude...it's clear she hates her job as well as anyone who calls and asks her a question. As rude as she was, I was unprepared to be hung up by her. First she's verbally abusive to me over the phone, then hangs up on me. I then called back and was sent to Jason, the man who prints up all those lovely forms and has you sign. When I was there purchasing my car, he told me the extended warranty was for 5 years, interesting that though I signed many forms, he didn't give me all of them and I later found out that the warranty is only good for 4 years and I'm paying bloody hell for what I purchased included a hefty $200 co-payment should something go out on it. But that wasn't my concern at the time I spoke to him, my concern was that he had totally messed up my paperwork and though I thought Angel was rude, it would turn out that Jason surpassed her by leaps and bounds...funny, he wasn't that rude when I agreed to purchase the extended warranty. I then proceeded to try to speak to someone with any kind of authority...no such luck...everyone treated me like a bum from the street. NO ONE THERE HAS AN HONEST BONE IN THEIR BODY!!! Later on during the week, I had texted my salesman Eric and told him that I needed to get the key code in order to re-program the key pad on the outside of the door...I HAVE IT IN WRITING FROM HIM...AND EVEN FORWARDED IT BACK TO HIM...wherein he tells me to go to any Ford Dealership and they will "give" me the code. Before I forwarded him the text, he actually wanted to argue with me that he never "promised me they would pay for the code"...I said "No Eric, you didn't promise, you just told me they would give it to me...look up the word in the dictionary and maybe you'll see where my confusion lies." When I went back to visit my family in Carson City, I did go to the Ford Dealership...they informed me that they didn't just "give out" a key code, they charged $55 for it. The service man immediately called Pearce and explained the situation. He was promised they would get back to him immediately....3 hours later and me trying on my own to get a P.O. from them, finally spoke to Barry Bell who promised me he'd return my call within 15 minutes...again, another hour passed with no word from him and then he was conveniently unavailable when I kept trying back. I eventually paid for it myself. However, when I tried calling the general manager, Mike Freitas when I returned back to California, he informed me he was told I only had to pay half of the cost. I informed him that whomever gave him that inaccurate information, was wrong and or lying to him, however, I'm pretty sure Mike knew exactly what was spoken and was just trying to avoid acting like a real General Manager. Even after I told him I had it in writing from Eric that it would be "given to me", he disregarded my concerns...all of them, because at that point I told him several of the lies that had been told to me...he said I should speak to Barry Bell...when I told him that Barry had no clue what the hell he was doing and that he ignored me the whole time, he still refused to be a GENERAL MANAGER and pushed my issues aside and transferred me to housekeeping. Go figure!!! I am shocked that a place that looks pretty on the outside as well as the inside, would actually get away with these practices. Furthermore, if Bill Pearce is a real person, why is he allowing this behavior to go on. There is a damn good reason buying a car from a dealership is stressful, because you have lying through the nose people like this. I hope they fail as a business, because how they treat people is most disgusting. Next stop, Better Business Bureau! read more

I would actually give them zero stars if I could. I love BMW's but after moving to Reno and realizing that this is the only place I'd be able to get serviced, there is no way I'm buying another. The tech manager was actually pretty nice, but that's not why I took my car in. I took it in for an oil leak. While working on that, they said that I also had a coolant leak (my bimmer's computer never picked up on that?) so I had to have over a grand in repairs for that. I was gonna be out of town for a couple days but they said that I can just pick it up when I return on Sunday. Even though the garage would be closed, the sales floor is open and they can give me my keys. I fly back and go to pick up my car, as soon as I turn my car on, the coolant light came on! It was never on before and now that they "fixed" it, somethings broken. I took my car in the next day and they check it out and tell me I'll need a new radiator because a seal was broken or something. I mentioned that it was fine before and it was obviously broken while in their hands. They denied it and said it's just a coincidence. I had to fork out an additional 1300 bucks to fix something they broke. Screw those guys. read more

I am currently sitting in the waiting room at the Service Centre. Check in for my car was quick and painless. But waiting for a drive home is excruciating. I am now at an hour and ten minutes. Yes I could call uber but at this point I want to see how friggen long it's going to be. Yes I have asked again. That was at the one hour point. I am only here because there is a warranty issue with my vehicle. I normally go to Autobahn Specialties. Fast service and a fast shuttle. This is ridiculous. ....update.... So after uploading to Yelp I was greeted by the Manager. He was very nice and drove me home. Who knew Yelp had such a pull. I am sure I will be back and will post my next experience. Simply the best car buying experience you could wish for. I have bought 3 cars in the last year at honda. The serice level is fantastic and the staff from the sales Dept to finance to service are all caring and well qualified people. If there is an issue they look for solutions for the buyer. I have also had extensive experience with the service dept and they are great as well. Always up front and give options when there is service needed. The honda product itself is of course a fantastic car to sell and maintain. The newest model that I just purchased is an amazing new machine. The technology that they have added and safety features are top notch and lead the market. Go buy a honda you will love it. read more

My review is 3 years overdue. Long story short, I went in December 2015 to test drive a nice Range Rover on their used car lot. LandRover did not have anything like this on their used lot so I figured BMW was ok to purchase one from. The guy who helped me was clean cut and well dressed in a coat on that consisted of fragrant, expensive leather however his attitude was uptight and ridiculous. He never even cracked a grin after I told a few jokes to lighten him up. He acted as if I was one of those emotional consumers that HAD to make a purchase for my dream vehicle by any means necessary, no matter the price, so they tried to play me for a fool by basically not giving me any room to maneuver. They wanted to give me $1000 on my trade in and my trade in was worth between $4500 and $6000 and this Volvo I was trading was freshly detailed and MINT. They tried to stiff me on the price by not allowing me to make an offer stating "I don't know if you know this but car dealers no longer haggle. Everything is priced at it's lowest". I test drove it and left and never gave it too much thought but I told my husband what I did and that Rovers were my "dream car" now. They called my job the next day and warned me that the Rover was "going back to the auction tomorrow! Better come get it now!". I cracked up laughing because I already drove a nice Volvo that was PAID for and I really didn't like their sales tactics so I let it go. Ok again, Long story short my WHITE AS SNOW husband walks in there over a week later and buys this SAME Range Rover as a SURPRISE for me. Guess what? You already know. The Rover was STILL there and not gone back to any auction and he got it for $4000 less than their listing price ANNND they disclosed an issue with the parking brake and gave him another $1500 off. He passed on trading my old car in and brought it home and gave it to my son. The parking brake issue was never disclosed to me even though I saw the error flashing when I initially test drove it. I just thought it had to be reset as I was unfamiliar with these Rover bells and whistles. I still have this Range Rover and it's awesome and it runs great! It is in perfect condition still so they get one star. Take away from this review what you will because I can't precisely say what happened here. I'm a black woman and my husband is a white male. Ladies, get you a white, nice looking, federal cop, with a stern face with a nice suit on to go in here and make the deal for you...just in case. Then you stroll your butt in there and finish the deal or in my case, stroll in there and pick up the keys in their face! read more

Beware of this place. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE SURE OF WHAT YOU SIGN. It has been years since our court hearing but it seems that a month or so doesn't go by with me not hearing yet another horrible story about the way Bill Pearce does business. Instead of sharing a story I just heard yesterday, I will share my own even though it is outdated. I custom ordered a 330xi and leased it for 3 years....at the end of the lease the sales guy and the GM really tried hard to get me to buy out my lease or custom order a whole new car as I wanted the 335xi of which they had none on their lot. After 5 hours of going back and forth, they talked me in to ordering a custom 335xi of which we had no vin # and/or the car wasn't even in the making. Their was NO contract to sign as their was no vin # yet. They had me sign my name on a BLANK sheet of paper. I called 12 hours later(after sleeping on it) and asked the salesman to cancel the whole deal. He wasn't happy and said he would have to talk to his GM about it and call me back. He did call and I kept refusing to go through with the deal and definitely was NOT going to sign anything else. A few weeks went by and as I was leaving my garage 1 day, I got served with a 10 day notice to pay a fine for $2,500 for cancellation. I did not pay and so we went to court. The judge could not decide what to do(I have heard he drives a BMW) and told both parties he would decide in a month or so. I got the letter and the judge said since I signed my name that I had some responsibility and reduced my fine to $1,000. I then found out ALL of this was against the laws of DMV. I was unaware that the DMV have their own laws and actual police. I called DMV and a really nice officer came to my house. I showed him the blank sheet of paper with my signature on it and he was furious that this even made it in to the court room. He then went to Bill Pearce and demanded to see my paperwork and the GM was uncooperative. The officer then demanded the owner to get to the dealership so they could talk. The owner was uncooperative and the officer gave them 15 minutes to produce my blank sheet of paper or he was closing the business down(I was so happy to hear this as finally some justice:-)))!!!). Anyhow, I was given the name of an attorney that handles suing dealerships for shady practice and so I hired him to appeal the judges decision. He made 1 call to Bill Pearce attorney and the case was closed and I never did pay them. HOWEVER, I did go through the 1 1/2 of stress and many phone calls, meetings, court etc... and did have to pay the attorney $250.00 for the call that put a STOP to all of the b.s. These jerks actually went through with the $60,000 custom order which I have heard sat on their lot for over 2 years. I guess they did get their bad Karma/Carma. in the end....hehe.... Please read ALL of these reviews as I am now on my 4th 330xi and definitely do not mind driving to Sac to do business. Niello is awesome and if you love the car like I do, don't let these jerks influence what kind of car you drive. Yes, if you are under warranty you will have to drive over the hill once a year or so for service. I now make special plans when going to Niello and go to the city or Napa or something fun.....I hate to read some of these reviews and see that people feel forced to choose another type of car just to avoid dealing with Bill Pearce. I think that they think they can bully locals as they are the only BMW dealer within 100 miles. Don't let the GM bully you as this guy must have been bullied as a kid as his ego has NO LIMITS. again, BEWARE :-(((( read more

This dealership continues its lack of service. I order a rear quarter glass for my X3, after the neighbor's kid put a hockey puck thru it... Made me pay up front because its a "custom" order. I did - told me it would be in 2 days later. I contacted a local installer because "the dealership does not fit glass"... Made a booking for 3 days out. The parts department at the dealership told me that they would call me as soon as it was in... I called back 3 days later to find out the situation and was told it was going to be another 3 weeks because it was coming from the factory. Really.... No call to tell me this - It should be call the NO Service department. Useless and pathetic. read more

Like any other dealership... I've owned 3 BMW's in my life but never had any worked on at a dealership because I was scared they were going to do something to get me to spend more money. This place made my worst nightmare come true. I dropped my car off on Monday to get my window regulator fixed (and ONLY my window regulator, everything else was perfect) because I needed my car for a business trip on Saturday (and yes, I told them that.) The price was pretty extreme, but I just needed it done before the trip. So they had it done the next day by 4 pm and they even washed it for me (every time I wash my car, I try so hard to clean my rims to get them to look new. The dealership did it first try..) All ready for my upcoming trip, I happily picked it up and went about my day to run errands. Around 6:30 it started getting dark, so I turned my low beams on...and of course, got a warning that a headlight was out. I parked it at the nearest parking lot, looked, and saw the blown headlight. But to my surprise there was condensation INSIDE my headlight cover. Like I said prior in this review, I have washed my car a countless amount of times and NEVER have I EVER had condensation in my headlight cover. So I took it back the next day on Wednesday (I still need my car by Saturday, remember?) and the manager comes out, looks under the hood with a flashlight and says that it's "not their fault, they aren't liable, they just washed the car." I told him I've washed it more than the dealership ever has and condensation has never happened. A technician then came out and said, "well it was bound to happen, when winter comes or if it rains, the headlight would have blown then." Then the tec proceeded to say my car was in an accident when it has never been, making up stories saying "the front of the car looks low." I was offended that they were trying to make me out to be a liar. So I left and went straight to Autobahn Specialties Reno and they took more care of me in the first 10 minutes than BMW did the whole three days. I had questions on how to fix the condensation problem myself and how to replace the bulb and Tony walked me right through it, also letting me know if I absolutely had to bring it in, he would help me out with prices (he even told me what he'd charge, and they are great prices.) Please don't spend your money at BMW, they are just going to "fix" your problem and create another to get more money out of you. Ooops I did it again! Yep just bought my 8TH CAR from Vince Harris and the great team at Bill Pearce BMW. Why you may ask? Well I can't drive my beautiful 5 series in the snow and rain, so I got an adorable X3! For a 4 cylinder turbo this little one gets up and goes. I was considering buying a used one for the winters, but that would mean I wouldn't be able to deal with my service writer Bill Patrick who is just the greatest service writer EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When looking to purchase a BMW a few years ago Bill Pearce refused to offer me any kind of deal. They would not bend on the asking price and as a young adult it felt like they weren't taking me seriously. I reached out to the Roseville BMW in California and they were much more open to working with me. I ended up purchasing my 328xi from Roseville, but have been bringing it to the Bill Pearce BMW Service Department since 2012. Now that I actually have a BMW and am not just shopping for one, they take me much more seriously, which is slightly annoying. It's true what they say; you get what you pay for. Their lounge is always fully stocked with a wide assortment of Einstein Bagels, snacks, treats, beverages, and a Keurig. They also have very comfortable leather furniture and satellite TV. I often like to take advantage of their shuttle service. They have multiple vans shared between all of their properties offering complementary rides while your car is being serviced. They also have the reputation of offering a courtesy car much more luxurious than your own vehicle while it is in for a major service, although I have never personally enjoyed this perk since my car has not required any overnight services. I have read some reviews that complain of overpriced service parts and labor. I cannot attest to that because all of the maintenance done on my car has been free as it is still under warranty. Recently they did suggest I needed new tires and they simply handed me a printout with a price estimate, sparing me an awkward sales pitch. I am thankful for that, but as expected, my tires still have plenty of life and their estimate was very high. I have been very pleased with the service and amenities I have received from them thus far. While I have enjoyed the extra pampering, I know that it's not essential; I fear that once my warranty lapses, I may find myself seeking other foreign mechanics for more competitive prices. read more

After having a negative impression at my first experience, I have given another shot at the second one, and I did purchase a car from them. The sales team was way nicer this time, yet it was also apparent that I was gonna buy a car for sure. I am so wondering about how my pro-sale experience with them will be. Horrible customer service from the BMW service department.

I'm from the Bay Area and went to Reno on a rainy day and my beemer's windshield wiper blade had broke in the middle of the trip. It needed replacement as soon as possible, so I went to the nearest Auto Zone and O'Reilly's Auto Parts. Unfortunately, those places don't carry wiper blades for certain BMWs, so I pulled into Bill Pearce BMW. I went into Parts and had the choice of purchasing either the entire blade for $63 or just the rubber wiper itself for $5. I chose to replace the rubber wiper only. In the past, other dealerships charged me $30 for labor. Service manager Bill Patrick installed it for me at no cost. If I had gone somewhere else and bought the entire wiper blade and had it installed, it would have cost me over $100. Instead, I got out the door for $5 (parts and labor included). If you want excellent service, ask for Bill Patrick. read more

Someone broke a window on my 328IS and I had the window replaced by some random place (don't recall who). The window didn't seem to fit right so I eventually took it to BMW to see if they could make it right. They had it all day and when they called me in to pick up the car the window was working much better. It was not, however, "right" - it was only better. I showed the service manager what I going on about and he agreed. Now it is almost certain that the aftermarket window I had put in was simply not quite right and no amount of work was going to fix it unless I wanted to replace the window again. That said, even though the remaining issue was not their fault the service manager gave me the keys and did not charge me for the work since the end-result was not perfect. As I planned on leaving Reno forever, I took my Boxster in for a last service by this dealer. The warranty period was over so any repairs would be mine. I found out about the cost of "Porsche approved parts." Even if something is not Porsche OME, they recommend certain items as meeting their "high standards." Wiper blades for $50?. I got told if I used parts that were not "Porsche approved" I would void my warranty. An interesting explanation of why they were charging me double what the parts normally cost. A few years later the tire pressure monitoring sensors went out. Because of my experience with this dealership, I looked for after market sensors on the internet and saved a bundle on them. Bottom line, get a rock solid estimate as to the cost of maintenance and repairs or you will have some major sticker shock. read more

My son was driving across the country in his 2007 X3. It overheated and stalled going up Donner pass. Called Bill Pearce and they transferred me to BMW roadside assistance. Was on hold forever and finally gave up. Called a local tow company who picked up the car and delivered it to Bill Pearce Motors. Service center was closed however sales was still open. They couldn't have been less interested in helping my son. Told him he could leave the car there and then check back tomorrow. However, they were unwilling to provide a loaner car or even provide a ride to a nearby hotel, instead telling him he could call a cab. Not the type of customer service I would expect from BMW. Ended up taking the car to Autobahn who were extremely professional and helpful. They even offered to give my son a ride to the hotel he had booked. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I most definitely would. This dealership's maintenance department has had the MOST consistent, incredibly poor service for the past 10 years. I've been obligated to receive any warranty service for my vehicles here at this location as it is the only authorized dealership in our area. I will intentionally go out of my way to purchase and have my vehicles serviced out of state just so that I don't have to endure the attitude, cattiness and rude service from this facility. I've brought my concerns with specifics to the service managers attention twice before and unsurprisingly, nothing has changed. I understand the owners are nice people however the inspection process of how their customers are treated is obviously blemished, to say the least. read more
