The fluffiest shaved ice I've ever had! Our family favorite is black sesame and injeolmi. Still haven't tried the fruity flavors like mango and strawberry, those will be next the next time we go! Matcha is okay, didn't have a sting matcha flavor and was actually really sweet, I wasn't a fan of the crunchy sugar texture. Pretty pricey for a bowl of flavored ice but once in a while on a hot summer day is fine I guess. read more

The shaved ice was very milky and fluffy, and the mango was perfectly ripe. The order came out quickly. It was my mother in law's first time trying this style of shaved ice and she really loved it. Absolutely a hidden gem in OC if you are looking for a delicious bowl of bingsoo!!! I usually go to Sul & Bean for bingsoo, but I have to say this place tops any bingsoo places in town. Not too sweet, not too bland, it delivers perfect combination of sweet level with powdery shaved ice. A must have sidekick is their bungeoppang that is crusty on the outside and moist on the inside. Their bingsoo selection is wide, I tried the mango, green tea, injulmee, black sesame, and taro, and my favorites were taro and green tea. You will not go wrong with any though. The lady who owns the place takes your order, makes them, and serves it to your table. I came to this place total of 3 times so far, and all three times were consistent. I went here two weekends in a row. This is a secret gem!! It's hidden inside a Korean supermarket. The taiyaki has numerous unique fillings you can choose, but I got the blueberry cream cheese. I loved the sweet and savory dimension of the cream cheese mixed with the blueberry. The Spanish latte was super good but a little on the sweet side due to the condensed milk. The bingsoo my group got were the strawberry and mango. The snow was the softest texture I've ever had and it melted in my mouth in a creamy way. The snow was infused with condensed milk I believe so it made every bite sweet and not bland. read more

For over 13 years, This is the sole bingsoo spot i have gone to alone. Bingsoo at home doesn't cut it. You must get it here, it's like no other. Almost identical to the ones in korea, the bingsoo melts in your mouth and is perfect for a hot day. I highly recommend this place. read more

This place was really busy when I came in with some girl friends but the service and line were quick. The food was really good and shareable. This place is so delicious. My sister and I have never tried anything like BingSoo, the mango was cut so thinly it was so easy to eat. Perfect amount of sweet, the owner. I can't remember her name I think Cindy, was so sweet, we came right before they closed and she was still able to serve us. Can't wait to bring more people. read more

Kinda expensive, but really good. If ur nearby and wanna get a snack after getting groceries, stop in and get this delicious snack. $13 bucks for a beautiful shaved ice. No real ambiance but definitely great dessert choices. I wish they had Mochi pieces though cause they didn't have any other topping choices to add on. read more

I found this place inside a supermarket and tried the matcha bingsoo, and so happy I did. The matcha bingsoo is the best in the area between OC and LA. It's very smooth and flavorful as I tasted. It's conveniently located at a food court that also has a great jjajangmyeon place inside a supermarket. There is ample seating, and the service is quick and friendly. At first I didn't know this dessert place was located in the Supermarket so I was walking around the outside stores looking lost. However, once I found it I was able to place an order really fast and the lady that helped me was super nice! I got 2 Nutella and 2 custard. They are pretty big and worth the price. I didn't finish it right away, so later that night I popped them in the oven and they were good as new and crispy again just as if I had just gotten them in store! read more

This is one of my favorite go-to bingsoo places to visit! It can be hard to find since it is inside the supermarket but it is definitely worth visiting. They had a variety of music playing from pop to r&b and even some catchy filipino songs. And it was at a good volume where I didn't feel distracted from my work. For drinks, I ordered the sweet corn cream matcha ($7) and my friend ordered the ube matcha latte ($6). We both asked for oat milk sub and it was an additional $1. Both drinks had just the right amount of sweetness but the matcha flavor itself was missing for me. I did slightly prefer the corn over the matcha. The drinks were iced but we received them warm and even after waiting for the ice to melt, the drink never got cold and maybe that is what created some kind of lack of taste for me. Overall it's a good place to get some work done, but the matchas wouldn't be my first choice, I'll probably try a coffee the next time.

Really enjoyed the honey oat latte as it wasn't too sweet (not a fan of sweet lattes) and the coffee taste was definitely there but somewhat on the subtle side. Spanish latte was too sweet for my own liking, but if sweet lattes are your thing, I could see why this is a bestseller. All in all, not a bad spot to get coffee, but wouldn't go out of my way unless I'm in the area.

Now, from my experience, it wasn't bad and I understand what they are doing. It's a healthy ice cream that isn't creamy and it's not something I would eat but I get the concept. It's for healthy eaters wanting to fill a craving, which isn't for everyone and I think she was being a little emotional about wanting her ice cream.
