Absolutely loved the ambiance is romantic great for a date night or friend dinner. The service was impeccable as expected in an establishment such as this one. We ordered the 32oz Tomahawk with the asparagus and dill potatoes (forgot what it was called) nonetheless it was delicious along with whipped mashed potatoes and king crab legs. We also had a 2023 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that paired well with everything 10/10...For dessert we tried the chocolate cake and apple strudel bith were okay not the best on the strip. Cant wait to come back and try a few other menu items.

This place was truly a hidden gem. I had never been here before and it was amazing !! The service was excellent and the restaurant was perfectly lit. Whatever they put in the butter was topic at the table the steak was cooked perfect! Every pasta was amazing I couldn't choose my fav. Perfect for a date night I will deff be going back again.

Bistecca absolutely impressed me -- the ambiance is intimate and elegant, with that soft lighting and upscale vibe that makes every moment feel special. The Wagyu Tomahawk steak was out of this world -- perfectly seared, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can taste the quality in every bite, and the presentation alone deserves applause. It's the kind of steak that makes you stop talking mid-sentence. Service was warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed -- they make you feel like the star of the evening. Between the refined energy, incredible food, and classic Vegas charm, Bistecca is a must for anyone who loves a true fine dining experience done right.

Breakfast sandwich and classic Italian breakfast

My sister and I stayed at Tuscany Suites & Casino for a weekend. On our last day, Sunday, we wanted a quick, but delicious breakfast on our way out. After checking out of our room, we planned on hitting the cafe in the hotel, but were pleasantly surprised to see that Bistecca was not busy. They sat us immediately and let us keep our luggage on the side. The space is casual yet elegant. Service was fast and friendly. Their breakfast and brunch menu offers a nice variety of items. We ordered the following: Breakfast sandwich $15.99 Classic Italian breakfast $21.99 Cappuccino with oat milk ~$4 My sister opted for the breakfast sandwich while I went with the classic Italian breakfast and cappuccino with oat milk. My classic Italian breakfast came with soft scrambled eggs, heirloom tomatoes, burrata cheese, and grilled ciabatta. It was tasty, light yet filling--exactly what I needed and wanted. My cappuccino was also great. My sister also enjoyed her breakfast sandwich and took some of it to go. I hear Bistecca has great steaks, but they're also a great option for brunch!

The fries are not what you would expect? But don't sleep on them as they are amazing in a unique way!

I agree with so many of the other reviews about this place. Super great option for a great steak and food. Whilst being a bit "off" the strip. We had not problem getting a reservation on a Saturday night. So we didn't have to fight the crowd. Hit super easy to get In and out before our magic show that night. The food is so worth the price and tasty as hell. Just the bread they bring out to start with has an amazing soft spread to dip in and I almost filled up just eating that it was so good!!!

We had tickets to see the Rat Pack show and this was an add-on dinner that we took advantage of. The dinner and service were excellent. My wife got a Caesar Salad - no anchovies. I just got a plain salad. We both ordered the Filet Mignon. They both came out of the kitchen cooked perfectly. They were about 5 other entrees that we could have chosen from. The only weakness of the meal came with dessert. I ordered the Vanilla Galetto; it contained ice crystals. My wife's Tiramisu was unusual. Instead of butter with the complimentary bread, they give you ricotta cheese topped with honey. The atmosphere is very inviting.

Elegant Vegas steakhouse with Italian flair. The space is gorgeous, overlooking the lush pool area, but the food was uneven. Loved: addictive complimentary bread with hot honey butter, a fab pineapple Negroni, and hearty Sunday gravy pappardelle with creamy ricotta. Not so great: the table-side Caesar was massive but underdressed, and my chicken Marsala was cloyingly sweet to the point of being inedible. Service was friendly but new, which may explain the salad. Still, I left disappointed after years of anticipation.

Went to dinner at Bistecca last week and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. This place is a classic Las Vegas steakhouse tucked just a few blocks off the Strip inside the Tuscany Suites & Casino, close enough to feel the energy of Las Vegas, yet far enough to enjoy a calmer atmosphere. The space is understated in the best way: simple but elegant decor, warm lighting, and a mix of classic half-moon leather booths and well appointed tables. The bar adds a nice touch of sophistication, and the curated wall art gives the room a subtle sense of character. Service was excellent from start to finish, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. We started with wine and cocktails. The Riesling was crisp and refreshing, and the blood orange spritz was bright, zesty, and surprisingly affordable, especially compared to typical Strip pricing. A very pleasant start. For appetizers, we had the soup of the day, a house made tomato soup that was incredibly flavorful. You could taste the natural sweetness of the tomatoes, and it felt both comforting and elevated. For entrees, we tried the wild caught salmon served with braised fennel, truffled carrot puree, and shaved Brussels sprouts, plus a side of potato wedges. The salmon was tender and well prepared, and the accompaniments added great depth and texture. We also ordered the house made lobster ravioli with lobster cream and generous pieces of lobster meat. A bit too Rich, but indulgent, and very satisfying. Overall, Bistecca offered a lovely dining experience, excellent service, flavorful dishes, and a great value for the quality, especially given its proximity to the Strip. A solid choice when you want a refined meal without the typical Las Vegas chaos.

Burger with truffle fries (without truffle on request) lol

We have been invited to a brunch so this is a very limited view into the kitchen. But what we had was surprisingly good and the service by Kevin was outstanding! When I asked if the truffle fries are regular fries with a truffle dip on the side he said yes. But that wasn't correct and instead of just going with what the kitchen sends he made sure I got a regular plain fries serving. The burger was on point and even when it was too much meat for me it was a real good burger. Hubby had the breakfast plate with great Italien soft cheese and scrambled eggs frens style. Delicious nice Ambiente and great service what else to ask for.

After several meals here under the moniker of Tuscany Gardens Restaurant, we recently assembled with another appreciative couple to dine here under the restaurant's new name. Little was different than before. Crispy Potatoes have given way to Tuscan Potatoes. Veal is no longer available except in the guise of Osso Buco, which despite being a little spicy and fatty, was a very good entree overall. Traditional Surf & Turf of Filet & Lobster Tail was noticeably missing. While unneeded, a complimentary basket of rustic bread, a sweet Ricotta Spread, and butter were fine starters. And delectable Saffron Risotto was a nice foundation to support the Osso Buco. My tablemates enjoyed their Divers Scallops and 8 oz. Filet Mignon. Service was even better than before. The ambiance is still that of a classy steakhouse with an Italian twist. And close self-parking is abundant even on weekdays. But do not be fooled. A spread of six very large speckled shrimps with mild Cocktail Sauce made for a superior Shrimp Cocktail. A special of Potato Gnocchi with Dungeness Crab was heavenly. And Halibut and Salmon are on the menu. Beef Carpaccio was of superior quality, though it was largely hidden by greenery. And a Caesar Salad for two meticulously prepared tableside was worth the extra charge. We passed on dessert this time, after delighting in Bananas Foster Flambe the last time we were here, and first-rate Chocolate Crunch Gelati before then. We will surely be back!

    Wagyu Tomahawk

We decided to try this place because our daughter saw it on TikTok as the "most underrated Steakhouse in Vegas!" The calamari was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, with no hint of chewiness. Paired with a zesty marinara and a squeeze of lemon, it was recommended by the waiter and for good reason. The table-side 32 oz. Wagyu tomahawk was an unforgettable experience -- seared to perfection and carved right in front of us, the marbling melted into every bite. Rich, buttery, and deeply flavorful. It was accompanied by three separate sauces but definitely delicious on its own. The table-side bananas foster was the perfect finale to a great dinner!

My daughter and I plus grand daughter celebrated Mother's Day at Bistecca. Very pricey, but they live up to the standard of the $ signs in terms of food, service and ambience. We shared a 16 oz ribeye; Brussels sprouts, two 6 oz lobster tails and my grand daughter had a pasta dish which she loved (8 yrs old). The bread and butter were memorable as well. My daughter and I had the Caesar salad prepared table side. Ot was one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had so I will forgive them for the 1 criticism we had...the menu stated anchovies as an ingredient on the salad. But what we got was anchovy paste. A small indiscretion, but they should update the menu. That said, I'd eat that salad again.

The restaurant is an upscale fine dining place located at the Tuscany Suites. We were seated in a large comfortable booth. The service was excellent! Started off with a Cesar salad made at the table. That was fun. We had warm bread to go with it. The entrees we had were braised short ribs and veal osso buco. They were melt in your mouth, fall off the bone fantastic. For desert we had the best ever bananas foster which was also made table side! It was a wonderful experience, great food, excellent service and not rushed but attentive. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Once I stepped foot inside and saw a completely packed house with an hour and a half wait and barely standing room at the bar, I knew it was worth whatever wait or process I had to go through. Ultimately I lucked out as an individual. I was able to snag a bar top seat pretty quickly and had I known then I was sitting down to what was going to be one of the best meals of my life, I would have been visibly more excited. Not only was the service absolutely top notch, the people and the regulars there were extremely friendly and outgoing. The vibe was perfect, a strange mix of a place that felt like it had been there for 200 years yet was somehow high energy and vibey. From a killer cocktail recommendation to one of the best steaks I've had in my life and coming from Oklahoma City, where I work a mile away from the stockyards and can get great quality fresh beef six ways from Sunday, that's saying a lot. I usually despise most things truffle but if I was forced to eat that truffle mac and cheese every day for the rest of my life I would consider it a life well lived. While I would have never ordered it on my own, a customer next to me recommended the porn star cocktail and I have to say it was also one of the most delicious things I've ever had in my life. Ten out of ten, top notch experience. Would recommend. Will be back every time I'm in Vegas, no questions asked.

The atmosphere is always beautiful and lively without taking away from the dining experience, and the service has consistently been great. My dad ordered his favorite, the filet mignon, and he absolutely loved it as always. My mom had a ribeye steak, and the kids kept it simple with burgers and fries, which they enjoyed. For appetizers, we ordered two crab cakes, calamari, and the lamb cigars. The crab cakes were really good, and everything was great for sharing with the table. We also ordered mashed potatoes and mac and cheese as sides. I went with the Caesar salad, and it was delicious! Personally, I would have loved just a tiny bit more dressing, but it was still fresh, flavorful, and something I would definitely order again. One thing we really appreciate when dining out as a family is having a Spanish-speaking server, since that's how my parents feel most comfortable ordering and asking questions. We always request one when we come here. Unfortunately, that request wasn't able to be accommodated this time, but our server was still incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire meal. I wish I could remember her name! Another nice touch is that Echo & Rig always provides a complimentary birthday dessert, which makes the celebration feel a little more special. We did not originally plan on having a big meal or making a special visit. We simply wanted to sit somewhere nice, have a glass of champagne, and enjoy a quiet moment together. But once we stepped inside Smith & Wollensky, everything felt much better than expected. Sometimes the best dining experiences are the ones you do not plan too much. This was definitely one of those pleasant surprises. The atmosphere was beautiful. It had that classic American steakhouse feeling with warm lighting, sparkling glassware, and an elegant but comfortable setting. It felt upscale without being too formal, and it was the perfect place to sit with my mom and enjoy a relaxed conversation. We ordered champagne by the glass, and it was excellent. Sometimes champagne by the glass can feel a little flat or not cold enough, but this one was served very cold and the bubbles were still lively and fresh. The first sip was crisp, refreshing, and immediately made the moment feel special. My mom and I both really enjoyed it. The burrata cheese was absolutely delicious. It was soft, creamy, and fresh, with a rich but delicate flavor. When I cut into it, the texture was beautifully smooth, and the creaminess paired so well with everything else on the plate. I especially loved the fruit pairing. The brûléed orange and charred grapefruit added a bright, slightly sweet, and lightly bitter flavor that balanced the creamy burrata perfectly. The basil added freshness and brought the whole dish together. The ham served with the burrata was also excellent. Sometimes prosciutto or cured ham can be too salty and overpower the dish, but this one was not too salty at all. It had a nutty, savory flavor that went beautifully with the burrata. The creamy cheese, refreshing fruit, fresh basil, and savory ham were very well balanced. My favorite bite was with a little burrata on the crostini, some fruit, and a piece of the ham together. The crispy bread, creamy cheese, bright fruit, and savory ham all worked perfectly in one bite. We only came in for a glass of champagne, but this starter made the visit feel much more special. The service was also comfortable and professional. The staff was attentive without being overwhelming, and the pace felt relaxed. That kind of service makes a big difference, especially when you want to enjoy a nice moment without feeling rushed. This visit became a sweet memory with my mom. A cold glass of champagne with lively bubbles, delicious burrata, and ham that was savory but not too salty made the whole experience feel elegant and enjoyable. Sometimes a simple, unplanned stop turns into one of the best parts of the day. I would definitely come back again next time I am in the area. If you enjoy burrata cheese, I highly recommend this dish. We came in without high expectations, but left very impressed and very happy.
