i had one of my worst restaurant experiences ever here the other day and probably won't ever be back TLDR: don't come here if you have a big party, dont trust "new menu items" bc they're probably old, ask first if they really still serve an item, and pizookies will probably be cold when you get them. - we were a party of 9 (tried to call but over phone max party was for 6; had to go into the restaurant to ask) the was told they weren't sure they could accommodate our party even though the restaurant wasn't packed and it would take 35-45 minutes to seat us (took almost an hour and a half) and we asked for a table around 8 pm - our server was Kimberly -- we ordered drinks and i ordered the "new" casamigos watermelon magarita and asked for no tajin, which my server said "okay no tajin and i dont see it on the menu but i'll ask the bar!" - when she returned she handed me a drink and said "you ordered a casamigos skinny margarita", when i told her i didn't, she argued with me and said I did and then she said it's fine and she'll get me a watermelon one - when she comes back 15 minutes later with my drink, it's had a slice of watermelon on the side and 4 chuncks of watermelon floating in it; she then comes back to me and tells me the next time i order, it's called a casamigos skinny margarita - i walked up to the front and asked to see a menu and to my discovery their menu with "new" items is from june of 2023, which the host said "we change the menu so often so i dont know which menus are current. -i ordered a pizookie, at the beginning of ordering, anticipating it to come out with my food bc i didnt want to wait and she brought out the wrong one way after they food was brought out and it was COLD read more

If bad service and mediocre food are something you look for when dining out then this is the place for you! It started pretty good. Our waitress was attentive and got our drinks and appetizers out pretty quickly but then she took her break. That's when things started to get bad. The lady that took over for her, ignored us completely. She walked past us several times, she stood behind us chitchatting with the manager. And don't start me with that rude manager! He was too busy chitchatting and flirting with the female waitresses and hostess. After waiting almost an hour for our meal, I finally got a waitresses attention and asked if our meal was ever gonna be served. She went to the kitchen. We waited for quite a while then she finally came out with our meal. The food tasted like it was rushed because it didn't taste right. It could have been that we lost our appetite from the long wait or them trying to rush to make our food made it taste awful. When our waitress got back from her break, I noticed the other waitress was giving her the run down. Instead of checking with us to see if we're okay, she completely avoided us for a long time. We stopped eating by then, we were just waiting for her so we could get our check. When she finally came around after 15 to 20 minutes later, she pretended that she didn't know what happened. I told her, and she seemed apologetic and said she would talk to the manager and offer us a discount. We weren't looking for a discount so we said no to it. We just wanted to pay and leave. Even after all of that hassle, the manager didn't talk to us. He was still busy entertaining the hostess. What a great customer service he provides! So for an agonizing dining experience, make sure to come here! This was on Wednesday night with hardly any customers. There's no reason for this terrible service. read more

This review is for a takeout order. Placed a large takeout order days in advance with details for each item for who the meal was for since it was for a meeting. Typically business will then tag the item with that person's name so it makes handing out the lunches very easy. When my order was brought out late past the pickup time the employee attempted to just hand me multiple bags without confirming what I was being handed. I asked if all items were labeled per the instructions and I was told no but that she could. They haven't been doing that since their label machine was broken. They couldn't have just used a sharpie then?? How was she going to label them after the fact anyways if they didn't have a way too? The food pickup time was already past due time and I needed to get it dropped off to the meeting. Employee did help me bring out all bags to my vehicle but without knowing if everything was there since it wasn't gone through with me I had to stand in the parking lot and confirm myself. Sides were not packaged with entrees or even in the same bags. Since nothing was labeled I has to assume what was what and what went with what. For example, fries were not in the same box as burgers and were in a different bags altogether . Salads were not in bags with corresponding entrees either but all in one bag. A suggestion to this restaurant in regards to large or really any orders is to package items consistently and together. If an item is a steak with sides that includes a salad, put the salad in the same bag so you know those items go together. The food was ok, complaints due to lack of salt. No one had special modifications to meals so that was thankfully a bonus. Utensils were provided packaged but napkins were loose in the bag. No seasoning packets provided aside from a few ketchup packets and parmesan cheese. read more

This BJ's is decent. They seem to always be under staffed though. Also, when we asked for a table, they took us to a booth, which ok sure makes sense but if you want a table, make sure to be explicit with them and say not a booth. The food was ok, the cheese sticks aren't that melted inside but the artichoke dip was pretty good, the chips were thin. Our waiter was pretty attentive, the food did come to our table later and we had to request for boxes to get the food to go even before it came to our table. read more

We were in the area due to a tournament for my child & they won. Being that we traveled well over an area to the area and I was transporting teammates too, after hard two hours of back to back games I wanted to reward and treat them before making the trek home. When we walked in, there were quite a few people waiting but they were large parties. When checking in the staff did as they should, 45 mins-1 hour wait sounds right for a Saturday evening. After about 30 mins in the crowd had cleared leaving myself a party of 8 mind you (1 adult 3 teens 3 10 yr old boys and a toddler), another party two adults and an infant, then a family who decided came in four adults. I asked the employee how much (stopped myself mid sentence bc I see that's she's doing something on the screen) she assures me she hears me and I tell her no worries I stopped bc I can tell your focused and I didn't want her to lose focus on what she needed to complete. I asked how much longer after I walked my toddler to the restroom and noticed multiple booths opened that could very well accommodate us we could have been seated and left by the time anyone decided to "attempt" to do anything. They are going back and forth trying to figure something out at this point we are an hour in. The kids said forget this place, they don't deserve our celebration we can go elsewhere (of course I'm feeling bad because now we are well over three hours from the last time they ate.) They tell me you wouldn't fit in those booths booth 8 ppl but we aren't big I'm 4'11 with 7 kids who aren't much bigger. Yet when I walked past the booth there was a fam of 7 or 8 ppl sitting in the booth all adults. But I wouldn't even have mind if they sat us at two booths seating four for each. The employees couldn't even find the manager, that took at least another ten mins when I asked for district. Even the staff acknowledged I had been there quite some time. Let me reverse a bit I understand there are reservations but within the time frame I was there and by the time I left that table would have been open to who ever reserved it after bc no one ever came for those seats. Also when they said they had a table to seat at least 4 they skipped over the party I mentioned earlier 2 adults and an infant who had been there as long as me if not longer for the party of 4 adults that had just walked in. When he finally came he didn't even seem to care. When they were trying to find resolutions he took off never checking in with me or coming up with some solution to make it right. I don't even want a discount I just want to make it right let's do better for customer service, transparency, etc. I even told him your staff was doing right giving me a longer estimated time trying to find solutions but couldn't even find you for well over ten mins. He proceeds to say well we are short staff and I'm not opening those booths but the staff clearly was willing to allow my party to sit. I love Bjs but I don't think I would ever entertain this specific location again. read more

Ordering Doordash is a nightmare here. Twice I had to call for the servers to not forget the ice cream of the pizzokie. Twice! And they forgot the ice cream in both orders. Gladly Doordash did refund. You'd be better off ordering pickup to check your own order for completion. Otherwise the servers don't care. The dashers couldn't check the completion of items within the order because everything was wrapped and concealed. Again, the servers don't care! read more

This by far has to be the worst BJ's I've ever been to. I've given this location three opportunities because of the range of excuses I've received from management. On two occasions I placed an order using the BJ's app and when I arrived to pick up my order, they claimed they never received my order because of a computer glitch. The second time their system was down and the third time, I called to place my order, and when I arrived they claimed the delay had to do with not having enough staff, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Every excuse sounds like a cop-out. While I was waiting to find out where the order I placed on my app was, no apology was given from the hostess and she never acknowledged the error. Instead, she had me wait an additional 20 minutes before a manager came out to talk to me. I waited because I was already charged and I wanted my order or a refund. The manager explained the "situation" and said the meal was coming right out and that he would personally make it. Since I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for that order, the manager had me write down my email and said he would send me a courtesy gift card for a future order, but he never emailed the gift card. The food is tasty at times, and at other times you can see that they're skimping you. That doesn't bother me too much because we're living in an inflation crisis thanks to the people that voted for the current administration, but I digress. The bottom line is that this restaurant is run poorly. From management down to the hostess stand. Are management and staff overworked and undervalued and this is how it manifests, or is the hiring Dept simply hiring unprofessional and miserable people?! I ordered a pizza online today and went in 10 minutes early to pick it up. The woman at the Take Out counter said she'd get it for me and was gone for 10 minutes. She came back with a couple of orders from another customer and mine. I walked to 2 minutes to the mall next door to eat it, and the pizza tasted lukewarm. It looked like it had been sitting for at least 15min. My guess is that my pizza was ready early and she waited for the other customer's order before bringing it out. Had an awesome experience here today. I come and go now and then. I used to be a regular about 10 years ago until their service went down hill. I started to come back more often now because it seems things have changed. Today I was blown away by the service I got from a kitchen employee. Diego... hope I spelled it right but he brought my sliders out and I asked him for barbecue he said which type... mind you I have come here off and on for over 10 years, never knew there was more than one type... I said asked what do you have... he said let me bring you out my two favorites sauces with sliders, plus the two types of barbecue we have... okay!!!!! ... turns out his choices sauces is one of my new favorites!!! Me and my friends ordered a trio pizookie and were attempting to finish the dish within 4 minutes. Our waiter Jay was super supportive and made our experience at BJ's even better than we had thought originally. He was inclusive in our conversations and in general, is great with customers. Along with Jade, although she wasn't our waitress, I asked her for spoons and she was happy to help and quickly provided us with the utensils we needed. Additionally, we had a great conversation with her and she is super friendly. Overall, both of these servers had great customer service. read more

Want to start off by saying I really enjoy BJ's. The first time I went was such a great experience that I was really looking forward to grabbing some on the way home from a road trip. We placed a takeout order and waited over 30 minutes. There was a crowd of people piling up with other takeout orders placed online and after a few of them were complaining about the wait, someone went back to check and they came out with arm fulls of all our food... which means it's been sitting. All 3 items I had ordered were cold and soggy. I know it was late and they looked perhaps understaffed for the night but that was a mess and I'm sad I couldn't enjoy the food fresh. read more

I came here tonight with a friend of mine for dinner. We were told that it was going to be a 25 minute wait but it ended up being a little bit less which was fine for Friday. Sally was our server tonight and she was great. She had great energy and was able to give some good recommendations for food. She's really friendly and was really attentive to service. The food itself was pretty delicious. My friend and I did the three course special that they do on Fridays with the prime rib. I wish I had taken a picture of it. It was a decent size portion too. The restaurant wasn't super crowded, but there were decent amount of people out and about. The only downside of tonight was we felt kind of rushed during our meal. My friend was still eating her dinner and they were asking about dessert as well as bringing over the bill. Before we left the restaurant I had to use the restroom and while I was away a staff member that was not our waitress told my friend that if we were done, we could leave. My friend had explained that I had just gotten up to use the restroom and would be right back and that we were leaving. They let dogs (not service dogs) dine inside. I brought it to the waitress & managers attention that the adjacent table customers had an unruly dog who was persistently barking and disturbing other customers including me. They didn't care and just said it's a service dog. They are unfamiliar with the ADA rules. The dog / owners can be legally asked to leave if they are unruly. The dog was also licking the table while sitting in the chair. I find that unsanitary in addition to being a disturbance. The manager was totally unhelpful ands seems the staff is not trained nor care about customer concerns. read more

Any doubts I may have had with BJ's has been washed away with their Happy Hour. I came here after work with some friends for some drinks and apps and was completely blown away by the selection of stuff on BJ's Happy Hour menu. I also would like to add that we had great service throughout the whole experience! When we got there all the guys were immediately sold on the Burger deal but what had me more intrigued was the half off personal pizza's at Happy Hour. This is gonna run you about 6-7$ a pizza which is a realllly good deal imo. If you ever wanted to sample their pizza's, this is the perfect scenario to do so. I had the Chicken Bacon and Ranch & the BJ's favorite pizza. Both were very tasty and I definitely felt like I got my monies worth. I was pretty full. Only complaint I had was my drink. I ordered a Rum and Coke and there didn't seem like a whole lot of booze. Maybe it's because I have a high tolerance? Iunno. Maybe that's why it's happy hour prices? "That's how they get ya." Me and my family wanted to try their spooky Pizookie and enjoy dinner. When I walked in I could sense the hostess was stressed out. I waited until she spoke to me and she said "name?" And I responded I hadn't put my name down. She again asked me for my name I gave it to her and she said for two right ? I said no actually 3. I asked her how long the wait would be she said for three definitely 30-40 minutes. Totally fine. We come back because I never received a text and they told us there were 7 people ahead of us it would be another 40 minutes. So we wait and wait and wait ... and our name never gets called never receive a text that our table is ready. After 2 hours. Would probably stay clear of this place on a busy Saturday, unless you're okay with starving. read more
