Inaccurate, rude, inconsiderate. Today I attempted to order to go at Black Angus we were put on a hold for over 10 minutes before having to call again to even put in an order. The staff seemed to be unprepared and not open to taking an order. We ordered two simple entrees and a appetizer. After having to repeat the order no less then three times the order came out wrong once we arrived home. In an effort to correct the issue we attempted to call the store no less then 6 times to only be immediately put on hold or hung up on. Very disappointed in the staff for failing to take the order correctly despite repeating it over and over and most of all not even having courtesy to appropriately answer the phone before throwing people back on hold or hanging up. read more

Utterly disappointed. It's the day after turkey day and instead of just eating left overs we decided to go out to a steak house. Walking in the hostess greeted and seated us. Had to wait on bread only had one loaf for 5 adults . The bread we delicious, And after that it was down hill. Five of us and we ordered 4 ribeyes and one blackened salmon. Medium well with baked potato and veg, medium with baked potato and wedge salad, well done with baked potato w bacon and broccoli , medium rare with scallops potatoes and broccoli. Salmon with Mac and cheese. Keep in mind we walked in at 7:30pm. Salmon came out great flavor great taste no issues. Well done steak with baked potato with bacon came out cooked to order, requested some a1 sauce and had to wait for that and asked out waitress twice. This is where things got confusing all the other three remaining steaks came out Switched up Correct sides wrong steaks. Manager came And the waitress apologized and they are going make everything back over. Waited again for our order. Finally came out by this time I'm hungry having not ate all day, but I couldn't even eat all of my steak it was poorly cooked and not to temp it'd a difference between medium rare and just plain rare. The medium steak also came out medium rare. Manager came again showed him our steaks by now it's 9pm. He apologizes again. Give use our entire meal free of charge and we left. Me and my lady wanted a drink after shopping, just one drink. Restaurant was slow and but still had some tables. We did come in 30mins before closing but asked the host if the bar was still open and mentioned we just wanted one drink, she pointed us to the bar. Upon entering the bar there was one customer on the far end so my lady and I sat across, 4 chairs down. This is our first time here at Black Angus. My bf saw this place while driving to a Mexican restaurant down the street. Upon arrival the front desk/ hostess was very friendly. There was a sign says by reservation only. But We got a table right away because it was a slow day for them. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. I forgot her name. When I find her name I will include it in this Yelp. She was an excellent waitress for us. She recommended the mother lodge Margarita drink. It was delicious! I also tried the sweet blank berry tea. Which was also good. I had the ribeye steak medium rare and my bf had a rack of bbq baby ribs. I took my wife to Blqck angus steak house for Valentine's Day and I have to say it was one of the best experiences as far as Valentine's Day dinners I have ever had. The tomahawk dinner for two was fairly priced, the waitress was fast and efficient with a great attitude and the best part was the food. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a great taste, not too salty and not too bland with two sides. Rhe amount of food they gave was too much for us so we took it home. The drinks were fantastic and they came with great service from the bartender. It was a full house but their set up was very clean and the staff made the atmosphere very comfortable. read more

It was okay. The restaurant is brand new looking and very clean. Several things happened that management needs to know. I ordered a before dinner drink and never received it. The waitress forgot. I cancelled the drink as dinner was being served. I ordered a medium rear and got well done. The waitress did ask if it was okay and as long as it took to get the first steak I just said it was ok. The steak was delicious even though I prefer more pink then given. The baked potato skin was so tough that I could not eat it. And I like a baked potato skin. So the restaurant lost out on me buying a dessert, because I was not confident it would be any good and missed out on a $12.75 cocktail before dinner. Well, lets start with the surprisngly OVERLY salty Fried Zucchini appetizer. Side salads were as expected, although their BleuCheese isnt such. Now on to the Entrees...ordered 2x 12oz Ribeyes: 1 Medium, 1 MedRare; yet both showed up WELL DONE and with Cold smashed potated and less than avg Brussel sprouts. WTH?!!? THEN our re-fired 2x Ribeyes came out like this(see pic).One looks like and was an undercooked MED Ribeye. while the other seemed to be a Sirloin posing as a RIbeye. Are you flipping kidding me?!! Not sure the Mgmt can fix this level of inconsistency and incompetence.?! And Don't get me started on the Old Fashioned served with marachino cherry. Seriously?!!! To our servers credit, Karen, did a Great job of managing the kitchen and bartenders mistakes, but even her best efforts couldn't overcome their incompetence. Love Black Angus. They're always reliably good. The food is great. I love their campfire feast for two. The steak is always good, and their salmon is excellent. Get the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. The only thing that makes me sad is they discontinued their bread pudding which was so, so, sooo good. The service is usually fast unless they're super busy. My family always comes to Black Angus for every celebration. I love love love their private booths.
