The environment was very warming and we were greeted with welcome and then seated. I wasn't able to take a picture of the food because my party was hungry. They made us a great filet mignon with their garden salad. That was so good. The best dessert they have is the crème brûlée. Customer service was good and very accommodating. First off, service was good. The ambiance was alright, but food sucked. Every item we ordered we barely eat any of it. We ordered the tomahawk which serves two people. Starter was not the best but it was alright, soups were so bad we got potato soup and steak soup, didn't eat them. For the sides we ordered the loaded baked potato which was not bad, Brussels sprouts were microwaveable disgusting. And finally the tomahawk we ordered medium rare, and it came well done. We came on a Sunday afternoon for our first time, short wait but it wasn't really an issue as we got sat pretty quick. Unfortunately we didn't see our server for like 15 mins , so i got up and just asked if I could see my server and we were immediately attended to in a very friendly and quick manner. Our server was very sweet and made us feel welcome. Our starters came out quick and they were tasty. As for our main entrees they were made exactly as desired and tasted wonderful. 1-Star Review for Black Angus Steakhouse I recently visited Black Angus and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was slow and inattentive. It took quite a while before anyone even approached our table to take our order or ask if we needed anything. We were using a Groupon, which we thought would help make the meal more affordable. However, it ended up making little to no difference in the final bill. They charged extra for nearly everything we ordered, and none of these additional charges were disclosed to us up front. We only found out when the bill arrived -- by then it was too late. When I brought up the lack of transparency, instead of a helpful response, I overheard our server making rude comments behind my back, saying we "should have read the freaking menu." That kind of disrespect is unacceptable in any customer service setting. We came to enjoy a meal, not to be insulted. If the restaurant has specific rules or limitations on the Groupon, it's their responsibility to clearly explain those at the beginning -- not hide behind fine print and surprise fees. Better communication and respectful service would have made all the difference. Sadly, I can't recommend this location. If you're planning to use a Groupon or have any specific expectations for your visit, be sure to ask everything up front -- because they may not volunteer that information. Let me know if you'd like to adjust the tone (e.g., more formal, more direct, or with a bit of humor). Would you like to name the location (city/branch) too? We came for our Anniversary dinner. When I made the reservation, I mentioned we were celebrating an anniversary but nothing was mentioned to us until we mentioned it to our server, Byron. He was very attentive and was constantly checking to see if we needed anything, filled our water, promptly served and cleared dishes when we were done. He asked if we had ever joined their rewards program and showed us how to sign up. We even got $10 off our dinner by signing up. Our Campfire feast was delicious. Ribeye and New York Steak. Our server Yesi made our night! To start, she got us a sling for the baby then she took her time to help me figure out the app. Once we had that straight, she was able to answer our table's many questions about the menu. She brought our drinks and appetizers out quickly. Yesi kept our drinks filled and checked on us frequently. At the end of the night, she helped me maximize my app points. Went here a few weeks ago. Although our steaks were yummy, the brown bread we got was old and stale. It was hard to pull apart. We ordered potato skins as an appetizer and they were either old or really overcooked. like I couldn't even bite into it (felt like beef jerky texture). Potato's should be soft and flaky kind of. These came out in 1 big chunk but only got halfway through because of this. Also I ordered a baked potato with my steak and that tasted less burnt/old but it tasted gross for some reason (like tap water flavor). Idk why. Maybe it was boiled in old water or something? I couldn't eat it. The desert was okay. Overall I'd come back for the steak but the rest of the sides I would need them redone or something because I remember black angus being delicious! Maybe it was a weird day but it was busy so idk. Also had to wait about 15 minutes for 2 people which was a little weird for a lunch time but that's fine read more

Ordered a dinner with a side of potato soup. Asked for the soup with t different waitresses. Finished our dinner and dessert, no soup Since dinner was done asked for it to go, No soup. Asked for the manager. The waitresses went to get her. After walking around looking for her, she came back telling me she was upstairs. I waited another 5 minutes. Asked the waitresses where was her office was. The waitresses finally went to get her. She came down and I explained the situation. She would take care of it. Food was ok!!!! Went to lunch to celebrate end of our girls school yr normally we get the camp fire feast but since I received an email on a special going on we decided to try something new. We got the steak such a disappointment there was so much fat on the meat wow. We ordered the Brussel sprouts for appetizer it does say crispy i asked for extra crispy well another disappointment nothing crispy about them soft and kinda weird color tasted ok but not how we asked them.
