Katie knew what I wanted and she made things pleasant. We had a good conversation. Next thing I knew she was finished. My appointment time was for one hour. It took less time for that because of what I wanted. They give you aftercare instructions. Which is also explained to you. This was my first tattoo with colored ink. So I had several questions which she responded to very well. I would highly recommend her. Also there is alot of parking available. Just be sure to let them ring you in. They share the space with the lower level. Which is a different business. The tattoo shop is on the upper level. They also have to open the door for you and you definitely have to have an appointment. I would return when I'm feeling another tattoo experience. Which I'm sure I will.

Cody and Ray immediately got to work on ideas and they didn't stop until they came up with something that fit. Carlos did my tattoo, mind you its been 10 years since I had one. But he reminded me why I loved them so much. He matched it perfectly, light handed and done so intricately. I decided to come back and get 3 quotes done on my spine, collarbone and side boob because the staff was just so friendly the first time around - and again, so happy with the service and the work. Ty did my quotes and I normally have a very low pain tolerance but he was super gentle and I never felt any discomfort or pain. In fact, he accidentally dropped the clamping tool right when he opened the package and immediately asked his colleague for a new one. He would not touch anything other than the new, sterilized tools or my daughters nose. Not even the drawer to retrieve the new clamp. I would recommend piercings here.
