I was in Chelsea Market so I stopped by and let me tell you it was pretty disappointing. They were out of most of the classics, no everything, no sesame! So I settled for a multigrain since it was that or plain bagel. I ordered their Boca bagel and it took nearly 15 minutes just for that one bagel. I was at Chelsea market the other day and decided to stop at black seed bagel for a quick breakfast. They are my friend's favorite bagel spot so I really wanted to try it for myself. We ordered the BEC (bacon egg and cheddar) and the turkey egg and cheese, both on everything bagels. The bagels were soft but maintained a nice chewy bite and not dense at all (which is a big determining factor for me). The eggs were well made and the respective proteins gave everything a lot of flavor. Overall, the bagels were great. Only downsize is that they are pretty pricey. Bagel sandwiches cost $8-$13.
