Our servant Gianna (sorry if I misspelled) was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly , Informative & attentive! The ambiance during lunch hour is much quieter and fast. First time being here and the food was all 10/10 . Will def be coming back next time in town.

What a gem of a find in RI! Our group had the entire cute back room to ourselves. It was so cute and decorated for Xmas at the time. Love the concept of this place, appetizers, food and drinks all come in flights, like Mac and cheese flight, bruschetta, sliders, shrimp, you name it! I got the shrimp flight with bang bang, bacon wrapped and garlic. Delish. Then did the old fashioned flights with cranberry, smores and original. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

I didnt realize there were multiple locations and apparently made my reservation for a different location but luckily they were able to accommodate us. The bartender/waitress was very attentive. I didnt realize till we were already on the way if you want to try the cheese wheel flight you need a specific reservation which I will definitely make next time. The truffle mac&cheese was delicious the buffalo mac was like a shredded chicken on top but was delicious when mixed it. The baked mac i wouldnt do again because it was obviously not backed in this plate it was more like a breadcrumb topping just added after the fact making it pretty dry. The flights tho small are super filling. Definitely will be back for a girls nigbt so we can try a little of everything. The normal size Entrees are extremely limited as flights are the main attraction.

A few friends and I decided to try here for lunch. What a great choice it was ! Our serve Megan was so friendly and helpful with the menu, and another chef/cook Al came out to do the cheese wheel for our pasta flight - he was phenomenal! The Mac and cheese flight and the French fry flight were split between the 3 of us and they were all delicious. The ambiance was nice- beautiful interior. Will definitely be coming back soon

Although a great concept (restaurant with bunch of flights), the execution is poor - especially for the price. Other reviews talk about the service and they were right! The service was very slow, it took about 45 minutes or more for our food to come out (basically a bunch of pasta and a salad). I got the vegan flight which was a big mistake since you are paying $18 for a slider the size of your palm or smaller, a deconstructed salad basically (the "lettuce wrap"), and 11 fries (not kidding!). This was a complete waste of money in my opinion, especially when there are better restaurants in the area. The food was warm at best (for both my meal and others which was mainly pasta dishes). I ended up eating all of it since I was waiting so long and was very hungry but was still hungry after eating this kids meal sized portion. Others in my party ordered pasta which was not cooked to order considering the temperature when it came out and the sauces weren't anything special. Maybe even bottled/pre made? They ordered chicken which they said was rubbery. The waitress was nice as she noticed a member of my party didn't eat any of the chicken and rice soup and they took it off our bill. The chicken and rice soup seemed like a bag of rice dumped in a bowl of broth with a few pieces of chicken. The manager in charge was nice as well but I was so fed up with my meal that I just wanted to leave. This whole experience kind of felt like being on Gordon Ramsey's new show Secret Service

Service was very poor and it took over 40 minutes to get our food and it was subpar at that! Its all about making the customer feel at home not being able to facilitate ur patrons with adequate service is absolutely terrible Friday night federal hill has fallen

Food took a long time. The pasta flight vodka penne tasted like canned ravioli. The price for the meals isn't worth it.

Our server was attentive and gave us great suggestions. I tried four cocktails some from their new menu and some of their past drinks, they were all great. My favorite was the Passion Fruit Martini and the Strawberry , the Sumac Paloma was great. The most unique drink was the Saffron & Black Lime Daiquiri, a little savority. My least favorite but it was interesting to try.

THE FOOD -We ordered the dip trio, each of them was delicious, my favorite was the lemon hummus. -the ratio of chips to dip was not good and when we asked for more chips it was a $5 charge we weren't told about. Since it took a bit to get the second round of chips we had to leave most of them and the dip to get to our show on time which was a bummer. THE DRINKS -delicious!!! Great, accurate descriptions -I tried the parsley one and it was so refreshing and perfectly herby. I've told everyone about it! -I also tried the apple anise which is accurately a mix of both apple and anise flavors! I forgot I don't like anise much so it wasn't my favorite but again still accurate and well made. THE SERVICE -very kind server! He was knowledgeable when I had some questions about the drink options -also accommodating for when it's possible to based on drink recipes THE ATMOSPHERE -though not a speakeasy that was the feel of it -dark and intimate -fun decor , small interior so MAKE A RESERVATION Overall, I will definitely be going back when I'm in PVD!!!! Loved our drinks and had such a nice time. Sorry forgot pics of the drinks but I think the menu changes pretty often anyway so that's fine

Our knowledgeable server helped recommend the types that we'd like, as they knew the specifics about each type of oyster. $2 for happy hour is a deal!! Another must‑try dish is the raw scallops. After visiting RISD on their free Sundays, my friend and I were looking for a place to eat,…read morepreferably something refreshing and not too heavy. We decided on the Gift Horse and circled around a couple of times to find street parking (which is also free on Sundays). At the time that we went in, all spots were busy, but we were directed to their standing bar area where we could order a drink and hang out while something became available. Literally 2 minutes later, something freed up. I started with their Silver Spring cocktail ($15) which was very good - refreshing and slightly sweet. For food, we ordered a crudo plate ($18) with a side of sourdough bread ($6), followed by oysters ($18), then the lamb burger ($22), and lastly the crispy piri piti fish (MP - $40). The crudo plate was one of our favorites. We enjoyed all the cuts of fish it came with, but our favorite was the yellowfin tuna as it was firm and flavorful. The toppings of olive oil, capers, onions, etc. were the perfect touch. The sourdough was simply toasted and buttered but oh so good. They have a happy hour for oysters from 4-5 PM where they're only $2 instead of $3 but we missed the window by a little. There is a half dozen order minimum so we did two Quonnie, two Great Salt Pond, and two Wild Goose. That's the order in which we ranked them, from best to less best. The Quonnie were smaller, but they were flavorful and the Great Salt Pond were big and meaty. All were very fresh. There are three sauces to choose from, but we went with the GH Fermented Green Chili Hot Sauce. The RI Lamb Burger was incredibly good. It was advertised as a Bulgarian style burger so we asked about the difference between Bulgarian and I guess American and it came down to the spices used. We enjoyed how juicy and well-seasoned the meat was. I loved the contrast between sweet (pepper jelly and fried onions) and salty (feta). The bread seemed homemade; it was light and fluffy and had a healthy amount of sesame seeds. The crispy piri piri fish came out last and it was not what we were expecting. My friend didn't enjoy it as much, but I liked it. The fish was battered for a crispy finish and sat over a piri piri sauce with two rolls, mustard greens, and potatoes. The piri piri sauce was tasty, not too spicy, with a thicker consistency. The rolls seemed like they were made in house; they were slightly buttery and soft. The mustard greens were good. The potatoes were similar to home fries with onions. The staff was very helpful and explained the food after delivering it. Ambiance is good.

A lovely woman in the restroom overheard my friend and I unsure on where to venture, and she suggested this place! Moody and welcoming. Absolutely loved it. We went in ~10:45 on a Wednesday pm. Apparently they do live jazz weekly as well, but we'd come too late. A handful of bar patrons, a couple making out in the back of the dining room at their cute table, a lovely bartender, me& my bff. We really hit the jackpot for ambiance last night. Decor in there is so cute. I wish I took a picture of the table lamp on the bar. It was embellished with beads hanging on the rim of the shade. Our drinks were top notch. Mine was a citrus vanilla profile and hers was a savory martini. The sandwich, I had one bite of it was yummy. I don't like imitation lunch meats though. CATFISH was breaded and fried fabulously. Not oily. Crispy and crunchy. So happy to have discovered this place! The bartender told us they just celebrated 6 years of business!

Turns out they had almost all high top tables, however we were able to be seated at the low table that seats 8. Service:: excellent Ambiance: excellent So good that my husband requested to return for his birthday the next month. Only glitch was they had double booked.
