Food is good, staff is super friendly but the prices are pretty crazy. This Blaze is in a suite right next to the hotel we were staying in so we dropped by one day during a break from Disney to have some pizza and rest. The staff helped us right away and they were really friendly, got us taken care of quickly and they were generous with the toppings. Everything came out quick and tasting good, we enjoyed our pizzas. It's similar to any other Blaze with the toppings and stuff so the customer service can make or break it and they did a great job. That being said they definitely exploit their location with the prices. We got 2 pizzas, a diet coke for my wife and a beer for me and it was over $40. I had a little sticker shock at the register. Everything was really good so in a pinch I might grab another pizza but with other options available nearby I'm more likely to look elsewhere next time. read more

Ordered pizza, cheesy bread and a green goddess salad. The pizza and cheesy bread were great. The salad not so much. It was tiny. For $9 I would expect more. And they only put a tiny amount of salad dressing on it. When we asked for more, they looked confused. They just opened the container and put a few more drizzles on. The salad was packed tightly in the tiny container so it was difficult to get any dressing on the rest of it. Made it hard to eat. Too much dressing on the top layer, none in the rest. Skip the salad; go for the pizza and cheesy bread. read more

I hate writing bad reviews, but our entire visit here was awful. The staff was not friendly-- borderline rude. I ordered a pizza without cheese because my son is allergic, the guy making our pizza forgot and dropped some cheese on our pizza before I said "no cheese please". I had stated that my son was allergic and as he attempted to continue making the pizza he asked "do you want me to change gloves?" I said, he's allergic... and he said "do you want me to start a new one?" Like... yes. I ordered the meat lovers pizza for $13.99 and THIS is what it looked like.. barely anything on our pizza AT ALL. After arriving to the area pretty late we were delighted to catch Blaze open so late on a weeknight. Service was friendly and quick at getting our pizza built and tossed into the oven. Our cheesy bread tipped off paddle onto the counter and the employee was immediately apologetic and offered to re-make it though it was totally unnecessary. I love that they have GF crust. Service was great, place is always clean. They use all fresh ingredients and cook the pizza to exactly my liking. Today at 4:06 I have walked into blaze Pizza by the Disneyland amusement park. When I had came to the register, I had asked for one singular s'mores now the price for one s'mores at blaze pizza is $3.99. now with that being said, I was very hesitant to actually pay. I perceived to order just one. Now, during this time while taking my order, it was a gentleman that had took in my order. He was very respectful very kind. I had told him I will be right back. I will be going to Starbucks. He perceives to say it's OK. We will make your s'mores right now. It will be ready by the time you come back which is less than two minutes. Now, with that being said, when I had came back from Starbucks at 4:10, my s'mores not ready. At 4:16 they guy called my name, that he had took my name when he first help me on the register. The reason he had called me name is just to pay for my order. After I had paid for my order, I went to go sit down to wait even longer. While I was waiting, I had saw a woman that was making the s'mores or at least that was her job because she was not making it, she started making it while I was looking at her. Because she had knew I was waiting. But seems like she didn't want to reassure me that it may be taking a longer period of time due to whatever the circumstances could've been or happened. I am manager, I understand when having a slow day you wanna talk but at the same token you need to services your people and proceed to your conversation while working on the clock during your shift. It is now 430 and I finally have received one s'mores that I had ordered at 4:06 PM . I asked nicely with sympathy to see if everything was OK and why did it take 30 minutes ? The lady with the unblended roots and orange blonde hair told me "do I want it or not would you like to refund it or not? If you wanted your food to come faster you should've said something earlier." Not only that I was surprised, but I was also a manager getting disrespected from somebody that doesn't get paid enough to act that way I proceeded to say nothing because this was a Work place. I proceed to call manager and ask for one from the employee and the manager was right next to her and said here am I I am the manager, she is the employees wanna be twin but this time she has platinum hair with a bunch of earrings and calls her self a manager. And said to me, do you want it or not? Do you want me to refund it for you? .. I was so shocked I had left the counter and said "You are an embarrassment not only to blaze pizza but with a reputation of what a manager is in work business retail and has shown me that they have no work ethics and not able to take accountability to tell me they made a mistake and should've told me it was gonna take 30 minutes for one smores." Place an order at 10:10 PM while there was not much of a line in place. I ordered a Build your own Pizza that was around $19.00. As I was waiting for staff to prepare the dough I noticed that the staff preparing the dough didn't even bother trying to create the appropriate size for the pizza or let alone create the crust. When they asked me what sauce I wanted, another pizza order appeared next to mine and the dough and crust was a huge difference in size and seemed like it was prepared more thoroughly compared to mine. If I'm paying almost $20.00 for a pizza I think staff can at least deviate their time to make things right because I used to actually work at. Blaze in a different location and the way we handled our orders was definitely not like this. This isn't including the fact that the staff was not considerate or nice approaching in any way and were just chit chatting amongst each other as they were high school friends specifically the blonde female worker who has shifted during this time. It's actually really pathetic having to experience this when we come in expecting a certain service but yet staff isn't even bothering to take their job serious. At this point I'm never coming back to Blaze and I could definitely tell by the other people waiting for their orders that they were not satisfied at all. I went to Blaze Pizza late at night after a long day at Disneyland with my three-year-old, who was exhausted and starving. I placed my order--$38 worth of food--only to run into an issue with their frozen payment system. Their excuse? "It's not going to work." Instead of offering any kind of solution, compassion, or even basic human decency, they refused to give my starving child his food and turned us away. Let me be clear: They had the pizza, they just wouldn't give it to us. At 10:30 PM, with a toddler in tow, they sent us back out into the night with nothing. No offer to take an alternate form of payment, no apology--just an outright refusal to do the bare minimum for a customer in need. I don't care how good their food is--if a business is willing to deny a small child a meal over a technical issue on their end, they don't deserve a dime. Blaze Pizza, do better. But the worst part was at checkout. My girlfriend had trouble understanding her because she was speaking so fast, and instead of being patient or helpful, she nearly shouted at us, raising her voice as if we were wasting her time. It was completely unprofessional and downright rude. It honestly felt like she--and to a lesser extent, the rest of the staff--were already prepping for Pi Day and didn't care about giving good service. AMAZING LIL JOINT! I was here for a competition at a big hotel close by and the food was amazing. The pizza was large and extremely fresh they put all the toppings in front of you. My favorite part of Blaze was NO LIMIT ON TOPPINGS. I got a lot of toppings and it was amazing the crust was crispy and the price and portions were good. The service was also really nice and patient since you were choosing all the toppings yourself. You can get a drizzle of any sauce you want after. I also got the cheesy garlic bread and it was average so I would only recommend the pizza because they are amazing! read more

VERY busy location due to proximity to Disney resort and all the hotels. This location was well staffed this evening and the line moved pretty quickly even though it was busy. They got the order right and our pizzas were delicious as always (we eat at Blaze by our house regularly). Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the parking situation. Connected to a hotel and several other dining establishments makes parking difficult. Lots of walk-ins from the hotel (Hyatt) attached and also folks walking by from Disneyland. We had to drive around the small lot several times to get a spot. read more

This is a normal blaze place, but the prices are way way higher here ($17 vs the more standard $13) than the otjrr 2 by my house. Tourist w a car would do better to drive 3 miles to the garden grove store. They aren't doing anything special here other than gouging visitors. I'm a blaze regular, so I walked in saw the price and out. Not going to hand my $$s to this location. Generally blaze is on the corporate bandwagon raising profits over value. I'll still eat there, but at $39 for 2 the last time I ate at the fountain valley location, no longer the frequent customer. Marri's or cortina also local are WAY WAY better for $45 for 2. The pizza toppings were completely covered in little bits of burnt speckles with 3 big burnt chunks. I love blaze and I take my daughter there a lot, but not to this one any more. I like Blaze. I've been to multiple Blaze locations but this was my first visit to this location. There located near the intersection of Harbor and Katella. The front faces Katella. We walked here from our hotel, but I believe parking is located in the back and there is also an entrance from that side. They didn't seem too busy but a couple small groups walked in at the same time. We ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, BBQ chicken and a Meat Eaters. They were all tasty. I would have liked more char on the BBQ chicken. The chicken itself doesn't have any BBQ flavor; there's just a BBQ sauce drizzle. I love the gorganzola. They keep it generic so it can be used on different recipes. My dad was disappointed with the Meat Eaters. I'd have to agree with him. It didn't look like a lot of meat. Kids liked the cheese and pepperoni. Half of our group order got skipped over somehow and the people's order behind us got in the middle, but they got them done and we all had hot food. read more

Wanted to take a family member to blaze for his first time experience! Service was good. He got the meat eater pizza which he enjoyed. I got a build your own, personally I don't think it had enough cheese. Also got two s'mores cookies heated up. Which they forgot about 2 times. They also only gave me one and a brownie. I had never been to a blaze pizza and the customer service was awful. The girl who took my order was rude and impatient when she asked if I wanted a drink I said yes but she didn't ring it in. When I asked for the cup they gave it to me, I filled it up, and sat back down. Immediately after sitting down I'm called back to the front because I didn't pay for the drink. I know that I ordered it but it wasn't on the receipt and so I had to give the drink back. I was pretty upset at this point and so we just left but maybe check receipts before giving cups out and if you do then oh well you made a mistake you dont make the customer return the drink you're just going to dump down the drain. The individuals working were not helpful or friendly at all. We had to wait several minutes before anyone would acknowledge or help us and apart from one man waiting for his pizza to finish cooking, no one was in the store. Every request we made seemed like an incredible bother to them, and their replies were short. I asked for no tomatoes on my pizza but they added them to it, so I requested they remove them. The woman threw them back into the tomatoes bin on the counter. They were covered in red sauce...so there's a chance toppings aren't actually fresh and come from other people's pizzas? Also, be warned this location does not accept Blaze points. We tried to use the points we saved up to get a free pizza but the staff was unwilling to help us redeem them. Disappointed and will not recommend this location to anyone if it's true about being unable to use points here. read more
