This was my 2nd time coming to Blaze. The 1st time was so long ago that I didn't remember the process. The process was explained to me in depth. She even called me by my name each time that she answered a question. I created my own pizza. I got the original crust with the red sauce. I added pepperoni, sausage, and red onions and the when it was finished I got a drizzle of garlic pesto. This pizza was absolutely amazing. It didn't take long for me to get my order which is always a good thing. I just say that all of the employees were very nice and respectful. I loved my experience at Blaze. I will be back to try other pizza combinations. read more

Not bad. My husband wasn't a fan of the red sauce. The gluten free regular crust was good but it was a little soft on the bottom. The cheese was awesome. We went on Pi Day so one pie was regular price and the second was 3.14. It would still be worth full price but toppings bar was a little messy...probably because it was busy. read more

The staff feeds stray kitties which I think is amazing! I leave an extra tip just for that fact alone. In the winter the cats like to come into their tent after hours and keep warm. I hope they don't ever get a manager who stops employees from doing this. The pizza here is great...if it's not great it's pretty much your fault because you're the one who picked out all the toppings lol. That's my favorite thing, that you can pretty much get unlimited toppings here and put just about all of them on for $12 (2025 pricing). They have 4 different crusts including 2 gluten-free crust options. Probably 8 cheese options and then dozens of your standard toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, bacon, basil, etc. They have an app that you can order on and get it brought out curbside, but I prefer to go in and adjust how much of each topping goes on the pizza and then watch it bake in the giant oven. Plenty of parking since it's next to the movie theater...save some money vs eating at AMC Dine-In by coming a bit early and going here or just going after the movies...AMC's food sucks really bad and their service his horrible...but here you will have great food and service! It's very casual here, pretty standard fast-pizza restaurant decor. It has been a while since I have been to Blaze Pizza so I was surprised to see that their menu had changed. However, the person who took my order stated that we could still order pizzas from their old menu. I don't know how long that will be the case. We ordered two Take two pizzas (a build-your-own & meat eater) with cheesy bread. I like that you can custom-make your pizza as the pizza travels down the assembly line. The pizzas cook quickly enough and I love the taste of their thin-crust pizzas. I will also say that of all pizzas I have eaten, Blaze Pizza has the best reheat of a leftover pizza I have ever had. By following their suggested reheat instructions, the leftover pizza tastes as good as when it's first made which is impressive. In our party, we had some food allergies, and for the allergies in our party, this was a safe place for us to eat. I would definitely recommend eating here. read more

I ordered a carnivore pizza on 12/27/25, went to pick it up and when I got home, suprise(!), a mediocre cheese pizza for $12.61. I tried calling the store but kept getting routed around their automated voice system and directed to a non-existent web site. On January 14th, I decided to give them another shot and have it delivered. $20.54 later, they delivered (surprise!) a mediocre, cold cheese pizza (my roommate accepted delivery and didn't think to check it.) This was the second screwup in a row, and I swore they wouldn't get a third chance. Oh, but I got a survey via email asking me to review them. Ha! Here's my review. Buy a pizza from somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Follow up: On January 15th, a guy named Jay saw my post and followed up via text to offer me a credit. No thanks, how about a refund? I won't be eating your pizza again. He said that would take 5-7 days. Fine. A few days later, I get a call from Shelley, the store manager, also offering store credit. Nope, just a refund, thanks. "Click" She actually hung up on me. A couple of weeks go by, and I text Jay to ask about the refund. He said it would be 7-14 days. Umm, ok. 11 days later, no update. Texted him again. He wrote back he had forwarded my request to the store and I should hear back in a couple of days. Nada. On Feb 10th, I wrote Jay to say I would give them until the 13th or I would update my post, and I would not be kind. I decided to visit the store on Feb 12th and talk to Shelley. Not there. I explained my situation to a lovely young lady named Angela. I wrote it out for her to deliver to Shelley. As of this writing, Feb 15th, I've not heard back. Crickets. Shelley is a terrible manager. Blaze is a terrible purveyor of decent pizzas, but an incredible purveyor of crappy customer service. Avoid the Blaze franchise in Holly Springs on Grand Hill Place. Dog food would be better. Absolutely Terrible Experience - Never Going Back We drove over an hour to pick up a pizza from this place, only to be handed the wrong order. When we returned to get it corrected, the staff first blamed us for their mistake, which was completely unacceptable. After arguing, they finally admitted it was their fault--but their attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. No apology, no effort to make things right. The entire experience was pathetic and left us with a very negative impression. We will never visit this location again, and I strongly urge management to take customer service seriously. Today, 9/3/25, we ordered 2 build your own pizzas online plus salad and cinnamon bread and went to pick them up. When we arrived there were 2 young women staffers in the store but no customers. They had 3 orders all stacked together so they had to try to separate them and tried to give me someone else's pizza, which I refused. We did get our correct order and went home, only to discover multiple problems. My husband ordered red sauce base and I ordered garlic pesto base, but neither pizza had any base sauce. We asked for my husband's high rise pizza to be cooked well done, but it wasn't. For my green goddess entree salad they didn't give me enough dressing for even half of it. When you order the cinnamon bread it says it comes with a side of white icing, but there was none. The staffer said she had put it on top of the bread, but I think she meant she had put the drizzle on top. We asked for the icing and she did give us a little bit. We order from Blaze regularly and love their build your own pizza option, but they seem to have a lot of trouble keeping competent staff. read more

The front door was filthy and when we went inside the floors were dirty, signs weren't put out marking the ingredients and when I wanted pesto at the end of the bake the bottle had tomato sauce all over it. Been wanting to check out this place forever. No complaints, really. The pizza was extra thin, extra crispy and delicious. But not for me. I gave it a shot - I guess I prefer a little softer pie. I love the "fast-fire'd" approach, but I am more of a Neopolitan style guy. Where the result is less crispy in the crust and more soupy in the middle. Still, this is fine enough pizza, just not my style. One thing. I didn't feel much warmth behind the counter. There was a thick vibe that didn't go over well with me. Tried to go here about six months ago but had a bad experience and didn't get to order. My wife and I went to a movie right nextdoor and we walked out of the movie hungry at probably 3 or 4pm. Knowing Blaze has vegan cheese we went over to order. The place smelled odd upon entering, maybe from some sort of amonia cleaning product. Not deterred by the smell we walked around and stood in line. There was a staff member making online orders and a manager type person in the back of the restaurant. The staff member making the online orders finished up one order he had been working on when we entered, didn't look at us, and started the next one. We figured he was just going to get that one taken care of and then get to us but that it was odd that he didn't prioritize walk-in orders. After bout 5-10 minutes of waiting he then starts on another online order and my wife and I looked at each other for half a second and walked out. The person working said "sorry y'all" but didn't offer to start an order for us so I assume he was going to do another online order before helping the family behind us. Probably won't try to go back unfortunately. Not sure the manager in the back was aware or not but should have been more than obvious there is a problem with people wanting to order leaving the restaraunt. read more

The service is alright. Usually whenever I've entered, I'm not greeted and the workers look like they don't want to be here, which is different from the Blaze Pizza that I used to go to near my college campus back in Connecticut. The Blaze that I know and love has a lot of good energy, the workers work fast and efficient, and deliver great customer service. I've also ordered multiple times online from this location and put in special directions and they never follow them or bother to read them which can be a bit frustrating. A good thing about them is that they are not stingy on the cheese. The location itself is convenient in a plaza and the inside was pretty clean and cozy if you wanted to dine in for a bite. Can handle a decently sized crowd and I've been on pi day too and it's never been too overwhelming. Food-wise I feel like you can never go wrong with blaze, the build your own is perfect. The unlimited toppings and the different options are unbeatable. Just be careful to not overwhelm your pizza with too many toppings. I personally love getting the pesto pizza with my favorite toppings. They also have a good spicy red sauce too. read more

I popped in here with my mom when we were doing some shopping in the adjacent Holly Springs strip mall. Overall, my experience with this chain has been a mixed bag, usually it's good but the other local Blaze in Morrisville charred my pie and turned me off to this brand. I have been to this Blaze twice now, on one visit I went for the simple pie, which is probably what most kids will order as it's fairly basic. This individual size pie sells for $5-6. On my second visit my mom and I each ordered the customizable pie, I believe it was around $8. It was fun to go down the line and pick our toppings out. I went for a pie with some extra cheeses, they had fresh mozz, gorgonzola, parm, and lots of delicious choices. There are also many amazing vegetable choices, so I ended up adding a lot of spinach, plus some tomatoes. The meat eaters will love the array of toppings such as bacon, chicken, meatballs, salami, ham and chorizo. You can even customize your sauces with red, spicy red, white cream and garlic pesto. Blaze also offers some various finishes such as BBQ drizzle, olive oil, ranch and more. I haven't tried this yet, but it looks tasty. Employees here have been very friendly and efficient. My mom greatly enjoyed her meal too, we actually ended up bringing half of our pizzas home for dinner. I will definitely be back again! read more

My husband and I have given this Blaze location more opportunities to improve than we would usually give. It isn't just hit or miss here, it is miss most of the time then get it halfway decent once every 5th time. The ingredients are fresh so that factor is what got us going back. The employees usually look like they are being tortured and don't smile a whole lot. The pizzas were so incredibly inconsistent that you would think it was a totally different restaurant making each pizza. I ordered a white pizza with some green veggies and requested the olive oil drizzle as the topping that gets added after it comes out of the oven and somehow I got a BBQ drizzle instead. That and the bottom of the pizza was so charred it was not edible even if I wanted to brave the gross combo they gave me. I am not sure how the topping confusion happened but it was the straw that broke the camel's back for us. We have not been back since. It started off as such a great place to grab some inexpensive, fresh food but over the years has gone down hill so much that we won't be eating there again. read more

Neither pizza got arugula and one pizza didn't get arugula or pesto. The toppings were barely there and clearly just tossed in the direction of the pizza. It's sad but I only get quality made pizzas at this location if I stand there and instruct them every step of the way. I just realized my pizza has whole grape tomatoes. They are partially sliced just not all the way. And I asked for 1 red sauce and 1 spicy red sauce for my cheese bread and got two red sauces. All of these things alone would be no big deal. But together and over time they are a pattern at this location. The service and quality has bottomed out in the last couple of years. Management and crew don't care and don't want to be there. The corporate response to my complaint? "We're sorry to hear that the quality of your food was anything less than amazing. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Stopped in on a Saturday night. The line was all the way to the entrance of the restaurant so we decided to stop in. We've been to a few locations and we knew we wanted to customize our order. I did notice they offer the Take Two deal - 1/2 pie and a choice of salad or dough knots. Since I was hungry I opted for the whole pizza. I definitely enjoy customizing my own pizza since my sauce selection and toppings are always the opposite of my family. I came here after a late night of playing some ball with some friends. Surprisingly, the place was still pretty busy at 9pm. What I really like about a place like this is that they can handle allergies well. (at least that is how i've experienced it in other Blaze locations). When i asked the lady behind the counter to change her gloves, she snickered at me and asked why. (surprising, as other locations just do it, regardless of the reason), but my reason was that she just built a cheese pizza, and i am dairy free. She eventually changed it. From other restaurants, I am familiar with the protocol for those with allergies. So, I typically watch the person making the pizza very closely. I requested a regular pizza with a bunch of toppings, and the vegan cheese. I requested it to be put in a gluten free PAN, so that i don't get any kind of cross contamination when they put it in the oven. I had to explain that to them before they finally did it. First, the olive oil, followed by vegan cheese. Then a bunch of the toppings. afterwards, i have some additional cheese added to the pizza (to cover the toppings). I asked for additional cheese, but was denied...and the pizza was then handed over to someone else (WHO DIDN"T CHANGE THEIR GLOVES). I watched the pizza being made, cooked, then cut. The pizza cutter that was used was 'dipped' in a bucket of water to wash it off from using cheese (which i'm assuming is used for all cheese pizza, therefore leaving reminisce of cheese in the water). When it was time to pay, inquired about the additional $3.00, and was told that it was a 'gluten free' pizza, because i used the gluten free pan. I know that she didn't use the gluten free crust, as i saw them use the regular one... at that time, i was tired of arguing with them over it, that i took the pizza and gave it to my kids who ate it (no allergies for them). Very disappointed, and being very active in the HS community, will never go back here, nor advise my clients to eat here either. Bad customer service, bad manners...just not good..overall. read more

We love Blaze, but this location frequently disappoints. 3 out of 4 of our visits have been problematic. Twice we have ordered on the app and arrive at the time specified for pickup and our order is not even started. Another time the pizza dough was slightly browned but was raw (and not just a little either)! I actually saw two of the employees look at the bottom of the pizza and still give it to us. We have given them ample opportunity to improve but will not be returning since we cannot seem to get good service at this location. read more

We stopped in mid-week in the summer at about 8pm and it was not busy at all. I ordered the 1 topping pizza and I picked mushrooms as my topping. He had the 'Green Stripe' specialty pizza which is pesto drizzle, grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, chopped garlic, mozzarella and arugula. We also ordered a size of 2 garlic notes just because. Well.... Though my pizza was good it was only because you choose your crust and toppings. The staff was friendly but incompetent. I was here with 2 friends on a Sunday early evening and one of my pet peeves is when a restaurant worker will complain they're short staffed. Really? There were 5 workers ... the incompetence came from the first guy even taking our order for 3 individual pizzas. Then they let another customer cut in line from us when it came to me to cook our pizzas. Mine was the last to get made and a different worker was then assigned to do the pizza and asked me how/ what I wanted and I said why did I just tell that worker - who wrote it down on your sheet if you're not going to follow it. UGH And I was unhappy to see this location is no longer requiring masks or 6' apart and I kept having to move so this other customer would stop invading my space. 3 stars for the flavor of the pizza I ordered with my specific ingredients. Also, pretty ableist to not have regular straws available for guests needing them to drink. One should not have to ask for a straw like it's a rare or secretive item. read more

So convenient to be able to grab a pizza with unlimited toppings for only $7.95 then head on over to one of the local breweries [CBC or Bombshell]. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of Blaze. The length of cooking time for the pizzas is not consistent. On this visit we ordered a Link In and BBQ Chkn pizza, the flavors were just okay. I did not care for this particular location because they did not keep orders together after they were cooked. We ended up getting one pizza and had to wait several minutes for the other because they boxed up others before ours. read more

This location is severely understaffed. I have been waiting an hour for pizzas. There are three kids here, no manager... it's Saturday night. A huge line just left after no movement for 20 minutes. I feel bad for the kids working but they are sooo sloooowww. It's painful. We will absolutely be late to our movie. Stopped by today to get a BYO pizza, an order of pesto cheese bread, and one beverage to go. We have eaten here dozens of times over the years and had at least an ok experience each time, but this time the pizza was very burned on the bottom with tons of messy charcoal bits (it was inedible and had to be tossed out once I got home) and they forgot the garlic and pesto drizzle on the cheese bread (it was cooked perfectly though). Also tried 3 different fountain sodas before giving up and just getting lemonade. The sprite was just carbonated water, and the root beer and Fanta were 90% carbonated water with just a hint of color. It was 11am, just after opening and I was the only patron. There were 3-4 people working, so staffing clearly wasn't an issue. Just lack of attention to detail or poor training I suppose. :( read more
