Unfortunately this was not a good experience for me. We walked in on a weekend about 1 hr prior to closing. There were anywhere from 3-4 on the line at a time and the line moved really slow. First, no one greeted us when we walked in the door and I immediately noticed how messy and unorganized the store was. When we arrived there was probably 6 people ahead of us. The entire time we were there, none of the workers appeared to even want to be at work, with the exception of ONE person. She was a young girl and I believe she may have been the supervisor. She had a very good vibe and was very energetic and engaging with the employees and made an effort to make things smoothly. I believe this employee has a potential to become a great leader and with the proper training can be a great asset to the company. The line with the ingredients was just very unappetizing. Most of the ingredients look very old and the romaine lettuce looks like it should've never made it to the line in the first place. It looked very soggy and dark and expired and most things were either old or empty. One of the girls tried to fill one bacon and when she did, she did it so sloppy that the bacon fell on other bins. I finally made it to pick up my pizza. The young man making the pizzas looks miserable. When my pizza came out I asked him what drizzles he has. He didn't say a word, grabbed a sign (that I didnt see prior) and slammed it on the counter and pointed at it. I thought that was very rude. In summary, the 2 stars to go to the one employee, I believe was the supervisor. This place has great potential, as it is in a very busy location. I believe that with the proper customer training and cleanliness, this could be a 5 star! read more

I was in the mood for pizza but I was having a hard time finding vegan pizza that was close by. Then finally I stumbled on blaze pizza and I love that they have a build your own pizza and that they carry vegan cheese. I got a personal pizza with garlic pesto sauce, vegan cheese, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, and balsamic drizzle. The balsamic drizzle really added a nice finishing touch. My fiancé really liked his bbq chicken pizza. And the garlic knots with pesto were pretty good. We also tried the s'mores pie and that was a really yummy treat to top off the whole meal! It has been a while since I visited Blaze Pizza, but I can't wait to visit again. I remember the food being really great and the service was outstanding. I remember the line was long but the place was clean and easy to get in and out of. They kept the line moving and when I finally got to order mine I got exactly what I wanted. The sauce was really good and the crust was perfect. I haven't been back for a while because I haven't had any pizza from anywhere. But, when I do get another pizza I want it from Blaze because they were better than most pizza's I have had in Las Vegas. Wow! This pizza is amazing. One of our students came here and got pizza for the instructors as a lunch/gift after they got their job. They know I workout and try to be chill with carbs so they got me a keto pizza. Holy cow this stuff is great. $4 extra for the low carb crust so a single person pizza was $11. I love blaze pizza, but this location seems to be ran by teenagers with no customer service skills. I'm ordering my pizza and asking for toppings, the girls are talking and having a conversation about piercings and going to malls while making my pizza. She couldn't even multitask by talking and making my pizza at the same time. She placed one pepperoni on the pizza, started talking looking at the other girls for a few seconds, puts down one more pepperoni, continues to do this pause and talk while making my pizza the entire time I order. Just not great customer service. I see another girl walk to the counter and the employees just talk to themselves and do their things for a good 60 seconds before somebody asks her if she's been helped. Very disappointed with my latest order. I had it delivered and it took over 45min. When it finally arrived 4 out of the 5 pizzas I ordered were burnt and overcooked. My toddler didn't even enjoy eating the cheese off. The crust was also a bit weird. On one of the pizza's the crust was paper thin (as you can see in the pic). I'm not sure if it's the location or maybe the cook had a bad night, but I paid a lot of money for this and we are not happy. The 2 points are for the BBQ pizza. Trust me, Blaze pizza is one of my favorite pizza place in the valley. I love their pizza. My husband and I was running an errand around this area and I was craving for some pizza. So we googled it, Blaze pizza popped up. So we went there around 6:30pm on Sunday evening 1/23/22. There were around 5 people (3 diff parties) in front of me. My husband and I stood in line. We weren't even recognized by them so did others were. There were probably 4-5 employees, taking orders and making pizza, etc. We stood in line for good 5 minutes waiting for them to take our order. They only kept taking orders from the ticket for internet orders. At that point, I was very annoyed because they did not even try to make an eye contact. They weren't even hurrying themselves taking orders and stuff, they were super slow. We did not wanted to leave at that moment so we patiently waited for another 5 minutes. SAME THING happened!!!!!!! They would keep making order from the ticket and not taking orders for people waiting in line!!! At that time there were like 3 diff parties behind us! At that point, that was the last straw! My husband got upset too, (my husband does not get upset easily!) he told me to leave. So we left!! All that waiting for 10-13 minutes for nothing!!!!!!!! I was pissed!!!!! We went next door Cafe Rio and they were able to take my order as soon as we walked in. Seriously, to the manager of this store, please train your employees to be more efficient and quick, and it least has some manners (making eye contact, greeting your customees)!!!! Or hire more employees!!!! A visit to this store ruined our night, because I was really excited to eat your pizzas. But not tonight. Came in on a Saturday night for a late-ish dinner. I like this blaze specifically because the guys behind the counter are always nice and don't rush you through the line. The gentleman at the oven was the best though! He made sure everything was right, awesome customer service also! I was facing him from where I was seated and he is such a hardworker. He was the only one who did not stop moving. Between cooking & cleaning his area and making sure boxes were folded, menus were placed in order, he definitely is such a good worker! First time in, and this restaurant marks another prime example of what is going right in North Las Vegas. The interior is clean and up beat. Modern and spacious interior makes it inviting for both the lunch and dinner crowds. The service was great and included friendly and complete explanations of the menu to a rookie like me. The explaining was required for the "build" portion of build-your-own pizza, as there are multiple crust options (e.g., keto (6g net carbs), cauliflower 84 g net carbs, high rise and original. Whale they have signature pizzas with predetermined toppings, all pizzas are completely customizable with delicious and great toppings. Once my situational awareness was up, I was walked through building my masterpiece. Fast firing of the pizza translates to very little wait. I went keto on the crust and it was delicious! I will make a point of trying all others too! I'm likely to become a lunch regular, as it is fast enough to get some good food on a lunch hour. Gluten free options on most options (except desserts). BLAZE FA DAYS! Hands down I'm putting blaze in my top 3 pizza places! No worries this list changes every year, just for the record my list is confidential but if you read my reviews you should know! Love at first bite, this place is the perfect after the gym eat spot. I usually build my own with sausages, pepperoni, ovalini cheese,spicy red sauce, oregano, red peppers flakes and once it's fresh out of the oven I have them add hot sauce for a topper. This has to be one of the most unique experiences I've ever had ordering a pie, and by far one of the best if not THE BEST! (Hint hint...) The environment and the service I get here is always good, the food takes a while to cook but it's worth it at least I can see the whole process right in front of me, from creation to completion! We decided to come in tonight and try this restaurant. Upon entering there was a very long line. Lots of staff working the front counter. However so much mismanagement. They ran out of dough several times, they were out of the pesto garlic knots, and the time it took to get thru the line was long. This was not the staff fault clearly, but it should not have taken the time it did. The other patrons were not happy and the staff was obviously stressed about the entire situation. They kept apologizing for the time it was taking. Due to the lines, the dining area was not attended to. There is plenty of seating from booth style to tables. Writing my review for this Blaze location on National Pizza Day seems appropriate! We are fans of all types of pizza and Blaze is no exception. For Super Bowl Sunday, we took advantage of their Patio Bundle for 2 online special which is two Build Your Own 11" pizzas, two sodas, and two desserts for $26. Using the app to mobile order, Mel C. went to the store at the appointed time and our game day meal was ready to go. He loves their cauliflower crust (upcharge for this) and I had the original dough crust this time, but I also like their high-rise, thicker crust. I'm a fan of the unlimited toppings available and how their pizza actually seems like it's healthier than other pizza options, never greasy and always fresh ( I could be fooling myself that it's healthier, but they offer nutritional info so you can check yourself.) First the guy presses out the pizza dough but 1/8 of the dough hack got chopped off in the press machine. Yet the guy still attempts to make the pizza with a portion of it missing. So I told the guy I want to complete circular pie, not one with an eighth of it missing. The guy proceeded to toss the pizza dough in the trash when the woman asked him what was the problem, he told her the problem with the pizza dough and showed her, at which point she said "I'll make their pizza". The lady proceeded to make my son's pizza with a whole attitude. She tossed his ingredients on as though she hated being there and then asked him what else would he like in the most monotone, depressing, and aggravated voice. My girlfriend told the woman my son wanted more pepperoni on his pizza because she had only put 5 on there. Yes I said five because we were able to visually count five pepperonis lol. Again with an attitude the lady added more pepperoni. I started filming the cleanliness or should I say, the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. When the woman employee that was fixing the pizza saw me filming and talking about how nasty the restaurant was, she proceeded to tell another employee and then through her hands up in the air and said she didn't want to finish fixing the pizza. You can hear in the video, near the end, my girl say she doesn't want her pizza and that the girl making it has a bad attitude. I understand that some restaurants are low staffed and very busy, but that does not excuse the fact that regular maintenance and cleaning needs to be done while prepping food. The way that prep counter looked was not a product of regular cleaning. Food was falling back inside the serving containers contaminating the other food. It was a hard boiled experience, we intended on getting four pizzas, but we only got two. And those two we tossed in the trash and went to rolling smoke barbecue. She went to get our pizzas, well they gave hers away and mine was still sitting there. They had to remake hers and mine sat on the counter while she waited. She asked them to remake mine also. Once it got back to the office, I noticed the 3 cheeses I ordered weren't there and the pizza was burnt. No problem, things happen all the time. Here is why I will never eat at Blaze again.
