The keto crust pizza does an excellent job as low carb substitute for real pizza. It's comparable to the original dough. Many low carb products are bland, but this one is delicious. Not only the pizza is good, I'm also highly satisfied with the customer service. I'm here on opening day and it is going smooth!! I was greeted at the door and shown where to go to order my pizza. Love seeing the staff smiling and being really friendly. The line/pizza selection was really smooth and quick- the staff taking time to explain to customers who have never experienced a Blaze Pizza. My pizza came out super fast (love those brick fires) and it tastes super delicious (I had not doubt it would). There are several people from the corporate office, who have been walking around making sure things run smoothly and available for questions. We ordered pizza for a specific time (to go) and the order was 15-20 minutes late!!! They forgot to make our order! Also, they forgot to put one of the toppings we ordered. They have a solid selection of toppings, although not the widest variety I've seen at a pizza place of this type. This was my first time with this chain. I was headed back to Sacramento so I stopped for a quick lunch before I hit the road. I ordered a Canadian bacon and pineapple (or ham and pineapple because the girl tasking my order said they didn't have Canadian bacon) and it was made fresh and fast. I had my wood fired pizza within 5 minutes and the personal size was big. Probably not enough for two people because it's pretty thin but definitely enough for a snack later. This place was packed right at lunchtime but surprisingly there was no wait in line. We were greeted right away when we entered through the door and right away at the counter. Everyone was super friendly workers efficient and dining area clean. Pizza was cooked perfectly, generous portion and the build your own was the best! I loved my unique pizza!! I have been to blaze pizza in both Huntington Beach and Torrance California and they were both great experiences. However, the Blaze at this location had the worst customer service I have every encountered. the line took at least 25 minutes just to order a pizza, then when our order was taken, the lady was extremely rude and spoke as though we were bothering her, then I felt extremely rushed when adding toppings as well. Finally, when I attempted to pay, I was thinking of getting a drink but was rudely interrupted multiple times asking if I was done ordering. I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone, even though I don't think it will stay in business much longer with customer services like that. read more

Clean facility and their pizza is delicious. Friendly staff and usually fairly quick when ordered on site. Today, I tried their app for the first time since I was on my lunch break. Ordered at 1:38 and said it'd be ready at 1:53. Didn't get my pizza until 2:09. People who came in and ordered got their pizza faster then me. What a nightmare. After placing an order for a build your own pizza I proceed to the cashier where the order wasn't recorded. The cashier check with the order taker to get the details (again). I paid for the pizza was given a receipt and sat down to wait. First visit ever to any Blaze Pizza - our last based upon our experience with Blaze Pizzas Marina on 1-29-2018. Ordered two pizzas to go: pepperoni and ham/pineapple/mushrooms/spinach. Entire pizza dough bottoms and crusts on both pizzas were burnt black. Server even cut off burnt pizza crusts and STILL boxed them up for us to eat TO GO! Not impressed with pizza taste - should have flagged the machine pressed crusts and that they did not rotate the pizzas while they were cooking in the oven. I DO NOT recommend Blaze Pizza - I gave them ONE STAR for the cold bottled beer. Many other better pizza places to choose! read more
