Ordered the on-line 2 for $10 11" pepperoni pizza. Definitely not on my radar. The parking lot with all the fooders was a mess with even a security guy yrying to direct traffic across the way. Pizza was ready in boxes, easy pickup. Thin, almost soggy crust, but decent dough. Pepperoni was SPICEY, I could barely eat, had to flush with soda. Similar to Round Table Spicey. Glad people liked, I can get frozen at store better. I'm a Filippis pizza person or Giovanni's. This didn't come close. But they are a massive chain across USA, but I'll stick to mom & pops places. read more

I was not impressed and disappointed. I ordered the vegan chicken, which is breaded tofu. It tasted like freezer burn. Also, I can allow for the fact that there is a time constraint and it is important to make the pizzas quickly; however, it is a bummer that there are bits of everything floating around in different containers, like pieces of meat in the basil bin. The Menifee location is my new go to pizza spot! My husband and I have already been to this location about 5 times and every time has been amazing service and great pizza. Love that they are not stingy with topping if you ask for extra. The process goes pretty fast unless they are dealing with a difficult guest that doesn't know what they want and holds the line up. Once the pizza goes in the oven the wait time is usually about 10 minutes or less. read more

We had to stop by, if only out is respect for having stopped by to the openings of Cane's? Cafe Rio, Firehouse Subs, and the latest franchise being Blaze. We overslept so at the door we were not on any of these new places, before they opened their doors, but we made it soon enough. This plaza is becoming a serious contender, in more ways than one, Baron's Market, Gym, keeps the what's next factor in full alert, and Menifee looking mighty good. Arrived for our first rendezvous with blaze around late afternoon. A friendly line could be seen outside, a festive feeling in the air, kind of like waiting willingly. I had acquired their app in the apple app store, created my account, and paid in full for our order of 7 initial pizza pies with apple pay. Feeling slightly pleased that I was not required to join the line up, I was rather invigorated, as well as excited when I was told I could just step in and head for the online area pickup station. There was a single stack of boxes, but not quite seven, so two fully paid for were missing in action. Bummer! Here was for hoping for a ninja in and out. I was immediately approached, and after showing the order number the situation was swiftly dealt with, and since their grand oven really cooks this things to almost perfection in just a few minutes I was still in a fairly jovial mood. Was given an empty cup for a drink of my choice, met the general manager Tim, very likable fellow if you ask me, fair and concerned, and I held myself back from a hug fest, figuring that it would probably reveal my softer side, and that certainly could cause debate. Pizzas ready, nicely boxed, I exited a happy man, even offering my free cup to someone I never had the pleasure of meeting before. Oh, did I say the sun had come out that day briefly? We ate at home, several combinations of their very enticing list of available ingredients. Two lovely ladies created their masterpizzas, and two hungry men, father and son, just piled the toppings greedily in our share, and voila! all at the same price. I got this heavy 11 inches, that may as well say it now, put all pizza competitors to shame. A truly Fire'd pizza for sure, with higher customer service skill, a caring staff, what is not too like? Rulers of the plaza, as everyone agreed, vegetarians or voracious meat seekers, there was a definite winner. 5 Stars Update 4-4-2019: Perhaps is a little too soon, but I truly felt that today three individuals, in particular, deserved a serious thumbs up! Not to imply that the crew, in general, was not as deserving of positive praise. Besides the fact that Blaze has become rather fast our favorite pizza place, the overall nice attitude that prevails in this establishment seals the deal for me every time so far. Special thanks to Saliya, shift leader?, who definitely is going places, and for Red? pizza maker, nice young man with the skills to pay the bills, with the way he handles that oven, and Tre who is friendly and efficient, great combination, if I mix the names pizzas still had all the ingredients requested and tasted really good. Really enjoy this place. Pizzas are always hot, crust is always cooked to perfection and I haven't been upset with this place yet and we've eaten here several times. We usually go with a veggie pizza , light vegan cheese with the pesto sauce and it's a nice substitute for as close to plant based eating for pizza. Always clean in there when we go, usually a line but they get people through quickly. I'll keep visiting. The customer service people are nice and if you have any issues they are quick to fix it for you. read more

My family and I have gone here since it opened and it seems to be getting worse. Today we watched what appeared to be a new employee washing off the tables with a clorox wipe, which was good however, he wiped all the crumbs etc onto the seats and floor ?? We ordered or food which was good but the staff except for a couple look like they are there to collect a check and don't care about food cleanliness or work cleanliness??? Its actually pretty sad to see some of the workers now (not just here) that actually don't care about their jobs or take pride in their work. I went to use the restroom and the floor of the restaurant was a disgusting mess and the trash at the sink was full and trash on the floor. We saw (2) employees walk by or over the mess on the floor , maybe they missed the dirty floor because they were texting on the way to the bathroom. Most of the items that you could put on your pizza was mixed with the other items, pretty dang disgusting. I did NOT see any type of management here whatsoever 5pm. If they were here, they need to do a walk around for housekeeping etc. We were talking to a couple there and they said they were pretty disappointed on this visit .If this was my business I would be pretty pissed off . Vegan and gluten free pizza made to order is delicious! It takes a bit longer to bake so order the gluten free pizzas first! The employees here have been pretty good about keeping ingredients separate as far as changing gloves and not spilling everything everywhere. Worst pizza place ever! Barely any sauce and their version of deep dish was double crust and doughy! Then cheese was just plopped in big balls of cheese. Hardly any basil. Garlic donut things just basically dough! Worst was Caesar salad with blackened lettuce pieces in it. read more

The food is bomb AF. It helps you forget that you just spent 30 minutes in line waiting to tell them what you want on it. Looks like the regulars got it figured out and they put their order in online so they don't have to wait in the long line because they had to cook like 10 online orders while I sit there and watch. Kinda sucks I'm physically sitting there in a virtual line. Also I'm sure it's cause their new and still getting the hang of it. Really disappointed I came in to get a pizza it was late it was 30 minutes before you were closing the girls all wanted to go home so they cooked my pizza in like less than five minutes I got at home and the whole thing was doughy and uncooked I tried to put it in my oven to re-cook it ended up messing it up was an epic fail the whole pizza went in the trash I hope that someone contacts me so that I can get my pizza replaced thank you read more

Definitely not as good as Pieology. The thick crust pizza is just two thin crust doughs stacked, but they never fused so our pizza separated. No custom salads. There were 3 flies that kept landing on our food. read more

My husband and I were excited to see your location in Menifee. We had no idea you had opened there so we turned the car around and came in. I have had Blaze Pizza many times and always love it. Today I tried the Bleu cheese chicken salad too with buffalo sauce. I was amazed. I think the best part about our visit though was interacting with your general manager and other employees. Hmmm I wasn't impressed. It wasn't bad but it wasn't memorable. My 15 year old said she didn't like it. My little ones did. But the cheese was very minimal on all 5 pizzas and the flavor just wasn't there. The veggie was good because the veggies were yummy. Crust and sauce is meh. I was really wanting to love it. We decided to order here again as the first time was really good. Last night was unfortunately not good. The dough on both pizzas was not cooked thoroughly to the point where it separated into three layers and the center was raw. One of the pizzas was missing a topping that was outlined on the Box. I've had three experiences at this location. All were at busy times where I was about the 6-7th party in line. Nonetheless, the line moved quickly and efficiently. The staff all knew what they were doing, helped each other out, and were friendly to customers. Once my pizza was in the oven, I paid and went to fill my drinks. While figuring out where to sit, they were already calling my name to collect my pizza! Hardly a wait AT ALL. Pizza is delicious each time because I getvthe build your own and tell them what to put on it. If I want more cheese, I ask for more. If I want every veggie possible, they put it on for me. No extra charge.. same price. That's the whole point of the place! I will be back again and again! read more
