Currently sitting inside Blaze Pizza.. I came in tonight with a free pizza coupon. When I walked in I asked the employees if I could use my coupon for the cauliflower pizza crust & was first told no.. okay not a big deal.. a few moments later I was told I could use it but I would just have to pay $3.50 for the crust but the actual pizza would be complimentary. I was confused at first but was later informed my Saliya (tonight's closing manager) that the coupons are printed months prior to being sent out so the coupon I received was printed before the cauliflower crust even came out onto the menu, therefore, the coupon only worked for crusts made when the coupon was printed. $3 is still a big discount compared to what full price would have been (12.05? I believe). Saliya was very helpful and nice in helping us out tonight but there was one employee (who said no to me in the beginning) that was starring at us the whole time with a rude & unfriendly face the whole time I've been here. Maybe she had a bad day or doesn't enjoy making pizzas & it's time for her to get into a different line of work?? Not sure what her issue was but it made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I just wanted to leave before even getting my pizza. Everyone worse here tonight is amazing though !!!! This new pizza place is right by my gym and I've been wanting to try it for quite some time. Finally, my husband and I came here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza was. We had never been to a pizza place where you basically walk down a counter telling the employee what you want on the pizza, but that was pretty cool. We ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra cheese. First we were amazed how quickly the pizza came out, but more than anything we really liked the thin crust and just how light the pizza was. In fact, we had noticed that there were no plates, but it's because each slice is so light you can actually just pick it up and eat it that way. We will definitely be back. Only note would be is that if you're used to alot of cheese on your pizza, better order it with extra cheese to get what you're used to. But overall, great pizza. read more

Terrible service. I waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Placed the delivery order and was told it would be there at 4:50 pm. At 5:30 pm I am still waiting. I called to find out what happened to the delivery and have been on hold for over 15 minutes. This is ridiculous. This has been a fiasco. I tried three times via three methods to place an order for delivery because I'd received an email that delivery was free. Being disabled & that my aide is gone for day is the reason I needed delivery. On the third attempt via an email sent offering free delivery it finally gave me the option of delivery (never mentioned third party delivery) but after placing the order it showed for pick up. I immediately contacted the restaurant, was put on hold for manager & after listening to very not relaxing jazz (especially being my current state of frustration) the manager told me there was nothing she could do except issue a refund. NOT COOL BLAZE! Big Waste of my Time. I have no complaints about pizza I've received in past, but that was pick up. Delivery sucks. I've always had great experiences with blaze pizza since they've been open I love their pizza I don't go anywhere else. However, I had such a bad annoying experience when I came in to get two pizzas. They were out of pesto sauce knowing they were low they should have gone to make more before being completely out. They told us it would take 5 mins it took longer then knowing we were waiting no one told us it was ready and we still had to wait behind everyone else to re order everything??? Luckily gabe took our order and was very friendly which helped make the situation better. However definitely not a good time here today. read more

The pizza tastes good but the toppings are way thin. I ordered one BBQ chicken pizza and it had maybe 15 tiny pieces of chicken. They also struggle to keep family orders together. My two pie order was completed about 5 minutes apart. read more

I just had my first experience with Blaze Pizza. It was a very disappointing one. I ordered it for delivery which took over two hours before delivery. The pizza was cold and the toppings were none existent. The delivery person acted like it was not her fault and that she was directed to go somewhere else. With today's technology, not being able to finds an address should never be used as an excuse. I give this experience two thumbs down. read more

Went for the first time time last week. The pizza was good and the price was right so win win, but the problem came in when I tried the garlic knots. We got an order of four and three of the four were raw in side. I popped them in my air fryer for a couple of minutes to cook them and they were delicious ! I went in today for Pi day and it was awesome !! I've been waiting for this Blaze to open up since it's down the street from my college. It was incredibly busy bc of their $3.14/pizza deal and there was a line to get inside (probably due to fire code) but once inside it was so fast! One of the line cooks Saliya was so nice and welcoming to me and my friends so was the Cashier Aimee she was so sweet! I will most definitely be coming here regularly! read more

I went in for pizza on pi day and although they were busy their service was excellent. They were so quick and efficient but they didn't lose their friendliness. Every single employee I interacted with made a positive impact on my experience. They even made sure to check on me while I was eating and made the entire process feel personable. OMGosh! This place ROCKS! Finally- a top notch pizza place in Menifee! Blaze Pizza is here and we are sooo happy! Heads above all other pizza places we've been to in Menifee. And, we have lived here for over 10 years. We were fans of Blaze Pizza since discovering it in Carlsbad Ca. As soon as we saw the signs go up a few months ago, right here in Menifee, we were thrilled. Dropped in today for lunch. Restaurant was squeaky clean, seating was comfortable and relaxing family friendly environment where everyone looked like they were having fun and enjoying their pizzas. It was well stocked and the employees were happy, smiling and just fantastic. Nice music too. I ordered a pizza with mix fresh pesto and red sauce, chicken, ricotta, goat cheese, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, brussel sprouts, roasted garlic, tomatoes, red bell peppers, red onions and it was AWESOME! Crust was crisp and delicious. Try their natural sugar root beer. YUMMY! Yes, I ate the whole thing! LOL! I'm still stuffed a few hours later. But, it was worth it. We will be back soon. I just tried my first Blaze pizza and had to throw it away. It was just a simple one-topping with black olives. I'm sorry to say that this pizza was disgusting. The crust was bland, no flavor, not crusty at all. Couldn't taste the olive oil. The red sauce had no spices, no garlic or oregano, nothing to give it any flavor, also bland. I ordered it with the regular mozzarella cheese, and it tasted like vegan cheese, totally gross. I was hoping that Blaze Pizza would be my go-to pizza place. Unfortunately, it won't be. read more

I placed my order inside of the restaurant, it was the take two. By the time I got home and ate my salad I noticed they gave me another customers pizza. They gave me the wrong order. I tried calling and speaking to a manager on duty. I was told I was speaking to a manager on duty and told them what happened. The associate I spoke with was very dismissive and did not care, nor was apologetic. Supposedly she said she would take my name and phone number down so I can receive a free pizza on my next visit. She asked for my name but never my number. It seemed she did not take down any of my information and then asked if there was anything else. I told her no that was my only issue and she hung up on me. I dont know if this will ever be resolved but I never want to return to this location again. Personally I may not return to any Blaze Pizza if this is the how customers are treated.
