I came in after work to order a pizza, & the moment the lady saw me I instantly felt that she was unpleased to serve me. Nevertheless, I smiled & asked her how she was doing which she abruptly interrupted & went straight to asking me what I wanted. Meaning there was never once an official greeting upon my entry. She also was very brief the whole way down the line, including when I tried to make a joke about a mess up I made when trying to cash out. Very straight to the point-- no personality, welcoming spirit, or banter. & I coming from being a manager in the food industry just didn't appreciate the lack of customer service provided. I even checked my phone while she made my crust, fearful I was one of "those customers" coming in really close to a close. But it wasn't even 8:30, & I Googled to find out they don't close until 10. Yes, I walked out with my pizza. But nothing about that experience seemed worth tipping towards or returning for. Even the gentleman handing over my pizza seemed to make me feel rushed when trying to request a few drizzles of sauce before leaving. Just very unwelcoming from tonight's crew. This speaks nothing to the quality of the food, which I'm sure I will enjoy when I get home. & truthfully, I normally don't post comments but maybe my day has gotten to me. After working a 13hr shift & rerouting myself during my drive home, excited to get a pizza from Blaze.. I just found myself disappointed with the customer service. read more

Best pizza in Menifee, and believe me, I've eaten at the other challengers (Pieology, Mountain Mike's, the fast food variants). I'm writing today because I'm supporting local restaurants during the COVID-19 shutdown. I ordered my favorite for delivery: large regular crust, spicy red sauce, pepperoni, ovaltini mozzarella, ricotta, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, basil, olive oil, sea salt, and oregano. It looks like a hot mess, but it tastes great. The crust is awesome - almost tastes like real New York style. This business is the exact reason why un-skilled labor should not be paid $15-19/hr. When someone orders curbside and you are instructed to call the phone number in the email to tell them you're here, and you do, and the employee says it's in the oven, we'll be right out... Then 7 minutes after it's supposed to be ready, you have to walk in and ask where it's at only to find out some brainless employee can't read "curbside" and puts it on the shelf to get cold. It's embarrassing that this is the service we pay for these days ‍ it was better when they were paid normal minimum wage. read more

Tried Blaze Pizza tonight, my hubby said he's tried Blaze before and it was good! Remind me to have my hubby have his tongue looked at by a professional! My large is a large perhaps in a Fairy Circle, but not here! BUT, the size is just the size, it is what it is! Now, our pizza was the "Veg Out" to which I loved the ingredients they listed, but I did want to double up on a few toppings which I'd pay no questions asked. I wanted extra garlic, extra mushroom and lastly, extra spaghetti droppings. QUEUE THE ARRIVAL, PIZZA'S HERE! Hmmm, little box, "is THAT A LARGE?!"...I'm guessing it was, because everyone else had already grabbed their pies and ran back to their rooms....my husband, not the kids!! My sister opened the box and there it was, in all its glory. A teenie tiny cold, flat and almost naked "Veg Out" pizza. It wasn't cut all the way through, it was as flat as a sheet of paper and had hardly ANY OF THE TOPPINGS LET ALONE "Extra"! So, I'm completely dissatisfied...I have to tell you, I was praying that I would LOVE this new pie, but I didn't. I can't even be upset and call the restaurant because with all the going on in our beloved America, this poor showing doesn't even make my long list. Well it seems our first time trying your pizza in Menifee will be our last. My wife went in and ordered a thick crust pizza and the crust is falling apart and raw? I sent them our comment at https://www.servicecheck.net/forms/blazepizza.html and they did reply with a generic email about they were sorry and suggested we should download and install their app and register and get a free pizza.. I've never seen a place with so many workers and yet have such terrible service. Coke Zero was out and not labeled as out of order. Had to go back to order counter 4-5 times to get our full order including having to go back after eating all out pizza for the salad that we ordered and they just never made. Also they can't cut a pizza right for the life of them, which I crazy considering how many pizzas they're making. The workers mumbled, and then couldn't hear us. First time visiting this blaze location! It's Fairly new only about 3 weeks. Staff were wonderful making sure customers were satisfied. I had their Vegan pizza which consisted of veggies and vegan cheese and red sauce. It was great, first time trying it. They use to have their cauliflower crust but for now they don't have. This is by far the best pizza in the entire Temecula Valley, especially for those who are vegetarian or vegan. I have tried different crusts and like them all (although the cauliflower is probably healthiest for me). The fake chorizo is a little on the spicy side for me, so I have to see if I can put in a note with my next order via DoorDash for them to put less of it on the pizza. The available toppings are just amazing. I particularly enjoy the option of having Kalamata olives, artichokes, and arugula on my pizza. There are lots of others to choose from that are non-meat. My pizza arrived via DoorDash on late Thursday afternoon within an hour of ordering. It was hot, tasty, and very filling. So I ordered a special online Sunday evening around around 6pm for curbside. I pull up and it says call the number on the email. So I did and it just gave me a fast beeping sound. Then I see another sign out front that says when you get there call this number but the ink was so faded on it that I had to get out of my car to see the number... Didnt really feel like curbside if I have to get out. I called the number and no one answers it's a different weird beep. Had Blaze last weekend and I just want to say that this Blaze is definitely the best DIY spot in Menifee. Went to Pieology and was utterly disappointed. Blaze actually cares and trains their employees on allergens like gluten free and they change gloves without you asking. This is my go to place for pizza! Ever since we moved to Menifee from OC, I was hoping they would open one and soon enough they did and I was the first in line on opening day! Red is one of the coolest employees there! I see him every time I come in and have a little chat as we go down the line as my pizza is being made, he's very nice along with the other staff.
