While attending Blaze tonight, we wait in line for a long time to get help. There were barely any people helping and there were people doing more then one station. Come to see after your what looked like manager was sitting in the corner talking with someone. Very unprofessional. read more

Okay, so the employees at this location are super nice and friendly, we were helped by this guy "Marco" that gave us a top-o-the-line customer service, making sure that we were happy with how the pizza was looking at every step of the way and just being very very nice overall. Update: After this review someone from blaze contacted me and I expressed frustration over the ready when promised issue with the ap. Ever since then, any time we place and order and specify pickup time, the pizza is ready as soon as we walk in. It's great for saving time on lunch hour so we don't spend half our lunch waiting for the food. Much appreciated change, and we still really enjoy coming here. -------------- Honestly, I like the pizza, but this place just can't get their crap together. You have all this ap technology and loyalty program integrated with it, I want to use it. But every time we try, there's an issue. Either the pizza isn't ready and takes forever or they don't even start it until you get there. What's the point of ordering ahead and setting the pick up time when you can't just come in after work and get your food quickly. The most recent trip my wife was given the wrong pizzas after being made to wait 30 minutes. Our pizzas were sitting on the counter getting cold and she ended up with someone else's pizzas so two customers were inconvenienced. The manager was very nice, he apologized and tried to make it right. We love the pizza, we want to come here often as it's quick and easy and we live close by. I came in to blaze a couple days ago employees are super nice and friendly. From the moment we open the doors with a great welcoming us to receiving our pizza with great customer service from the manager (Marco) he was very attentive making it feel like at home by bringing anymore condiments to our table. Let me start off by saying that I normally don't write reviews but I felt the need to say that I love blaze but have been disappointed lately. I am vegetarian and twice I have gotten a piece of meat on my pizza. Please be more careful of cross contamination.. also some of the workers could be more friendly. read more

The pizza is delicious but they rush you through your order and are very stingy with the toppings. I don't like having to ask three times for extra olives when I initially ask for "a lot". Some of the servers act like robots. Every few seconds they ask, "anything else?", "anything else?". It's very off putting but it won't stop me from coming back for the pizza! read more

Don't ever order the Large sized pizza! I just ordered it for $17.95! Twice the price of the normal size and received a near identical sized pizza to the normal, in a comically oversized box, piled way too high with undercooked dough and crust! If I wanted a THICKER pizza i would order the High Rise dough, but I wanted a LARGER pizza so i ordered what i presumed to be a LARGE, but instead i just was given a doughy undercooked breadstick with a normal blaze pizza on top. This is the best pizza resteraunt in Monrovia. The customer service is on point and the employees are hilarious. I am especially impressed by Justine. She is a very kind employee who has a very welcoming smile. Justine takes my order everytime and makes my pizza flawless every time I've been there. The same goes for Woods and David, Woods and David both know how to make the atmosphere as friendly and fun as possible. I experienced a glitch with an online order, called the central clearing house for Blaze and was told the store (Monrovia) would not be able to take my order. I asked to be transferred to the store and Marco was amazing with his customer service and immediately took my order and had my pizza prepared. I went in to pick up and Rosa seemed to recognize me by name, though I've never met her. She was incredibly nice, prompt with service and she with an assist from Marco, made my pizza even better than it already is! These guys are amazing. Go Blaze Monrovia! read more

Made a online order to have the pizza ready to be picked up for when we got there. Pizza would be ready 20 mins according to online. Got to blaze 20 mins later and the pizza was not ready for pick up still had to wait for them to make it. The whole point of ordering online is to have it ready to be picked up at assigned time. Came in on a busy night and even though it was a little hectic and they were short staffed David the shift leader took great care of making sure customers got their pizzas in a timely matter. David was doing everything in his power to make sure the line was moving by putting pizzas in and taking them out as well as ringing up customers. Monrovia is definitely one of the better locations in the Blaze chain if not the best I've had so far. Pizzas are huge here, not shaped weird or some smaller than the others, toppings are fresh, service is polite and they don't skimp or look annoyed when you ask for extra cheese. By the way the cheese here is still real cheese! Another location seems to have changed to a cheese resembling Pizza Hut's... I've come to this location a few times in the past. Never an issue. Tonight, we came in with more people than usual plus hungry kids all over the place and I felt even though they were busy and we had numerous pizzas plus GF ones, Rosa and the rest of the staff helped us out ASAP, resolved things ASAP and did not rush us while still getting things to move smoothly for all patrons. Just tried the keto crust. Keto replacements for flour are really hard to pull off, mostly I don't care for them. The crust here appears par-baked and had a decent flavor and consistency. The problem is that the pizza was not left in the oven long enough for the meager toppings toppings to heat/cook. Not a lot of toppings...One serving of each of the following: classic red sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, spinach , mushroom w/arugula at the finish. Cheese was barely melted, pepperoni cold, mushrooms still hard, even some of the spinach leaves were barely wilted. So much arugula was piled on top at the finish that I couldn't see that the pizza toppings were not done until it was too late. Ate some of it but was mostly dissatisfied and disappointed. W/in 15 mins of leaving the restaurant stomach is queasy and unsettled. Not sure if I will try it at this location again. Too bad cause it's walking distance from my home. Staff was pleasant but perhaps not fully trained? Did they even look at the pizza while they were cutting it? read more

I went here for the first time ever and it had to be the best pizza I have ever had! I ordered the Link In and the Meat Lover. Although the meatlover was incredible the Link in was even better! Great pizza! Although you can have unlimited toppings, be careful! The pizza crust is thin so your pizza might not hold all those toppings! It's in a great location, which causes easy access. First time visit. I think the concept is a good one and the way that you can customize your toppings is pretty cool too. The only problem is the pizza is not really cooked evenly. I ordered the art- artichoke pizza, one of their special creations. I asked to have it well done as I normally do with all my pizzas. The crust and dough was ok. but the toppings and the cheese where all a big watery gooey mess sloshed about in the soup like helpings of pizza marinara sauce. The way the toppings and cheese came out was a huge disappointment. I suppose if I ever go again, I will need to ask them to go easy on the sauce and to try and cook the toppings a little longer.. read more
