Workers here when I came were super unprofessional and had major attitude before I even started to order. Ended up turning around and walking out as I don't want anyone that angry making my food, who knows what they'd do to it. One of my complaints about Blaze was the the crust was too thin. well, there is an easy fix - double it up (or there abouts) by getting the rising crust. Popped in for Pi(e) day and braved the line for a lunch pizza. All the toppings were good and the pizza was tasty, and not at all soggy with the upgraded crust option. read more

I honestly walked in thinking it was pizza press . Didn't realize it until the end that the pizza wasn't going through a conveyor belt....then it hit me WAIT A MINUTE. But hey same ingredients I always get what could possibly go wrong. I'm honestly disappointed. For one I feel like the conveyor belt at pizza press cooks the pizza alot more thorough. Secondly maybe I'm tripping but the pizza at blaze seems smaller . In a nutshell personally pizza press is doing it better. What's shocking is that pizza press is literally like 2 shops down. Came in to get 2 pizzas to go. There was an online order that the 3 team members were working on. No on was inside and we're not greeted or acknowledged. The gentleman with tattoos who's team member, greeted and said he would be right with us. The 2 females assisted us but the female who has short hair was doing the toppings. (Her name was Sandaya) She looked flustered as I was asking for toppings. I requested for extra and disregarded. I kept requesting for extra because she was being very stingy with toppings. Sandaya even sighed and made it uncomfortable. As we ordered customers started coming in line. The other 2 team members were very helpful and kind. My son got the s'mores pie and got it warmed up. The reason I'm still doing 4 stars because the service on the end was great and it would be unfair to give a full bad review. They were good with the rest of the customers. An employee really took his time out of his day while there was a long line to complain about Dr. Pepper on my "water cup". It's really not that deep to be honest. I would give zero stars if I could! I would not recommend this location. We got to the location around 5PM for the pi day special. When we tried to walk into the establishment, the manager rudely closed the door in our face and told us to wait outside even though it was pouring rain. We happened to be the first people in line, but in a matter of minutes the line was down the block. When we tried to open the door she would get mad and say we would only be waiting a minute. The wait ended up actually being almost an hour. Not to mention there was not even a line inside and most of the workers were just standing around doing nothing for this hour. The manager was guarding the door, not doing any work. She was also wearing crocs which is a safety hazard and listening to music in her AirPods, not paying attention to customers. She was very nasty and rude to everyone and should not be a manager. When we finally got inside, still no one would take our order and we ended up waiting even longer. Eventually we got to the pay station and there was a very young boy working who looked around 12-13 years old. It seemed like he was being forced to work there by a family member who probably works there too, which is illegal. He also did not know how to work the register which held up the line even more. Never go to this location! There is another Blaze Pizza only a 10 minute drive away on Tustin by the Target. Go to that location, do not give this one your business! read more

I always get a build my own meat lovers cauliflower crust pizza from Blaze. After placing the meat toppings , I ask for a sprinkle of mozzarella on top to keep the toppings together. Jonathon told me that he couldn't do it due to a cross contamination policy. The mozzarella station is at the very end and would not have crossed any food group. He refused to do it. I asked for the manager and was told Corina was not present. So I had the choice of walking out, but was told they would throw it away if I didn't want it. We love pizza, especially shops like Blaze where you can create your own for one set affordable price! Such an expansive selection of toppings, tons of fresh options for veggie lovers too. My go to is extra red sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, meatballs, spinach, tomato, basil, artichokes, roasted red peppers, finished off with a sprinkle of oregano, salt, and pepper! For those that find the build your own overwhelming they also have a menu of pizza offerings to choose from. With so many good options, you really can't go wrong. Been coming here for years and today they were not busy but they refused to add extra cheese on top of toppings . The skinny little Mexican kid rushed us through as if there was a crowd. Suggestion either add more cheese before topping so they don't fall off or put another tub of shredded mozzarella at end of toppings. read more

Hmm, I have mixed emotions about this spot. The pre-made pizza flavors you can choose from are a bit sad looking, we didn't really like the bbq chicken pizza. Literally like 5 pieces of sad diced chicken. I did a build your own pizza, something is missing, lacking in the flavor profile, each one of my slices had like 5 pieces of garlic on each slice to the point I couldn't even taste the meat? Other than that, they only offer you one ranch per pizza and to me, these small little cups won't do it. The only thing that was "ok" was the pesto cheesy bread. I don't think I'll come back, I'd prefer Mod pizza instead. They actually load up your pizza. read more

I ate there on 8/31/24 during the Orange Street Fair. I finished up my meal there and needed to use the bathroom and they were hesitant about giving me the code and they questioned if I ate there. They even asked me to Show a receipt despite them not asking if I wanted a receipt after I ordered. They reluctantly gave me the code. I will never eat at this location again since they were really rude to me. I would not recommend this location. I'd even give this place zero stars. read more

Appreciate this chain of pizza and the style of build your own creations. Was my first time at this particular location but did not get the same amazing results as others. I placed my order and scanned my app to get points and a promotion deal which Blaze offered for a $5 pizza. Three cashiers could not figure out how to access the discount, they called their manager; which was displeased as she was on her break. She also could not figure it out, so after about 15 minutes and my pizza getting cold, the manager charged me for a cheese bread which was more than the $5 deal still but explained that is all she could do. So at the end I got a cold dinner, paid more then the offered deal and was told that is all they could do. Might just try another location next time. read more

Pros - Building your own pizza is fantastic. I like the variety of toppings they offer and how quickly they cook. My favorite toppings are artichoke hearts, pesto sauce, chicken, kalamata olives, banana peppers, and mushrooms. Cons - Parking is tough sometimes at this location. Use the free parking lots or the structure if you don't mind a little walk. Service is ok. They are not as friendly at this location compared to others. read more
