I got a gluten free pepperoni pizza and a caesar salad. I love their take two option where you get half a pizza and a salad or another side. The gluten free is alright, but you just can't beat the classic dough! My friend got a high rise pepperoni pizza with mozzarella and ricotta, but when he got it, he noticed that there wasn't any mozzarella so he asked one of the employees about it. He checked super fast and said "Yeah, that's correct", so we went to go eat and his pizza was literally just dough with sauce, no cheese except for dollops of ricotta. If a customer says that something is missing, please make sure that the customer is getting what they ordered. The store itself is really nice, it always smells really yummy and there's lots of seating inside and outside. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is generally pretty friendly. read more

I honestly walked in thinking it was pizza press . Didn't realize it until the end that the pizza wasn't going through a conveyor belt....then it hit me WAIT A MINUTE. But hey same ingredients I always get what could possibly go wrong. I'm honestly disappointed. For one I feel like the conveyor belt at pizza press cooks the pizza alot more thorough. UNBELIEVABLY bad service. I never write reviews but the experience me and my girlfriend had was so bad that I'm going out of my way to write a 1 star review. ( I wish I could give no stars). The lady who helped me had a horrible attitude from the start. Sloppily adding ingredients we had asked for (and I get it sometimes people are over it and not in a good mood but that doesn't excuse you to treat you paying customers like this) and when I had asked for salt and oregano I had asked for extra because SPECIFICALLY OREGANO. She then added way too much salt. I knew it from before she even put it in the oven but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and just try it. Afterwards I got the pizza took a bite and it was way too salty. I then told them that it was too salty and that earlier I had asked for more oregano and not extra salt. She then denied that I had specified what I wanted. She continued to fight with me and tell me that I was in the wrong when she clearly had not been treating customers well and making peoples food extremely sloppily. This is inexcusable. I kept thinking "imagine if that was how she treated my mother or grandmother while serving them. They ended up very reluctantly making me a half of a pizza cause only half of the pizza had been affected. After it had been made another worker grabbed the pizza from my hands very aggressively. After the pizza was made no one apologized for the bad service or bad experience. I could go on about this but the I'll end it with this. This is not how you treat a paying customer. Came in to get 2 pizzas to go. There was an online order that the 3 team members were working on. No on was inside and we're not greeted or acknowledged. The gentleman with tattoos who's team member, greeted and said he would be right with us. The 2 females assisted us but the female who has short hair was doing the toppings. (Her name was Sandaya) She looked flustered as I was asking for toppings. I requested for extra and disregarded. I kept requesting for extra because she was being very stingy with toppings. Sandaya even sighed and made it uncomfortable. As we ordered customers started coming in line. The other 2 team members were very helpful and kind. My son got the s'mores pie and got it warmed up. Years ago, we'd enjoy coming here and did so often. Now, the service is poor, the prices are high, and the overall experience is disappointing. During our last visit this past Sunday, as we were sitting and eating our pizzas, my husband and I watched as the gentleman who was putting pizzas into the oven and taking them out, dropped the pizza peel onto the floor - it was loud and was heard throughout the restaurant. He picked it up and hung it back onto the hook near the pizza oven. Moments later, he was removing pizzas from the oven and serving them to customers with the exact pizza peel that had fallen onto the floor. IT HAD NOT BEEN WASHED. I would give zero stars if I could! I would not recommend this location. We got to the location around 5PM for the pi day special. When we tried to walk into the establishment, the manager rudely closed the door in our face and told us to wait outside even though it was pouring rain. We happened to be the first people in line, but in a matter of minutes the line was down the block. When we tried to open the door she would get mad and say we would only be waiting a minute. The wait ended up actually being almost an hour. Not to mention there was not even a line inside and most of the workers were just standing around doing nothing for this hour. The manager was guarding the door, not doing any work. She was also wearing crocs which is a safety hazard and listening to music in her AirPods, not paying attention to customers. She was very nasty and rude to everyone and should not be a manager. When we finally got inside, still no one would take our order and we ended up waiting even longer. Eventually we got to the pay station and there was a very young boy working who looked around 12-13 years old. It seemed like he was being forced to work there by a family member who probably works there too, which is illegal. He also did not know how to work the register which held up the line even more. Hmm, I have mixed emotions about this spot. The pre-made pizza flavors you can choose from are a bit sad looking, we didn't really like the bbq chicken pizza. Literally like 5 pieces of sad diced chicken. I did a build your own pizza, something is missing, lacking in the flavor profile, each one of my slices had like 5 pieces of garlic on each slice to the point I couldn't even taste the meat? Other than that, they only offer you one ranch per pizza and to me, these small little cups won't do it. The only thing that was "ok" was the pesto cheesy bread. I always get a build my own meat lovers cauliflower crust pizza from Blaze. After placing the meat toppings , I ask for a sprinkle of mozzarella on top to keep the toppings together. Jonathon told me that he couldn't do it due to a cross contamination policy. The mozzarella station is at the very end and would not have crossed any food group. He refused to do it. I asked for the manager and was told Corina was not present. So I had the choice of walking out, but was told they would throw it away if I didn't want it. Pros - Building your own pizza is fantastic. I like the variety of toppings they offer and how quickly they cook. My favorite toppings are artichoke hearts, pesto sauce, chicken, kalamata olives, banana peppers, and mushrooms. Cons - Parking is tough sometimes at this location. Use the free parking lots or the structure if you don't mind a little walk. Service is ok. They are not as friendly at this location compared to others. read more

Been coming here for years and today they were not busy but they refused to add extra cheese on top of toppings . The skinny little Mexican kid rushed us through as if there was a crowd. All I can say is that the customer service here is amazing, especially for someone who may be new to blaze where there is a large menu and many choices. JC, Alan, and Fernando were very patient and had a smile (under their mask)... dont ask me how I knew they were smiling. I just felt it.
