All I can say is that the customer service here is amazing, especially for someone who may be new to blaze where there is a large menu and many choices. JC, Alan, and Fernando were very patient and had a smile (under their mask)... dont ask me how I knew they were smiling. I just felt it. All in all, i really would Recommend anyone to come here if there looking for a nice pizza for a good price and a clean atmosphere and a course amazing outgoing service. ps , there is outside seating underneath a tarp and it views of the orange old town circle is beautiful especially during sunset/early evening. very well lit area to enjoy your pizza read more

I walked into the fast food joint to simply ask to use the restroom. It was around 3:15 and the person upfront responded with attitude just for simply asking if i can use the restroom. He replied with "isn't Urth across the street". I was shocked at the unprofessional response from the worker, while being a regular. I have a condition that makes it urgent for me to use the restroom and i can't help it. When i was walking out until the next unit he kept on starring at me when i was outside , i felt horrendously uncomfortable and bothered. Blaze pizza is always a good choice for quick pizza cravings. It was national pizza day so I stopped in. This Blaze in the orange circle also has outdoor seating covered by a tent which is very nice. The customer service was very welcoming and polite. The cauliflower pizza is my favorite! I enjoyed a one top cauliflower pizza with spinach and extra shredded mozzarella. It came out perfect and the pizza had no flop and it was cheesy and crispy at every bite. What I didn't enjoy was as customers, we had no restroom access nor the outdoor dining area was attended to. So the overall cleaniness was subpar to dine outside. Luckily enough I was prepared with Wet ones to clean my hands before I ate pizza. They did offer us hand sanitizer which was kind. However it just isn't ideal when eating with your hands. I understand during a pandemic things are not normal but if you offer outdoor seating you should be prepared to provide a safe clean restroom. A park has a restroom but a restaurant that offers outdoor dining does not?. Overall Blaze pizza is amazing for personal sized pizza. But I recommend avoiding outdoor dining due to cleanliness. read more

Omg, I was so impressed by the service I got last night at late 9pm wednesday night. no one was around and I did see that they had their chairs up. the guy who was cleaning had told me that they arent serving but the girl behind the counter was like " come on in" i got my regular combo pizza. she was great and sweet with the ingredients. she ran the whole darn front by herself. making my pizza, cleaning, taking pizza put of oven. heating up the dessets I got for the bf. and rang me up. sadly... she said they arent allowed to take tips. which made me sad. PIZZA LOVERS BEWARE! This location is "Not as it was" in the early years of opening . The rules of pizza engagement have changed, they are now skimping on BYO pizza topping volume leaving for massive void on the so called pie itself, this is a disappointment. They really should eliminate the idea of build your own at this location because the service team will not allow patrons to add "more cheese" or give you sides such as olives, of hot peppers... those were the days when there were actually patrons and a good pizza experience. Now it's "we don't do that"...,"this and that". I suppose if you just want bread with a few strands of cheese and a drop of sauce then this is the place for you. Bathroom smells horrendous. I ordered 4 pizzas through Postmates for delivery tonight. All of them came as ordered, except the one that mattered. I ordered a large veggie with no cheese, note the receipt, because my wife and I are vegan. The receipt is according to what was ordered, but the pizza was smothered in cheese. Not a problem. I called the location and they offered a refund, credit for my next purchase, or to remake it, but we had to pick it up. I guess we we're out of luck because I ordered it through postmates. I told them we would pick it up if they could remake it. They said they would. I drove there to pick up the remade pizza, and they said they again made it with cheese, and it would take a bit longer to remake it again. Okay. No problem. They gave me a gift card to use next time we were in the store for a free pizza. A nice gesture, which I was not expecting at all. I waited and when the 3rd pizza came out, the guy assured me there was no cheese. Once we got home, it was evident that they did not put any effort into remaking the pizza. There was barely any sauce, only a couple veggies, and none of the choices that were on the original order. (Please see pictures). We have ordered from this location several times for delivery and take out, and they usually nail our orders. But, tonight was awful!! I been coming to this place for about 5 years now. Staffs has always been awesome and customer service has always been good. Today however, things have turned upside down. I went there today and I wanted to order the BYO pizza and enjoy my pizza as usual, on my way to the store I been experiencing trouble by trying to find parking. I had to park next to the no parking sign away from the curb near the entrance real quick so I can order what I want so when I find parking I can just enjoy the food immediately. Normally the staff there will be okay with me and acknowledging me as their loyal customer and I will be able to order a head of time. But today the staffs will not allow me to do that as they think I will cause hazard and accidents. The only thing positive was I was allow to pre order and pay on my app. After doing that I took off and try to find parking. Unfortunately, I failed to find parking because it was packed at that orange circle and it has always been crowded for months I have been going to the orange circle. Sadly I couldn't get my pizza and I had to cancel my order. What's worse is that I couldn't get my money and my stars back to my account because I couldn't get my pizza and I had to waste 10-15 minutes to find parking. Gosh... I'm sad I have to write this review and my visit to this blaze pizza has come to an end. read more

Dear manager. As you can see you have a serious problem and it starts and ends with your staff. You aren't the one that needs to apologize. It is your staff that needs to get it's act together. They work for you and the customer. They don't care. They are a group of entitled persons who look down on the customers. I went to the Blaze Pizza in Seal Beach and the service was nothing like the one in Orange. If I owned your business I'd give them one chance to change and if this continues you need to fire them. The older lady that helped me with the order barley put anything on my pizza. I asked if I had to pay Money to get a decent amount of meat and veggies. I had to asked everytime for additional toppings. I offered to pay extra but they said it's not required because it's a build your own pizza. I ask for some chicken and she gave me attitude and put 3 chunks of chicken on my pizza. So rude , I would of happily paid more for the right size serving. My pizza was burnt again. - I was standing waiting and no was watching the oven. Some employees were in the line and no one was watching the pizza oven. This is crazy. At its best, Blaze is 5 star. However, this is the 3rd or 4th pizza I haven't been happy with. If I order in person, they get it right, but they insist you order through website than call. I didn't know I needed to request that the crust be cooked. I like thin crust because it's usually crunchy like a cracker. read more

Thought this place would be top notch but nah. The ingredients weren't that fresh. You could tell when they were making the pizza that the toppings weren't new. They looked a few days old. There is public parking in the nearby areas but it can get pretty busy around lunch time. My coworker happened to have a Buy One Get One Free coupon so I came along for the Free!! :) I feel like the essential recipe for a Build Your Own Pizza business to be successful is high quality ingredients and a good crust. Blaze does it pretty well. I had my pizza with marinara sauce, extra shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh ovalini mozzarella, sausage, bacon, spinach, cherry tomatoes, chopped garlic and barbecue sauce. Yummy!! Both of my coworkers got their pizza before me. Four pizzas who were in line behind us had their pizza cooked before me. *Sigh* I think they cooked the pizzas in the wrong order. And then when I saw my pizza removed from their oven and transferred over to the cutting board, it sat there for a while longer while their staff were at other areas of the restaurant. When I finally got my pizza, it was pretty good. It's hard to mess up on a pizza where you pick all of your favorite ingredients. I was only able to eat half of the pizza and I saved the other half of the pizza for dinner on a later day that week. Stopped in at Blaze Pizza in Orange. Wanted to use the bathroom before ordering. Was stopped and yelled at by a male employee who was standing behind the register who told that I had to order food before using the bathroom. (I was standing next to a table in the middle of the store). I told him I was going to order food after using their facilities, but he continued to yell at me in front of the whole restaurant, that it was not possible. Are you serious? He said it's now store policy! Well guess what? Won't ever be back! Would rather give my business to a company who allows patrons to use the bathroom. Plus what would be the harm in allowing potential customers to use the restroom? Wouldn't it allow your business to possibly receive more customers? First off, they have a tasty cauliflower gluten-free crust pizza available. Many pizza parlors don't, and I need it due to Celiac disease. The build-your-own is the way to go. They have a ton of ingredients, so can get exactly what you want. The service is fast and friendly. It also is located right on the historic Orange Plaza, so you get a fantastic view of the old town center, and is a perfect place to people watch, and to see the happenings, like guys driving their classic or other interesting cars around the traffic circle. Parking can be difficult, but I can usually find a space within a block, unless you go at peak time. There is a public parking lot south of Chapman, heading east from the circle. read more

Ate there on 11/29 at 5pm. Female employee seemed upset with the world when we were ordering. Menu board shows salad but doesn't show what kind. As we moved to the other counter to continue with our order, we noticed that they had a strawberry type salad. We told the employee we wanted that salad along with our pizzas and she seemed upset with our request. She then said that the next time you order, order your salad at the front counter. I tried to explain to her that the menu board facing the front counter doesn't show types of salad and her response was "it's not a big deal". During the whole transaction with this employee, she never said thank you or you're welcome. This employee needs more training on how to deal with customers. read more

I like this place. The Pizzas are good. I always get the 1 topping pepperoni with buffalo sauce drizzle. They have aqua Fresca and two kinds of lemonade. The lemonade is just ok though. Y'all suck at your job. The night shift (11PM-12:30AM) on Thursday/Friday (9/5-9/6). How do you get back to back orders wrong immediately after the customer lets you know the order is wrong? (This order is through Postmates by the way) So, I order my custom pizza and they send Postmates off with a pepperoni pizza to deliver. I call them to let them know and the girl who picked up the phone told me that my Postmates order never came through! WTH?! Then how would Postmates know to deliver anything to my door?! Very very generic tasting pizza. Somewhere between papa John's and pizza hut...nowhere as good as papa Gino's (the best chain pizza restaurant in the world, North Eastern place). I would never eat blaze again, the staff and everything was fine, but the pizza was sooooo blah it just isn't worth it. I absolutely love this place. One can customize their own pizza and can have unlimited toppings. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is heavenly. People who are lactose intolerant can choose mozzarella cheese as a base and limit the quantity of cheese on their pizza. Ok two stars and not one only because the online app deals are worth it and the workers are not rude BUT my husband was there for almost an entire HOUR waiting on them to give us our food, only to find out someone had stolen our order. Instead of being cool about it and offering to make a new order they dragged it on for almost an hour. Even after showing the order number, the complete order and that it was picked up it took a manager coming over to fix the issue. Most likely will not come back after that fiasco.
