Probably the best pizza I've had in all of Reno. Loved the environment, came in with some of my friends and all the employees were super friendly. Restaurant was clean and well kept. The line was fairly long when we arrived but it moved very fast. By the time we got our drinks and sat down, our pizzas were coming out of the oven. Their food is fresh and delicious, very good quality pizza. I got the red vine pizza and it was so good! I also recommend getting some dough knots, those were amazing. Read my review CAREFULLY. This is a warning as to what you can expect from this joke of a business. We decided to order Blaze Pizza on Friday night and take it home to watch the World Series. We ordered it at 5:15. They said it would be ready around 5:30. We arrived and called them to let them know we were here. They said they were "still working on it". Fair enough. We waited another 20-25 minutes. Not ONE employee had come out to deliver "curbside" pick-up. People had been waiting for quite a while. I decided to go in and get my order. There was an older guy working behind the counter. I told him I'd been waiting for my order. He practically ignored me! Fortunately, the guy working next to the oven FINALLY completed our order. Tonight was the first night we tried Blaze Pizza, and I have to say we were very impressed with the pizza. I had the cauliflower crust with the vegetarian toppings with added goat and feta cheeses, arugula and other extra veggies, and hubby and our son shared a large pepperoni, salami and mushroom pizza. We declared it to be superior to Domino's, which has been our usual fast pizza stop. I was very impressed with the flavor, texture and taste of the cauliflower crust. My husband said he wouldn't mind having their pizza on that next time and my son really liked it too! We also has an order of knots that were really yummy (topped with pesto) and I had a ceasar salad with my pizza. We will be back for sure! read more

Stopped by this pizza shop on my cross country drive back to California. Easy on/off from highway 80. I customized my own pizza- pesto base with an assortment of veggies. I stopped in here on Tuesday because I had not had pizza in awhile and I thought I would try something new. When I walked in I noticed that it is set up very much like a Subway or Port of Subs. You get in line and can select the type of pizza you want from the menu board or build your own. They have different sauces you can select and the type of cheese you want. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza with a garlic pesto sauce and mozzarella cheese. Then it goes down the line to the pizza oven and it only takes about four to five minutes to fire it up and when it comes out you can get a drizzle topping, I had some ranch dressing drizzled on it. One of the best pizzas I have ever had and a good size pizza for the price. You get 6 good slices out of each pizza. I also had a small salad and some dough knots which were very good. I was very impressed and will be coming here to get my pizzas anytime I'm in town. read more

I am trying Blaze for the first time and ordered it through a delivery service... the driver arrived to pick it up and they hadn't even started the pizza. The driver was told that this restaurant dosent care about on line or pick up orders only about the people in the restaurant..... Customers are customers and all should be treated equal. read more

I understand with Covid that things are harder and can be more difficult. That being said, when I place an order online ahead of time, and am given a pickup time, I expect my food to be ready if not at that time then close to it. As I am writing this I have now been sitting waiting for our order for 25 min!! That gives almost an hour since we ordered online. I don't mind coming at a later time to pick up my food, but don't quote your customers on a pickup time and then it be 30 min later and still no food. The quality of this business has gone way down and that was pre Covid. Disappointed that I wasted my time and money here and should have went somewhere else. Came here to visit my boyfriend saw there was a blaze pizza and it is my favorite back home in Los Angeles C.A he mentioned it barely opened which I was excited! Busy as always well not really but for Reno people this is "busy" lol if only they knew how The USC blaze pizza gets ahaha. We went during their soft opening and had the white pizza with ricotta. It was fantastic! We also tried the s'mores cookie and garlic knots. Everything is made in front of you and you can see how fresh the ingredients are. They have a nice choice of drinks that are not soda. We have been back several times and each time is just as good. Saturday was our first time going there. WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED with the service & the food. 2 Pizza's 2 drinks salad for under $25 and the build your own pizza was AWESOME. Place is exceptionally clean, when ordering the gentleman gave us all options and explained everything. THEN after we got our pizza's a young lady came over to our table and inquired as to how was everything ..... and asked if she could do anything for us. Just the fact that the staff cares showed exceptional customer service. I would not only recommend everyone try this place but I personally state this will ALWAYS be the place to go for me when I crave a pizza. Back in September 2021, my son and I ordered pizza and sodas from Blaze, for delivery that we paid for, plus tip. The pizza arrived, but no sodas; so my son called and spoke with the girl who answered, telling her that our delivery was not complete. She said, basically, that it was too bad and that we could come pick up our sodas. My son explained to her that we paid for the sodas AND delivery of them, but she would not budge. So my son then called and spoke with the manager, who apologized and said he would refund our whole order. I am still waiting for that $35 and change to be refunded to my card, two months later. When we have tried to call to speak with the manager again, no one answers. We will never order from them again, and I caution people in the Sparks area that if this is the way they treat their customers who have been wronged, no one should be ordering from them. We are truly disappointed, as we recently moved here and wanted to find a great pizza place. read more

Went in today for lunch and it was busy, which was nice to see. The pizza was great although they could bake the pizza a bit longer to crisp it up, but that's just a personal preference I suppose. We noticed a very young crew and didn't think the service would be great, but we were immediately proven wrong when we were greeted by a young lady named Jay. She was very sweet and smiled the entire time explaining the whole process even though she was busy she didn't rush us, and even found time to smile and joke with us asking "why did we wait so long to try it"? After we told her it was our first time in. Then we made our way down the line to a few more people and were a little less thrilled with the hum drum bored attitudes UNTIL we reached the register and were greeted by another ray of sunshine named Sky. She greeted us by name, which I gather she got from the writing on the paper for our pizza. She was peppy and friendly and thanked us for coming in rather than just ringing us up and sending us on our way. Now to the dining room. I suppose they deserve a little slack since they were slammed busy, but they definitely needed to come out and tidy up a bit and stock the napkins and other things. However, we never noticed anyone just standing around so it was clear they were just very busy. Maybe they need a few extra bodies on a sunny Saturday lunch hour. Overall great customer service, excellent food and and overall positive experience. We will be back! read more

Today my wife and I decided to check this place out. After all we did have a free pizza coupon and figured we had nothing to lose. The prices are something you have to see to believe. The pizza is a thin style and they have it set up so you can walk down the line and have someone build it in front of you. It took less then 5 minutes to cook in their kickass oven. It was our first time there as we had a coupon for a free 2 topping pizza, so we thought we would try it.. First of all, it was very loud. It gave us major headache.. The acoustic are really bad. When my pizza was ready, it was burnt, so they made another one that was just as burnt and gave me a coupon for another free pizza. We were not impressed. When we were going to our car I saw a couple and asked if they were going there and they said, "yes, it's our first time" and so I gave them my free coupon and i hope they got to use it because I will NEVER be back. First time coming here and I'm not impressed. We ordered and paid online for a 4:15 pickup and waited 40 minutes to get our pizza. We watched them make everyone else's pizza that hadn't even paid yet while us and another online pickup customer waited 40 minutes. And not once did the manager check in with us. I'm a patient person and worked in customer service so I get it, stuff happens and you do what you can but the lack of customer service in this place is insane. While blaze does have extremely tasty pizza and used be over the roof in customer service I feel recently as a regular I have been let down by many of the employees here as attitudes have changed drastically and new comers are just not the same. However i have to this day been pleased by a young women named sky she's very sweet and cheery and while being alone most days she's always so caring not to me but everyone. Rushing and all she never lets you down and always makes sure you're satisfied. Also about a day or two ago seeing her struggle to keep calm she did manage and after she thanked another young women sharley for her help ordering and they did kick butt despite all the stress they were both under I loved watching them work, running back and forth yet never colliding these girls did an amazing job and probably are not getting recognized for all that they do especially when I see one girl in particular at every station of the building almost every day. Second time back was not so good. This time brought family to try Blaze. Ordered 3 pizzas this time. The first 2 pizzas we ordered came out minutes apart but the third one we had to wait for. After waiting almost 10 minutes I went up and my pizza had been given to someone else and had to be remade. Waited another 10 minutes for the pizza to come out while kids were starving. All the pizzas were good. The staff was friendly but the drop in stars came from them giving our pizza away and having no idea that our order was incomplete, the restaurant was dirty as no one was cleaning tables or floors, and they were out of everything napkins etc. Also there system isn't great as there was a crowd of people by cashier waiting for pizza. Maybe cashier should tell them to sit down and wait for their name to be called? Would of given less stars but I understand that this location is newer so I'm giving some leeway there. All in all not a great experience but I will still go back and try them again. read more

What can I say about blaze pizza. I'm not the biggest pizza person but when I hit this spot twice in one week I felt a review was deserved. The service was great, there was ample seating, ambience was nice and the place was clean. But all that pales in comparison to the pizza. One of the very few places that let you build your own pizza AND do it quickly and at an affordable price range (my pizza was like $10 only). Crust was nice and thin and not burnt like other places do when they crank up the oven heat. Sauce was pretty good, I say if the sauce is off then it kills the whole taste of the pizza but Blaze does a good job of balancing their sauce between sweet and savory. Cheese was generous (I hate when places skimp on cheese) didn't taste starchy and not clumpy. Toppings man oh man they have a great selection of toppings. I opted for the bbq chicken but the vegetarian was pretty bomb too. Honestly, if you're looking for a pizza joint I definitely recommend Blaze. If you want to sit and chill it's perfect for dine in or if you just wanna take it togo they make the pizza pretty quick from my experience so you can take it home too...just don't expect leftovers. read more
