I absolutely love their coffee but It sucks that they're so low stock that by 9am most of the sweet or savory baked items are GONE. Also the lines can get very long,specially on a weekend and I don't have the patience for that so instead I just buy their blue bottle coffee whole beans from Sprouts and make my own coffee ;-) apart from that, service is good, its clean and music volume is pleasant. I went into this location for the first time as I had only been once to the Beverly Hills location. I am not a seasoned coffee drinker, however I enjoyed the vibe in BH and so I went. The man at the counter at 7:30 on 12/21/25 was so rude. I am was ordering wrong, I guess, saying cold brew instead of latte..etc. instead of saying oh, we don't have a that, but we have, this. But no, he rolls his eyes and says we don't do that. Ok, whatever, fine. So I order for my husband and I was going to get a breakfast sandwich but didn't because I was so uncomfortable I wanted to leave. His attitude was, I'm better than you. A young person from back came in and he proceeded to tell them that another person called out and that he didn't know what he was going to do about her. She is a Christian and it is Sunday and she does this a lot so she isn't going to work. I'm not a Christian but, like wtf? He is just not a nice person in general and the feeling I had but that experience and then listening to how he talks about staff so publicly only tells me they probably feel like I did that moment but daily. He is a problem and you should know. Because if that person is your idea of your representation on brand in this climate so filled with negativity, then I will never enter another Blue Bottle, and I would suggest that based on attitude, and exclusivity your employee so freely proclaimed in his snobbery, then this person will try and figure out how to perfect coffee at home. read more

So extremely slow. No urgency. Please hire staff that want to work in a service industry and actually understand the importance of a tad bit of pace. Anyways, we were working in EST, so I was up from 6am and we decided that a coffee run was needed. We drove to this Blue Bottle and ordered a New Orleans latte and a chocolate croissant. What I love about the New Orleans Latte is that it's not too sweet but also offers great depth in flavor and you can also customize by changing it to oat milk or other dairy-free products. Being the Bay Area native that I am, you know I had to come and support blue bottle coffee. It is also in a conveniently close location so it's no surprise that I'm a frequent guest. I am without a doubt so pleased at how the blue bottle here gives me the same warm fuzzy feeling as the Bay Area blue bottle did. I also love the little resemblances of home that I find in LA and this is added to the list. Parking: plenty of metered street parking and they also have a parking lot in the front Bathroom: it's outside of the coffee shop, super clean and requires a code WIFI: they have it available, but it's not the best and service really sucks inside, buuuuuut good if you need no distractions (me) Everyone here is so friendly and it puts everyone else in such a great mood. I had the best service I've truly ever had in my 31 years of living today and it's all thanks to Savannah and Luke! Luke gave me a sample of the decaf espresso after they both spoke highly about it. Savannah also let myself and another guest sample the delicious banana bread and I'm still in awe of their INCREDIBLE hospitality. I've been in the food and beverage industry for 15 years and the service I received from them was so memorable! I was pretty excited to see that Blue Bottle opened a new location very close to my place. I've always loved their coffee, but I've been a little turned off since Nestle bought the company. I always prefer to support small businesses when I can. The coffee is delicious as always, and the barista was very friendly. She allowed my friend to sample before deciding what she wanted to order. One thing I noticed was how quiet it was inside. I wasn't there long, but noticed that I didn't have any service inside (I have AT&T). I didn't attempt to log into their WiFi, so I can't comment on that. read more

I know. I'm very free with 5 star reviews where Blue Bottle is concerned. But I'm a fan not only of the company but their philosophy where coffee is concerned. Every time I look at the roasting date on a bag of beans before purchasing I'm reminded of this. The only reason I bother to look anymore is because I enjoy the feeling I get knowing I'm purchasing a special product that "sparks joy" (tip of the hat to KonMari san). But as to the new location: it's a little small but the very open layout makes it seem less so. The seating is very nice compared to many of the other locations. Bench seating all around with plenty of table and chair seating for those of you lucky enough to hangout and work here. In short it's nice and cozy/comfortable. I'm don't think I've ever said that about a Blue Bottle before. The coffee and baristas are on point all the way. That's exactly what I would expect. That's why they get 5 stars from me. read more

I visited this location for the first time this morning, and for a Sunday morning it wasn't too busy. Something to note is that, at least as of now, they carry a VERY limited selection of bean varieties available in-store compared to what they have online. So if you are looking for a particular origin or blend, you would likely be better off ordering through their website. *One more thing to note -- they are currently NOT grinding beans in store. So coffee beans are only sold whole bean here. As far as beverages go, I order their oat milk cappuccino for the first time, and as I anticipated, it was phenomenal.
